ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to express and find out the perceptions of members of the Samarinda movie mania community towards the LGBT element in the film "Kucumbu Tubuh Indahku". The research method used is descriptive qualitative using analytical techniques from Miles and Huberman which is intended to collect information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of symptoms according to what they are when the research is conducted. Data collection was done by conducting interviews and documentation. The resource persons in this study were 6 (six) people who were active members of the Samarinda movie mania community. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the perceptions of members of the Samarinda Movie Mania community gave a positive response to this film itself. Because it raises a unique theme, which is still considered taboo by the public, especially in Indonesia. This film also introduces one of Indonesian culture, namely the Lengger Lanang Dance which is not widely known by the wider community.

Kerima Puri is an initiative by the indigenous people of Kampung Merabu to implement PKHB. The type of research used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this research is library research. The type of data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is qualitative. In this study, the researcher used the Local Wisdom Theory to analyze the topic. The results of this research indicate that the Kerima Puri’s initiative resulted in four main programs, the Monitoring of Village Forest Areas, the Development and Utilization Sector for Ecotourism and Environmental Services, the Sector for Utilizing Non-Timber Forest Products, and the Sector for Improving Community Livelihoods (Forestry Agricultural Development).

This study aims to determine the implementation of government policies on the discipline of the state civil apparatus at the Village Office in Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 23 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program and Likert Scale. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a recapitulation of the variables of government policy implementation, measured through indicators of the right policy, right implementer, right target, right environment, and right process, 41% included in the "good enough" category. The recapitulation of the discipline variable of the state civil apparatus is measured by indicators of time discipline, regulatory discipline, and responsibility discipline, 33% of which are included in the "less good" category. Based on the results of the processed simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows, with the Summary Model obtained a value of 41% in the "good enough" category.

The Korean wave phenomenon has taken the world by storm. Korean Wave is a term that refers to the popularity of Korean pop culture overseas. In this case, the term is used across the country to refer to the wider spread of South Korean pop culture in general or around the world. Besides KPop and Kdrama, Korean culture is also very widespread, even fans apply elements of Korean culture in their daily life. One that is very common in various parts of the world is fashion style or Korean fashion style. The world of fashion is experiencing rapid development, especially Korean fashion, which has influenced hairstyles, ways of dressing, shoes, and even makeup. Korean fashion is considered unique because it represents bright clothing colors and is easy to match with Asian bodies and skin tones. Korean fashion exists and influences its followers in their daily life. From this we can conclude how the problem of dependence on Korean fashion styles affects the behavior of the population in Indonesia.

K-Pop itself is a design that has been very carefully prepared to provide a new breakthrough in the field of entertainment media among the world community. With the proliferation of K-Pop among the public, this article uses conceptual results obtained from various sources available on the internet, and on all social media platforms. Currently K-Pop culture has entered international culture, even affecting the audience. The rise of K-Pop is one of the right strategies when the Korean government is intensively promoting Korean culture to the international scene. The outbreak of this k-pop fever is a step forward for the Korean state to prosper its country and we as culture connoisseurs should not swallow the culture that enters our own country raw. Culture is dynamic and can grow and develop along with changing times because culture is built and rebuilt by humans However, there are cultures that cannot changed. Koentjaraningrat divides culture into two forms of culture, namely culture and culture physical and non physical (Koentjaraningrat 1982). Culture that is physical in the form of a product and difficult to change, such as temples and inscriptions. While non-physical culture is present in the form of ideas and dynamic human activities, open to change and adaptation to the context of the times. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Korean drama phenomenon to the use of illegal media among Indonesian teenagers. The study used a qualitative approach by using the methods of collecting observations, interviews, and literature review. Korean dramas are the belle of Korean Wave products that have been loved by Indonesian teenagers since the 2000s. The emergence of streaming media and downloading Korean dramas such as Netflix, Viu, and Iflix is evidence of the rapid development of digitalization technology. The limitations of legal media that are difficult to access by all circles of society make teenagers look for alternative ways to still be able to watch their favorite Korean dramas, namely through streaming media and illegal downloads. A media is said to be illegal when the platform circulates a film product without the knowledge of the producer or an official contract. The factors that encourage teenagers to access illegal media as a means of watching Korean dramas are; (1) without subscription fees, (2) freedom in accessing content, (3) habits or habits, (4) internet network access. In addition to the legal sanctions already listed in Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, various impacts are caused when teenagers misuse illegal media, such as: the user's device will be exposed to viruses, the leaking of user's personal data, and several other terrible things.

The use of technology is increasing rapidly as the times progress and the benefits and influences produced. New digital technologies have dramatically changed the way companies interact with consumers. The development of technology that is developing rapidly today is Artificial Intelligence or AI. Artificial Intelligence is a technology developed for a long time by experts. This technology is made similar to human intelligence so it is often called artificial intelligence. The development of Artificial Intelligence is very rapid growth in the field of media and information. Recently, there began to be a development using the Artificial Intelligence model to be used as an advertising model. This advertising model was enthusiastically welcomed by the public, but artificial intelligence technology can have cultural impact and influence by bringing new globalization. For now some topics can be applied widely to the development of Artificial Intelligence in lieu of advertising models and can be proposed for future research. In the future, the development of the Artificial Intelligence model is considered to eliminate artists who have been in the world of advertising for a long time because by using the human Artificial Intelligence model more freely in regulating the model and considered more practical. Seeing the rapid growth of technology the use of Artificial Intelligence is predicted to replace human jobs in the world of the information media industry. Actually, this has a good positive impact on the industrial world because it can make production performance in the field more quickly resolved but there will be many humans who are difficult to find work because it is replaced by Artificial Intelligence technology.

delivery of leader’s message to his followers requires a profer communication pattern so that the message submitted will be received well by his followers with good effects. the research method used is a qualitative description research method. the focus of the research of this thesis is on leadership patterns of leadership communication chairman of mulawarman university sketsa for 2017/2018 period in increasing members work motivation consist of formal and informal communication patterns in supported by harold lasswell theori. teh result of the research that the chairman of unmul sketsa conduct a formal pattern of communications by conducting general meetings or field necessary, making directions to members, and submitting the result of working better with supplied result. polite before meeting bearucrats, communicating with other organizations or agencies at the event while informal communication patterns are initially reraly used in the process of communication in this organization, especially in the informal communication pattern of the chairman of the sketsa, but the general chairman is aware of the communication process with more care, attention and empowering all members.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's role as an opinion leader in overcoming the moral degradation of Parunggalih Elementary School students in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive approach by using data collection through observation, interviews, and library research. The development of technology in the digital era is increasingly rapid and difficult to become a challenge in the world of education. Technology causes a shift in values, norms, rules, and morals in students, especially elementary school students. This phenomenon is called moral degradation. SD Negeri Parunggalih students have experienced moral degradation. The absence of accurate filtering allows adult information on the internet to be accessed by elementary school students and causes misunderstandings among students at SD Negeri Parunggalih. The teacher as a figure who has more knowledge than his students should work by providing an understanding of what his students receive. so that students remain in control and do not get lost in the shackles of negative information technology. It was found that there were 5 roles played by the teachers of SD Negeri Parunggalih as opinion leaders in overcoming the problem of moral degradation in the students there. The five roles include: (1) teachers as role models; (2) teachers as educators and mentors; (3) the teacher as a mediator; (4) the teacher as a motivator; (5) and the teacher as a communicator.
