Ronde nursing and completeness of documentation of nursing care is part of the quality ofnursing care in the hospital. Interest-round optimization of the implementation of nursing andnursing care documentation that is refreshing and prepare the necessary tools. So that theknowledge and commitment to change for the better. The method to do that is by using a casestudy approach of PDC). Result the program , the nurse's knowledge increases with pre-testresults of 68% to 85% shows good improvement that could indicate that the implementation iscarried out is considered effective to increase the knowledge of nurses.. Increased training,increased technology strategy nursing human resources management, periodic evaluationworkload, create an enabling environment conducive work culture is also very important role inoptimizing the program.

Satisfaction to health services is influenced by several factors such as the physical facility andhealthcare environments, system agreements including waiting time, waiting, as well as the scopeand nature of the health services provided advantages. The phenomenon in the community ofusers still complain BPJS poor service, slow handling, the complexity of procedures to obtainservices. The purpose of this study to identify factors that affect user satisfaction BPJS.The studyused discriptive desing with a sample of 74 respondents BPJS users in RW 05 SawunggalingWonokromo Surabaya with Simple Random Sampling. The variables in this study are the factorsthat affect user satisfaction BPJS.The result of this study showed the majority (97.3%) ofrespondents said the service factor is the factor most affecting user satisfaction BPJS. Importantif BPJS improve management of administrative arrangements to be online, improve the data baseas well as convenience to the terms in the care of membership BPJS order to increase levelsatisfaction.

Parenting style is a description used by parents for child care. Parenting style is one of thefactors that affect language development in children. The study was aimed to identify thecorrelation between parenting style and language development of pre-school children. The studyused cross sectional approach, total sampling. 40 mothers (90.9%) using democratic parentingstyle, 4 mothers (22,7%) authoritarian parenting style. The development of children's language isfound 34 children’s (77.3%) appropriate, 10 children’s (22.7%) with the result ofdoubtful. Showa correlation between parenting style and language development of pre-school children (age of 3-6 years old) (p= 0,032). The parenting style is one of the factors that influence the languagedevelopment of children; it is because the communication and interaction between children andparents have an important role so that children have language skills in accordance with thestages of the children's age.

The average time of arrival of the patient is exceeded golden hour (8.9 hours).The level ofeducation is one factor that leads to delays in stroke patients arrive at the hospital. The aim ofthis study to determine correlation between education towards golden hour stroke patients inhospitals Ulin Banjarmasin. This study used cross sectional descriptive analytic with accidentalsampling technique in 30 families of stroke patients in hospitals Ulin Banjarmasin. The study wasconducted from November to Desember, 2016 with the interview. Analyze result obtained thevalue of significance (2-tailed amounted to 0.773> 0.05 means that H0 is accepted, so there is nosignificant relationship between the level of education with the golden hour (p = 0.773). Thisindicates that the level of education is not related to the golden hour of stroke patients inhospitals Ulin Banjarmasin.

Diarrhea is one of symptom that causes death and has the highest morbidity rate in Indonesia,especially for children under five years of age. South Kalimantan in 2011 there were 66,765cases of diarrheal disease. One of the areas in South Kalimantan, namely the Banjar Regency in2010 to the highest regions of the occurrence of diarrheal disease with 3,077 cases. Diarrhea canbe prevented by application of a clean and health behavior order household. Research studies arecross-sectional correlation fringes of society river as much as 82 respondents in cluster samplingand measurement tools using a questionnaire. There are 82 respondent in total, the predominantresult was 42.7% of respondents have passable clean and healthy living behavior and 13.4% ofrespondents have bad clean and healthy living behaviour which is not dominant. The worse theimplementation of clean and healthy behavior of household, it will be easier for family membersin house for suffering diarrheal disease including the toddler.

Stimulation of the development of eating is an activity that enhances the ability of children tobehavior when eating. The practice of feeding is strongly influenced by the mother's role,particularly in children toddler who develop their independence, one of which is eaten. Motherability stimulating the benchmark eating behavior in children. Quasy experiment with sample 21respondents mothers who have toddler with difficult feeding in Puskesmas North Banjarbaruthrough purposive sampling technique and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test is used in this study. Theresult showed increase the mother's ability stimulating the development of eating between firstand second observation with p value = 0.025 into p value = 0.014. However, at the componentsof health belief model does not give effect to the mother's ability. Perceived vulnerability p =0.317; perceived seriousness p = 0.564, perceived barrier p = 0.157 and perceived benefit p =1.000. Early detection oral motor development should include the part ofchild development.

