Imam Ali Karamallahu Wajhahu, is the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad as well as his son-in-law and one of the 10 (ten) companions of the Prophet who are guaranteed to enter heaven. Among the privileges of Imam Ali Karramallahu Wajhahu is the nickname "the gate of knowledge. This was proven when 10 Khawarij asked the same question, but the answers were different. According to Imam Ali Karamallahu Wajhahau, the secret to success in studying knowledge is 6 (six) conditions. that is ; intelligent, earnest, patient, have provisions (money), have a teacher who guides, and a long time. Judging from its type, this research uses literature research (Library research), or literature review that aims to obtain objective and scientific values. This research uses naturalism or natural paradigm. This research does occur naturally, in normal situations that are not manipulated by circumstances and conditions. The research approach used in this research is qualitative. The use of qualitative methods is done because this method is easier to adjust when dealing with multiple realities, besides that this method also presents directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and informants

The purpose of this study was to analyze learning materials about ecosystems and life processes in natural science subjects in class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Tengah Island, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in three cycles. In order for this classroom action research to work well without obstacles that interfere with the smooth running of the research, the researcher compiled the stages that were passed in the classroom action research, namely: 1) Action planning/preparation, 2) Action implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Learning using the Total Physical Response (TPR) method can increase student motivation in learning English. The use of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method can turn students into active learners, relieve stress on students and teachers and provide motivation that learning English is easy. It can be proven by the results of student learning in cycle III there was an increase in mastery from 24 students or 49% to 45 students or 92%, an increase of 21 students or 43% of the total 49 students. Thus, the Total Physical Response method can spur students to be more active in understanding and mastering colors material. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis obtained, that the value of student learning outcomes increases and students are more enthusiastic about learning English from cycle I to cycle III. This increased motivation and student learning outcomes achieved is proof that students have succeeded in mastering the material by 75-100%

This study aims to determine the implementation of the education unit level curriculum at MTsN 9 Kampar, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a field research that is qualitative analysis. This research also uses descriptive data, because the research is done by interpreting, describing the data, classifying the form of the data, then proceeding with interpretation and finally extrapolating, which concerns the meaning and results of the research achieved as a contribution of thought. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the implementation of KTSP at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Kampar still encountered problems including the teacher not making learning module programs for students, not using media and varied learning resources, weak class management in the learning process and still traditional learning models at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Kampar are the following symptoms: Not making learning module programs for students, Not using varied learning media and sources, Weak classroom management in the learning process and Still traditional learning models

The aim of the research was to find out the forms of delinquency in class III students at SDN 019 Muara Uwai Bangkinang, Kampar Regency and the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with student delinquency. This research is a field research (field research). The study involved third-grade Islamic Religious Education teachers and third-grade students at SD Negeri 019 Muara Uwai Bangkinang. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis is descriptive qualitative, namely: data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the forms of student delinquency are: playing around in class, poorly managed, disturbing friends, mocking friends, cheating during exams or tests and seizing during class hours, talking dirty and fighting the teacher.

This study aims: 1) to find out managerial supervision, 2) to find out the quality of education, and 3) to find out the implementation of managerial supervision for madrasah supervisors in private MTs Pekanbaru City. This type of research is field research with a qualitative research method approach and using descriptive data analysis. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and data validation techniques. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: 1) Managerial supervision of madrasa supervisors has not run in accordance with the managerial competence of supervisors, 2) The quality of private madrasahs in Pekanbaru City is still below standard, 3) Implementation of Managerial Supervision of madrasa supervisors has not proceeded according to the regulations of the Minister of Education National Regulation Number 12 of 2007 concerning School/Madrasah Supervisory Standards and Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 21 of 2010 concerning the position of supervisor and credit score

