Abstract

This class action research aims to improve the learning achievement of students in class IX.2 at MTs N 3 Pekanbaru City in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year through the implementation of the interactive lecture learning method with guided groups. The research was conducted with 4 stages of Kurt Lewin's PTK model consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted for 3 months from August to. October 2019 in 2 cycles, 1 cycle consisted of 2 meetings. To obtain valid data, data collection methods were carried out using triangulation techniques through observation, interviews, test instruments, and documentation. The main subject of the research was 35 students of class IX.2 supported by the teaching teacher, while the object of research was student learning achievement. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative analysis method. The indicators of the success of this study are seen from the results of the assessment of teachers and students which include: 1) The acquisition value of the observation of the teacher is at least 77, which is 80% of the total score of all assessment indicators; 2) Student learning achievement increases as seen from the number of student learning outcomes scores getting KKM ≥ 82 with a percentage of 85% of the total students in the class. The results of the study prove that the implementation of the interactive lecture learning method with guided groups is considered effective in improving student learning achievement, as evidenced by the value of the observation of the teacher has met the target provisions of the success indicator with the achievement of the final percentage value of 92%. This affects the overall increase in student learning achievement, and the acquisition of the final score of all students can reach the KKM, meaning that the research success indicator has been met with 100% student learning completeness

Abstract

The construction in this study is in order to explore the usefulness of applying the scientific system learning in PAI learning at the Riau Taxation Vocational School. The method used is a research experiment with a study subject of PAI teachers totaling 1 person. With the conclusion of the research, namely: 1) the scientific approach in PAI learning has a significant impact on the learning process through five elements namely: (1) observing, (2) asking, (3) experimenting (4) association and (5) reasoning. This is illustrated by the findings that PAI teachers are able to provide learning by attracting students' attention, high motivation from students, being able to provide references and mapping PAI discussions. 2) PAI teachers are able to bring up critical learning as a scientific form. The research findings were confirmed through John Dewey's theory which put forward the following: 1) positing problems, 2) clarifying issues, 3) looking at the possible answers of students together with educators looking for possibilities that will be implemented in problem solving, 4) try out the possibilities that are considered profitable, 5) assessment. From these objectives it can be concluded that several dimensions are to be improved and addressed by learning activities of Islamic religious education, namely: a) Dimensions of students' faith in Islamic teachings. b) The dimensions of understanding or reasoning (intellectual) as well as students' knowledge of Islamic teachings. c) The dimension of appreciation or inner experience felt by students in carrying out Islamic teachings

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the academic supervision that has been carried out at MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi in an effort to remotely monitor teacher performance. This research was conducted for 4 weeks in August to. September 2022. The research stages were carried out based on the process guidelines in management. Management is a series of processes that include planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, evaluating and controlling activities in order to empower all organizational/company resources, both human resources (human resource capital), capital (financial capital), materials (land, natural resources or raw materials), and technology optimally to achieve organizational/company goals (Pratama, 2020), the organization in question in this case is MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi. The research subjects were selected using random sampling technique. The subjects were 6 different homeroom teachers, to obtain a variety of data from different rombel. Consisting of 1 homeroom teacher X MIPA 5, 1 homeroom teacher X IPS 2, 1 homeroom teacher X PK 1, 1 homeroom teacher XI MIPA 4, 1 homeroom teacher XI IPS, and 1 homeroom teacher XI PK 1. The object of this research is teacher performance. The research data were obtained from observation and documentation of CCTV results during supervision/monitoring of teachers. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. According to Arikunto (2006), qualitative research is research on research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis (Sudaryono, 2016). The results showed that the use of CCTV in the implementation of monitoring teacher performance at MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi was in a good category

Abstract

This type of research is a classroom action research conducted through two cycles in two months in 2021. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation/action, observation, and reflection (Siyoto & Sodik, 2015). This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VIII.2 at MTs N 3 Pekanbaru City in the Integrated Social Studies subject matter of recognizing ASEAN countries through experimental efforts to apply the play-based learning model with the index card match method. The subject of the research was 32 students of class VIII.2 with the object of research was student learning outcomes. Data collection methods are done through observation, questionnaires, and test instruments. The data analysis technique is done by describing or describing the results of the qualitative and quantitative processed data obtained. There are two indicators that indicate the success of the research, namely: 1) Student feedback on the implementation of learning received positive responses from all students reaching 80%; 2) Students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes with a KKM score ≥ 81 as much as 85% of the total number of students. The results of the study concluded, among others: 1) In cycle I, students' learning outcomes increased by achieving 65.6% completeness with an average score of 83.5. In cycle II, learning completeness also experienced a significant rate of increase, reaching 90.6% with an overall student average score of 90; 2) The results of the questionnaire related to the value of student responses during the learning action process carried out resulted in an average value of 42.6 in the agree category. These results conclude that the application of the card matching method can improve learning outcomes and attract their interest so that students can follow the learning well