Discharge planning is the interaction and collaboration among of health care workers, patients,and families together to provide and arrange the necessary continuity of patient care. During theimplementation of discharge planning, nurses play a role in education to the patient and familyfor prepare the return and the possible need for follow-up care at home. This study aimed todetermined the relationship of the educator nurse’s role with the implementation of dischargeplanning for patients in Tulip 1C RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. The study design was observationalanalytic cross sectional using saturated sampling and the subjects were 29 respondents. The roleof a good educator were 17 people (59%) and the implementation of good discharge planningwere 18 people (62%). Data analysis using Chi Square test with the results obtained p = 0.002,which means p <0.05, so it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between thenurse educator role with the implementation of discharge planning for patients in Tulip 1C RSUDUlin Banjarmasin.

Family support is needed by people with mental disorders in motivating them for care andtreatment. Things that can trigger a recurrence and prolong the treatment of other psychiatricdisorders among patients not taking medication regularly.Objective this research aims to analyzeand determine the relationship of family support with drink medicine obediently of mentaldisorder patient. Methods of this research was correlational with cross-sectional study design.Respondents were 35 patient, instruments used in the form of family support questionnaire anddrink medicine obediently questionnaire. Results this research showed that 42.86% gave goodfamily support, 37.14% providing sufficient family support and 20% provide less support.Medication adherence in patients with mental disorders who dutifully 24 respondents (68.57%)and non-adherent patients 11 respondents (31.43%). Analysis of the research data usingspearman correlation test with p value of 0.000, which means p ˂ 0.05, so there was a significantrelationship between family support with medication adherence in patients with mental disordersin Puskesmas Banjarbaru with r = 0.748, which means strength strong relationships and have apositive direction. The family was expected to gave a good family support to patients with mentaldisorders that adherent patients taking medication to cure and prevent recurrence

In Indonesia in 2013 reached 8.9% of the total population of 250 million inhabitants. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the nutritional status of the elderly in Social InstitutionsTresna Werdha Minaula Kendari City in 2016. The research was conducted in Social InstitutionsTresna Werdha Minaula Kendari City starting on May 24 until May 30, 2016. The method usedin this study is survey descriptive . The population in this study were all elderly residing in TresnaElderly Social Institution Minaula Kendari many as 95 people. These samples included 56 peoplewith a sampling technique that total sampling. Results of research on the nutritional status of theelderly are the normal nutritional status to 34 persons (60.7%), the malnutrition status is 21people (37.5%), and the nutritional status of more that 1 (1.8%). Risk of malnutrition elderly bythe Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) is on good nutrition that 22 (39.3%), on the status of riskof malnutrition is 33 people (58.9%), and the malnutrition that is 1 (1.8%) , Carers are expectedto always pay attention to the nutritional status of the elderly in nursing so that it can be fulfilledproper nutrition for the elderly. Future studies are expected to develop similar research withother variables relevant, such decreased organ function and nutrition of elderly, elderly nutritionpattern processing, functional disorders and diseases of the elderly nutrition.

Arrhythmias are disturbances in the heart rhythm become fast, slow or irregular. Arrhythmia is acomplication ofSTEMI. These arrhythmias can damage electrical conduction and cardiac cells inthe heart. The incidence of arrhythmias is 50%, which can lead to death. The objective todescribe the incidence of arrhythmias and an overview mortality in STEMI patients at theGeneral Hospital of Ulin Banjarmasin. The methods of study was using a descriptive with crosssectional design to STEMI patients. This study has been done since 4 September 2015-31December 2015 using accidental sampling technique. Instruments used ECG and observationsheet. The results of this study total incidence of arrhythmias were 11 respondents (65%), nonarrhythmia 6 respondents (35%). The incidence of mortality was two respondents (12%). 15respondents (88%), 2 female respondents (12%). It can be concluded the prevalence ofarrhythmias in patients with STEMI is high, found with sinus tachycardia and bradycardia mayresult in death.
