Abstract

The adjunctive treatment of melancholy has garnered good attention as researchers and healthcare providers seek opportunities and complementary tactics to improve outcomes for people suffering from depressive disorders. This abstract explores the therapeutic benefits of mixing omega-3 fatty acids, tryptophan, B vitamins, S-adenosyl methionine (same), and Hypericum (St. John's Wort) as adjunctive treatments for melancholy. Omega-3 fatty acids, found in fatty fish and certain plant sources, have shown promise in alleviating depressive signs and symptoms. Their anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective homes may also contribute to advanced temper and ordinary well-being. Tryptophan, an important amino acid, performs a vital role in serotonin synthesis, a neurotransmitter associated with temper regulation. Supplementing tryptophan may additionally enhance serotonin production and alleviate the signs and symptoms of melancholy. B vitamins, specifically B6, B9 (folate), and B12, are vital for correct mind function and neurotransmitter synthesis. Deficiencies in these nutrients are connected to mood disturbances. Adjunctive B diet supplementation can doubtlessly assist traditional despair treatments by addressing dietary deficiencies. S-adenosyl methionine (same) is an occurring compound concerned with diverse biochemical procedures, which include the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Equal supplementation has confirmed efficacy in enhancing temper and may be taken into consideration as an adjunctive treatment choice for melancholy

Abstract

Stunting, a nutritional concern, exerts adverse effects by influencing the physical and functional attributes of a child's body, contributing to elevated rates of child morbidity. Globally, the prevalence of stunting remains considerably high, registering at 22.2% in 2017, with approximately 55% of affected children in Asia and 39% in Africa. To Evaluate the connection between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting rates in lower middle-income countries. The research design was a systematic review. Article searches were conducted using Google Schoolar, Pubmed, Science Direct, and Scopus databases. The keywords used were "Exclusive Breastfeeding OR Lactation AND Stunting" and "Exclusive Breastfeeding OR EBF OR Lactation AND Stunting". Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used when selecting article titles and abstracts. The study encompassed a total of 9,949 and 16 articles for analysis. Exclusive breastfeeding provides adequate calories to fulfill the growth requirements of toddlers. Consequently, toddlers who do not exclusively breastfeed are at a higher risk of experiencing stunting. Among the thirteen articles examined in this research, an association between exclusive stunting and breastfeeding was consistently observed. Conversely, three articles conveyed no discernible correlation between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting. Furthermore, these articles highlighted the limited advantages of exclusive breastfeeding in preventing stunting. Toddlers who were not exclusively breastfed exhibited a higher probability of experiencing stunted growth, demonstrating a clear connection between the occurrence of stunting and exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Malaria is one of the infectious diseases that is still a health problem for the community. Anopheles sp mosquitoes  are vectors for spreading malaria caused by plasmodium sp. parasites. The content of citric acid in oranges, makes this fruit has a sour taste that gives a fresh aroma. Essential oils found in orange peels can generally be used as anti-mosquito spray deodorizers. Orange peels can repel mosquitoes because mosquitoes do not like the smell of fragrances. Essential oils contain gologan organic compounds terpenes and terpenoids that are oil-soluble (lipophilic). This study aims to determine the use of citrus peel waste into mosquito repellent spray preparations as an alternative to malaria prevention with variations of active substances infusion of orange peel F1 (20%), F2 (40%). The sample used in this study was an infusion of citrus fruit peel (Citrus Sinensis L).  The results of organoleptis test research have a distinctive aroma of sweet orange fruit peel, yellow color and liquid form. While the average pH for all is to have a pH of 5, and for homogeneity tests all three homogeneous formulas are seen in macroscopic and microscopic ways. Test mosquito protection power, in this study the average results obtained for F1 is 43%, and F2 63% for mosquito protection standards is 90%

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the functioning of institutions responsible for safeguarding witnesses and victims in ensuring justice, advantages, and legal assurance for individuals affected by domestic violence. The chosen research method is Normative Juridical, also known as Normative research. Despite the Witness and Victim Protection Agency fulfilling its responsibilities to protect victims of domestic violence, it is not the primary choice for those seeking protection. To address this, there is a need to extend the reach of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency beyond the National Capital to include representatives in all Provincial Capitals across Indonesia. Additionally, empowering these representatives to make decisions on protection requests from domestic violence victims is crucial. Furthermore, there is a necessity to formalize the institutional relationships between the Witness and Victim Protection Agency and other relevant organizations. This would enhance protection services tailored to the specific requirements of domestic violence victims. This could involve establishing institutional connections to improve the overall effectiveness of victim protection efforts

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify how Sharia Economic Law is used to settle disputes involving cooperative businesses in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach to the literature to investigate secondary data sources pertaining to Indonesian legislation and regulations pertaining to commercial conflict resolution. The findings demonstrated the crucial role that sharia cooperatives play in the Islamic economic system, particularly as a substitute finance source for the lower middle class. According to Indonesia's legal system, sharia business disputes, including those involving sharia cooperative businesses, can be settled through family mediation, legal proceedings in religious courts with absolute jurisdiction, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution organizations like LAPSPI (banking), BMAI (insurance), BMDP (pension funds), BAPMI (capital market), BMPPVI (venture capital), and BAMPPI (guarantee). The establishment of LAPS Cooperatives that mesh well with the cooperative's spirit and have access to human resources with expertise in sharia-based cooperative business become crucial factors to take into consideration. Sharia cooperatives are seen as a unique type of business entity that operate member-based businesses that simultaneously hold two statuses (owner and user) and cooperative wealth owned by all cooperative members who run their businesses according to sharia principles
