Abstract

Management of State-owned forests needs to involve the community in utilizing the area. One of them is that the community around the forest area is given authority to obtain permission to manage the forest. Efforts were made to get legalization for the community in accessing and managing forest areas; the government issued a social forestry policy. Management of forest areas using a regime management system requires the participation of communities around the site, so it is necessary to be more active in managing agroforestry-based land. The primary aim of this research is to determine the potential of the Albizzia forest in helping the community provide arable land for agriculture in the development of an agroforestry system. The data collection technique used in this research is field observation, with interview techniques carried out directly. Farmers' responses (77%) of farmers who have introduced this system stated that they were delighted, (19%) answered that they were not happy, and 4% said they were satisfied. Farmers' satisfaction with this management system is seen as a local community product that has proven effective in dealing with economic changes in communities around the Albizzia forest area

Abstract

Human monkeypox is a unique fervid disease caused by a monkeypox bacterium, an appendage of the Orthopoxvirus genus. Affliction exhibits epidemiological and dispassionate traits that pose challenges for disease and prevention. Primarily native to the Central and West African domains, monkeypox has gained worldwide attention because of occasional outbreaks and the potential for human-to-human broadcast. Epidemiologically, monkeypox shares similarities with smallpox, including reservoirs likely to contain rodents and non-human anthropoids. The virus may be transmitted to people through direct contact with infected mammals or bodily fluids. Person-to-person broadcasts, even though meager, contribute to the spread of ailments, stressing the need for active stopping strategies. Clinical evidence of human monkeypox includes delirium, problems, muscle aches, and a characteristic rash. The range of ailment asperity ranges from mild, self-confining cases to harsh forms accompanying obstacles, underscoring the importance of correct and appropriate diseases. However, distinguishing monkeypox from other rash ailments, including smallpox and chickenpox, is a challenge. The prevention of human monkeypox relies on early discovery and immunization. Surveillance works aim to monitor and contain outbreaks, whereas expeditious demonstrative tests influence up-to-the-minute case identification. Vaccination, accompanying the existing smallpox cure, has proven promising in preventing monkeypox and lowering the severity of the affliction. However, continuous research is crucial to evolving guide attacks, particularly given the disadvantages of the smallpox cure and the progressing type of virus

Abstract

MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison), ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment), and MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) are decision support system methods employed for evaluating the performance of honorary staff. MABAC utilizes a multi-attribute border approximation area approach to measure the relative performance of honorary staff. ARAS assigns weights to competing attributes and produces assessment ratio values aiding in decision-making. Meanwhile, MOORA focuses on multi-objective optimization by considering ratio analysis. The combination of these three methods provides a holistic and comprehensive framework for assessing the performance of honorary staff, enabling decision-makers to effectively evaluate their contributions and achievements based on predefined criteria. This approach allows for the determination of relative rankings and the selection of honorary staff that best align with organizational needs

Abstract

Stunting, a nutritional concern, exerts adverse effects by influencing the physical and functional attributes of a child's body, contributing to elevated rates of child morbidity. Globally, the prevalence of stunting remains considerably high, registering at 22.2% in 2017, with approximately 55% of affected children in Asia and 39% in Africa. To Evaluate the connection between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting rates in lower middle-income countries. The research design was a systematic review. Article searches were conducted using Google Schoolar, Pubmed, Science Direct, and Scopus databases. The keywords used were "Exclusive Breastfeeding OR Lactation AND Stunting" and "Exclusive Breastfeeding OR EBF OR Lactation AND Stunting". Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used when selecting article titles and abstracts. The study encompassed a total of 9,949 and 16 articles for analysis. Exclusive breastfeeding provides adequate calories to fulfill the growth requirements of toddlers. Consequently, toddlers who do not exclusively breastfeed are at a higher risk of experiencing stunting. Among the thirteen articles examined in this research, an association between exclusive stunting and breastfeeding was consistently observed. Conversely, three articles conveyed no discernible correlation between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting. Furthermore, these articles highlighted the limited advantages of exclusive breastfeeding in preventing stunting. Toddlers who were not exclusively breastfed exhibited a higher probability of experiencing stunted growth, demonstrating a clear connection between the occurrence of stunting and exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the functioning of institutions responsible for safeguarding witnesses and victims in ensuring justice, advantages, and legal assurance for individuals affected by domestic violence. The chosen research method is Normative Juridical, also known as Normative research. Despite the Witness and Victim Protection Agency fulfilling its responsibilities to protect victims of domestic violence, it is not the primary choice for those seeking protection. To address this, there is a need to extend the reach of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency beyond the National Capital to include representatives in all Provincial Capitals across Indonesia. Additionally, empowering these representatives to make decisions on protection requests from domestic violence victims is crucial. Furthermore, there is a necessity to formalize the institutional relationships between the Witness and Victim Protection Agency and other relevant organizations. This would enhance protection services tailored to the specific requirements of domestic violence victims. This could involve establishing institutional connections to improve the overall effectiveness of victim protection efforts
