Abstract

All parties related to the running of the auction, both the buyer and the seller, know that the auction is beneficial to the Indonesian economy. The method used is descriptive analysis. The partial test results explain that the auction efficiency variable has a positive and significant effect on PNBP. This means that the implementation of the auction at the Batam KPKNL has a small burden of carrying out the auction compared to the results obtained in the form of non-tax state revenue. Furthermore, it also explains that the auction effectiveness variable affects PNBP. This means that the Batam KPKNL always achieves satisfactory targets every year, and it needs to be a concern of management so that it can always achieve the target. The simultaneous test results explain that the variable efficiency and auction effectiveness simultaneously affect PNBP. This means that the implementation of the auction at the Batam KPKNL has a small burden of carrying out the auction compared to the results obtained in the form of non-tax state revenue. And the Batam KPKNL always achieves satisfactory targets every year

Abstract

The climb of the dragon stirs waves across the wide sea. As gold and steel flow from its mountains, China's power shakes pillars of the old world. This writing aims to weigh what this means through windows into trade, trust, and talk between lands. By peering closely at ties tied in knots, may we grasp how the rise of the rising sun redraws the dance of nations. China has become a colossus with colossal clout on the global stage. As a financial, political, and military giant emerging from the east, its growing heft has brought challenges and chances to the structure that has stood for ages. This essay will think on these effects by glancing at China from angles of economics, exchange, security, and diplomacy. When we pick at threads in this knotty matter piece by piece, it is hoped this essay helps us understand better how the ascent of this dragon recasts the play of peoples across the planet

Abstract

The most pronounced impact of the COVID-19 pandemic for Milkfish, Culinary, and Batik MSME entrepreneurs are experiencing a decline in sales turnover. After the pandemic subsided, consumer demand began to increase so MSME sales turnover increased. This research uses analysis of each variable using a questionnaire. The results of the survey that has been carried out show that batik MSMEs have the main obstacles in the form of capital and low consumer demand for batik. For milkfish and culinary MSMEs, the problem is low demand from consumers, some milkfish and culinary MSMEs do not yet sell online. The obstacle after the pandemic subsides is the still high price of raw materials. During the COVID-19 pandemic, sales of batik, milkfish, and culinary MSMEs generally experienced a decline in sales turnover of around 40-80%. The employment rate for batik, milkfish, and culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 period was 15%. MSMEs experienced a reduction in the number of workers and also a reduction in the number of working hours. Milkfish and culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 period experienced problems in the raw material supply chain and price increases

Abstract

Corruption inside the pharmaceutical industry is a pervasive and complicated problem that poses giant challenges to healthcare structures, public welfare, and ethical requirements. This abstract delves into the prognosis of the challenges posed by corruption in the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical sector performs a vital function in promoting international fitness by growing, generating, and distributing life-saving medicines. However, the arena is plagued by various kinds of corruption, such as bribery, fraud, kickbacks, and undue influence on regulatory procedures. This corruption leads to distorted priorities, compromised drug satisfaction, decreased access to important drug treatments, and expanded healthcare costs. One challenge is the complex web of relationships among pharmaceutical corporations, healthcare professionals, and regulatory governments. These relationships, while regularly critical for understanding trade and innovation, may be exploited for corrupt practices that prioritize income over patient well-being. Furthermore, inadequate regulation and susceptible enforcement mechanisms create an environment where corrupt activities can flourish

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify how Sharia Economic Law is used to settle disputes involving cooperative businesses in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach to the literature to investigate secondary data sources pertaining to Indonesian legislation and regulations pertaining to commercial conflict resolution. The findings demonstrated the crucial role that sharia cooperatives play in the Islamic economic system, particularly as a substitute finance source for the lower middle class. According to Indonesia's legal system, sharia business disputes, including those involving sharia cooperative businesses, can be settled through family mediation, legal proceedings in religious courts with absolute jurisdiction, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution organizations like LAPSPI (banking), BMAI (insurance), BMDP (pension funds), BAPMI (capital market), BMPPVI (venture capital), and BAMPPI (guarantee). The establishment of LAPS Cooperatives that mesh well with the cooperative's spirit and have access to human resources with expertise in sharia-based cooperative business become crucial factors to take into consideration. Sharia cooperatives are seen as a unique type of business entity that operate member-based businesses that simultaneously hold two statuses (owner and user) and cooperative wealth owned by all cooperative members who run their businesses according to sharia principles

The result of the regression showed that flood reduced rice yield/quantity, flood caused lost of revenue and farm proximity to river negatively significantly influenced the consumption expenditure among smallholder rice farmers at 5 % probability level in the study area. The result also showed that fitting of water inflated sandbags as flood barriers (M= 3.44), creation of drainage (M= 3.28), removal of sediment (M= 3.26), building of water gates (M= 3.22) and construction of flood barrier socks (M= 3.19) were the control measures they used during the incident of flood in the study area