Abstract

Al-Quran Hadith lessons are lessons that are very influential on everyday life. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Dumai City which is located on Jl. Raya Bukit Datuk Dumai in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of classroom action research Kurt Lewin model consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages which aim to improve or overcome student difficulties in learning activities, research actions are divided into two cycles (3 X 45 minutes 4 meetings). The purpose of the study was to determine whether the drill method can improve student learning achievement in Al-Quran Hadith subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through participatory observation and classroom activities, as well as learning outcomes test instruments. To check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques, namely checking the validity of data that utilizes something else outside the data for the purpose of checking or comparing the data. The benchmark for the success of the action is seen from the percentage level of student learning completeness (KKM 85) which reaches at least 85% of the total students. The results of the study concluded that there was an increase in student learning achievement in the subject of Al-Quran Hadith material on living a blessing by respecting and obeying parents and teachers in Class XI IIS 2 at MAN 1 Kota Dumai after using the drill method has reached the minimum completeness criteria with very good results. At the end of cycle I, the value of student learning outcomes completed amounted to 25 people (81%) then increased at the end of cycle II with the number of complete students reaching 31 people (100%). The average class score of cycle I was 84.03 and cycle II was 89.19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the views of the Bengkalis Regency MUI regarding women's congregational prayers on holidays in Simpang Ayam Hamlet III. The research method used is a qualitative method by means of interviews. The results and discussion in this study are the history of congregational prayers, the meaning of congregational prayers specifically for women, the law of becoming an imam and the requirements to become an imam and congregation. The conclusion of this study is to know the law of praying in congregation specifically for women through the MUI of Bengkalis Regency, namely that the law is permissible as long as all makmum must also be women because if there is a makmum there is a man then the law is unlawful

Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles to implementing public relations management in schools. This research uses a case study approach at one of the vocational schools in Riau namely the Riau Tax Vocational High School (SMK). The research informants were the Head of the School, the Deputy Head of Public Relations, and the Head of the Department at the Riau Taxation Vocational School. This study found that the implementation of public relations management at the Riau Tax Vocational School has been running as it should. This was proven by the existence of school partnerships with several existing agencies to make public relations programs successful. In addition, communication has also been good through meetings with parents of students to convey the progress of students both academic and non-academic, meetings with committees to strengthen cooperative relations, and meetings with school partners to coordinate cooperation. Meanwhile, regarding the implementation of public relations on the aspect of the school's image, it was quite good with the facilitation of the development of student's interests and talents in extracurricular activities. Other results found that schools experienced problems in carrying out their activities: 1) Lack of parental participation, 2) Limited school operational funds, and 3) Schools were not ready to face the times for the curriculum synchronization process. This has implications for the smooth implementation of public relations and of course, if the school does not immediately anticipate it will affect the image and quality of the school going forward

Abstract

In the 21st century, without realizing it, traditional art gradually eroded and began to fall out of favor. Many teenagers or the younger generation prefer modern arts such as western pop, Korean pop and many more. The purpose of this study is to clearly describe efforts to increase young women's interest in tambourine activities in Teluk Batil Village. This research is a type of qualitative research (Qualitative Research) which is descriptive in nature. Based on the results of interviews and observations at the house of the head of the tambourine Harapan Bunda in Teluk Batil village, it can be concluded that only a few teenagers in Teluk Batil are interested in participating in tambourine activities and it can be said that the interest of teenagers is still low in this tambourine activity, because they consider tambourines to be out of trend. again and a bit old-fashioned, as well as globalization which makes sophisticated technology such as tiktok, instagram, twitter and so on. Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of increasing the learning motivation of students in class X IPS 3 MAN 1 Pekanbaru for the 2022/2023 academic year using the TPS (Think Pair Share) method. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) and the data is presented through qualitative and quantitative descriptive data. The learning motivation of class X IPS 3 students is still low, researchers are trying to increase it by applying the TPS type cooperative method. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 class X IPS 3 students for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results showed that learning motivation was 71% in cycle 1, 80% in cycle 2. There was an increase of 9% of students who were motivated, became active, both physically, mentally and socially in the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the impact of using gadgets on the development of students' behavior at SMPN 1 Bantan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of the study show that the use of gadgets greatly impacts the development of student behavior, both positive and negative impacts depending on how a student uses the gadget, if the use of the gadget is good then it will also have a good impact on the development of behavior, otherwise if the gadget is used unwisely then will have a negative impact on the development of student behavior at SMPN 1 Bantan. Children must also be able to use gadgets if they are to be used in the future, because following technological advances is one of the adaptive functions of humans. Gadgets are sophisticated media that can be interpreted as vital goods/instruments, which can be used for all daily needs, as with other electronic equipment, a tool is a container with two sides, when used properly it will provide benefits for both parties.
