Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Trust and price on purchasing decisions, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The population in this study is all consumers, totaling 96 people at Liza Toserba Bangkinang City. unknown population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, research files and interviews. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously Brand Trust and Price affect purchasing decisions, while the partial test of Brand Trust has an effect on purchasing decisions, the close relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution the independent variable to the dependent variable is 63.5%. The results of this analysis indicate that Brand Trust and Price have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions for The Celup Prendjak Case Study of Liza Department Store Bangkinang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline and work facilities on employee performance (Survey at the Bangkinang, Airtiris and Lipat kain) the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis, with the number of respondents as many as 40 people, hypothesis testing is carried out with the F test and t test with alpha 5% or 95% confidence level.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Bangkinang, Airtiris and Lipat Kain Post offices both simultaneously and partially.This is evident from the test results. F and t test at 95% confidence level.Work Discipline variable is the dominant factor influencing the performance of Bangkinang, Airtiris and Lipat Kain Post office employees, because the Work Discipline variable has a larger regression coefficient than the other variables.Work Discipline Variable (X₁) and Work Facilities (X₂) with Employee Performance ( Y) has a relationship of 87.7%. Thus, if the variables of Work Discipline (X₁) and Work Facilities (X₂) change, the Employee Performance (Y) will also change. Variations up or down in employee performance by 76.8% are determined by the variables of Work Discipline (X₁) and Work Facilities (X₂), while the remaining 23.2% of employee performance is determined by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product availability, selling price and service simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris. The population in this study were all consumers recorded in July 2021, namely as many as 247 consumers. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula so that as many as 71 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the variables of product availability, selling price and service are proven to have a joint effect on purchasing decisions for Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the variables of product availability, selling price and service are proven to have an individual effect on the purchasing decision of Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris, with the service variable as the dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions. The close relationship between the variables of product availability, selling price and service on purchasing decisions is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 95.8%. While the contribution of product availability, selling prices and services to purchasing decisions is 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the company's financial health during 2018-2020 based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 at the company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The analysis techniques used by the author in this study are: (1) Calculating the value of each financial aspect indicator, (2) Determining the score of each financial aspect indicator from 2018-2020, by comparing the value of each financial aspect indicator. . (3) Summing up the scores of all indicators of the financial aspect, then the total score of the financial aspect is compared with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. KEP-100/MBU/2002. (4) Draw conclusions whether the company is in a healthy, unhealthy or unhealthy condition based on the results of the analysis of the assessment criteria above. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that: PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, from 2018-2020 was in an unhealthy condition based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Therefore, to improve the level of financial health of the company, it is expected that the company's management can improve the company's financial performance in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity. The population in this study were all PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, which amounted to 148 people, and the sample used the slovin method so that the sample used was 62 people using multiple linear regression analysis. In discussing this research, the writer uses quantitative descriptive analysis, namely tabulating data from questionnaires and drawing conclusions quantitatively. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous significant effect of the variables of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo Tapung District, There is a partially significant effect of the safety and work environment variables on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, The relationship between the variables of the influence of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity is 67.0% with a very high contribution level relationship while the remaining 33.0% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of changes in accounting earnings, operating cash flows, investment cash flows, funding cash flows on stock returns. The sample in this study were 10 plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the simultaneous test of accounting profit variables, operating cash flows, investment cash flows, funding cash flows have a significant effect on stock returns. While partially there are three variables that have a significant effect on stock returns, namely accounting profit, operating cash flow, funding cash flow, while the investment cash flow variable has no significant effect on stock returns. The close relationship that occurs between the variables of accounting profit, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow to stock returns is moderate, with Adj R square of 0.181 or 18.1% while the remaining 81.9% is explained by other variables that are not included. in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work culture and work facilities on the performance of craftsmen at the blacksmith center teratak rumbio jaya. Sampling was carried out using the census method as many as 57 employees. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the variables of motivation, work culture, work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of the craftsmen of the Terrata Rumbio Jaya blacksmith center. Based on the partial test, the variables of motivation, work culture, work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of the blacksmith center at Teratak Rumbio Jaya. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 30.6% while the remaining 69.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ReturnInvestment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Sales Growth to Share Price. The population in this study are 17 metal and similar sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 13 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the like. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable ROI partially did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while the EPS and Sales Growth variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROI, EPS and Sales growth. The close relationship that occurs between the variables ROI, EPS and Sales Growth is categorized as strong with a correlation coefficient of 74.2% and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 48.8% while 51.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotion and facilities jointly and individually on the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 98 people. Hypothesis testing is done by f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the promotion of social media and facilities simultaneously influences the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. Furthermore, based on a partial test, promotion of social media and facilities affect the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 67.60 %.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of capability and authority on the intellectual capital of employees at PKS PT. Nusantara Plantation VSei Fence. Intellectual Capital is a feature needed to find opportunities and manage threats in life. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was tried with the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially capability and authority affect the intellectual capital of employees. The closeness of the bond between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong with the donation of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 68.0%, while the remaining 32.0% is determined by other variables not listed in this research.