This study aims to increase student achievement in class V C MIN 2 INHU in the subject of Jurisprudence through a card sort model, and this research uses CAR research methods or class action research (classroom action research). with the learning model type sorting cards (card sort) managed to improve student achievement. In cycle 1 students of class V C obtained an average score of 71.72 with the lowest score being 60 and the highest score being 95. There were also 17 students who had not yet reached the KKM with a classical completeness score of only 41%. In cycle II the average score was 79.82, the lowest score was 70 and the highest score was 100. Meanwhile, there were only 4 students who had not reached the KKM with classical completeness of 88%. succeeded in increasing the activity and achievement of student learning. This can be seen in the development of each cycle that is held. Namely in cycle 1 only 41% and increased in cycle II 86%. Based on the average value per cycle which is in the very good category

This study aims to determine the role of principal, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's role in improving education quality management and teacher performance at MTs Se-Rantau Kampar Kiri. Includes a type of field research with a qualitative and phenomenological method approach. Data collection is obtained using observation, interview, documentation, and is complemented by validity testing. The data analysis technique uses procedures that include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of study found that the role of principal in improving education quality management and teacher performance includes; (1) Arranging curriculum planning that will be taught by teachers; (2) Organizing students' learning experiences; (3) Organizing students' skills well in religious studies; (4) Promoting madrasah libraries; (5) Strengthening students' interest in reading; (6) Strengthening student achievement in all fields; (7) Assigning teachers according to their expertise; (8) Paying attention to the development of students taught by these teachers; (9) Supervising the teacher who teaches once a week; (10) Increasing work commitment with teachers in learning; (11) Empowering all elements of the madrasah to improve learning achievement; (12) Providing pre-facilities to support education; (13) Conducting evaluation meetings once a month; (14) Making decisions based on agreement with the teachers' council; (15) Establishing communication with all components to improve student learning achievement. Then the factors that support the role of principal are; (1) Communication; (2) Freedom; (3) Work experience, while the inhibiting factors can be said to be non-existent, because all of these factors can be addressed by the principals of MTs in Rantau Kampar Kiri

The purpose of this research is to carry out development training to improve teachers' skills in preparing HOTS-based assessment instruments for teachers of science clumps (MIPA). This type of research is School Action Research (PTS), which was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kampar on Jalan Transad No.7, Lereng Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year for three months starting from February to April 2021. Data collection methods in this study are observation, field notes and questions. The data analysis technique uses comparative descriptive. The subjects of this study were Science and Mathematics teachers with a total of 11 teachers. Consisting of 5 Mathematics teachers and 6 Science teachers. The research action was carried out with procedures based on the principles of Kemmis and Taggart in Ulfatin which included four activities, namely planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection or evaluation (Prof. Dr. Nurul Ulfatin, 2022). The validation technique was carried out using data triangulation technique. The results of the study obtained an average value of teacher skills in pre-development training activities of 61 points which are classified as quite good, in cycle I activities there was an increase of 11% with an average value of 72 points in the predicate good. And in cycle III there was also an increase of 12% with an average score of 84 points with details of 3 teachers with very good predicates, and 8 teachers had good predicates. So overall the development training actions to improve the skills of MIPA teachers in preparing HOTS-based assessment instruments have met the criteria for achieving success indicators ≥ 80%

Islamic boarding schools are a type of traditional Indonesian Islamic education to deepen Islamic religious knowledge and practice it as a guide to daily life. Islamic boarding schools have existed for hundreds of years and have reached almost all levels of Muslim society. Islamic boarding schools have been recognized as educational institutions that have contributed to the intellectual life of the nation. During the period of colonialism, Islamic boarding schools were religious educational institutions that contributed greatly to society in enlightening the world of education. Not a few national leaders who participated in proclaiming this nation's independence were alumni or at least had studied at Islamic boarding schools. However, now the reputation of the pesantren seems to be being questioned by parts of the Indonesian Muslim community. The majority of pesantren today seem to be in an ivory tower, elitist, far from social reality. This problem of socialization and actualization is compounded by scientific problems, namely gaps, alienation and differentiation between Islamic boarding school scholarship and the modern world. So that sometimes pesantren graduates are unable to compete or are not ready to compete with general graduates in matters of professionalism in the world of work.
