Abstract

Good governance is the main objective in the implementation of good government. This research specifically investigates political power to support the achievement of these goals. By using descriptive qualitative method, through in-depth analysis of research objectives such as Understanding causal relationships, identifying key factors, developing a conceptual model, and providing recommendations. This research finds that excessive political intervention in the bureaucracy is a complex problem with deep roots in Timor-Leste's state institutions. The main factors contributing to this problem include an unstable political system, a strong culture of political patronage and institutional weakness significantly influencing the decline of bureaucratic professionalism, conflict of interest, political instability, nepotism and collusion. In addition, this research also identified other factors that play an important role in achieving good governance, such as Recruitment of Civil Servants, Absence of clear roles for Employees, Uncomfortable Working Space, Lack of Facilities for Civil Servants, and Filing Systems. These findings underline the importance of formulating public policies to maintain the neutrality of civil servants, enhance the capacity of civil servants, and build public confidence in their implementation, enforcement of laws and regulations and the proper placement of civil servants. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a basis for the government of Timor-Leste to formulate effective and accountable policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of producers in the production of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), the investment costs of producers in their production and the input and output of the company in the production of oyster mushroomsThe methodology used in this practice is a descriptive analysis method such as direct observation to collect data in the field, interviews are a method of collecting data in the form of a list of questions according to systematics, documentation methods as data collection techniques. through primary data and the appointment of secondary data with documentation.Through the results of this practice, it can be seen that the income from the porcini mushroom business is positive for the development of the Fatuquero community, because EAMO can produce porcini mushrooms of six to ten thousand per serving with a market price of $ 0.85, so that each price multiplied by the number of mushrooms reaches seven to eight thousand. This shows that the annual income of $8,890.00, $7,788.55, $6258.55 from the total annual income of white mushrooms divided by the total production budget of $4,704.00 $3,456.00 $5,100.00 with a fixed cost of $8,201,010 activity 0 returns the R/C ratio of 6.087, 5.858, and 2.427 and this means that the R/C value is greater than >1 is a profitable tree breeding activity for the Fatuquero community which is a priority for development by EAMO

Abstract

This study examines the potential of young dates (Phoenix dactylifera) as a nutritional agent in supporting the oogenesis process, which is an important aspect of women's reproductive health. The introduction identifies that infertility is a global health problem affecting 10-15% of couples in Indonesia, and there is an urgent need for an alternative approach to infertility treatment. Young dates, which are known to be rich in bioactive compounds such as antioxidants and essential nutrients, have the potential to improve egg quality and support reproductive health. The method used in this study uses a systematic literature review approach by analyzing 557 articles from various databases. Selection was carried out based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 9 relevant articles for further analysis. This process follows PRISMA and JBI guidelines to ensure the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that young dates had a positive effect on hormonal balance, increased levels of FSH and LH hormones, and improved ovarian structure in animal models. Research has also found that young dates function as antioxidants that can protect reproductive cells from oxidative damage, as well as increase the number of ovarian follicles. The discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of young dates in improving the oogenesis process and overall female reproductive health. The study concluded that young dates may be a promising herbal therapy for improving female fertility, with recommendations for further research to understand the specific mechanisms underlying the effects. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of alternative treatment strategies for infertility problems in the future.

Abstract

This research is in the form of an experiment that aims to determine the effect of using various organic fertilizers of cow dung on the growth and production of green bean plants carried out in Kanco Village, Cina District, Bone Regency and its implementation began in March to May 2023. This experiment was arranged based on a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments, each repeated 3 times, in 1 plot there were 96 plants. Sampling was taken from 30% of the middle plants, so there were 5 plants. In this experiment there were 12 plots, so that 60 plants would be studied. The results of the experiment showed that the effect of using various doses of organic fertilizers of cow dung on fertilizer treatment with a dose of 5 tons/Ha or 3000 grams/plot showed the highest results of all parameters observed and for the production of sample plants was 15.54 grams and production per plot 1.49 kg

Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of implementing the fractional reserve requirement banking system, its impact on the money multiplier, and the solutions offered by Sharia banking. The world community is starting to care about the dangers of the three pillars and their impact on the economy. Interest, fiat money, and fractional reserves are requirements in the banking system. This must be studied deeply to return the economy and monetary system to a usury-free system. This research uses a mixed method with a systematic literature review (SLR) method to identify, evaluate, and synthesize the findings of various studies regarding questions or research topics surrounding fractional reserves, their macroeconomic impact, and solutions from the perspective of Sharia banks. The quantitative approach is also used to support the counting of money multiplier effect. We suggest the consequence of requiring scheme and product development in Sharia banks, one of which is an investment banking scheme with a Mudharabah Muqayyadah product

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality (e-SERVQUAL) and banking service quality (BSQ) on customer retention intention in the MyBCA application, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediator variable. Data was collected through a survey filled out by 384 respondents who are BCA customers and users of the MyBCA application. The analysis method used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that the dimensions of e-SERVQUAL (efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Similarly, the dimensions of BSQ (access, price, ease of use, service portfolio, reliability, and security) also show a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer retention intention. This research contributes theoretically by expanding the understanding of factors influencing customer satisfaction and retention in the context of digital banking services. Practically, these findings provide insights for the developers of the MyBCA application and BCA management to enhance service quality to retain and increase customer loyalty

Abstract

This study examines the influence of operational efficiency, technological innovation, and service quality on the competitiveness of cargo handling companies at ports, with government regulation as a moderating variable and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Operational efficiency enhances optimal resource utilization and cost reduction, while technological innovation accelerates logistics processes through automation and digitalization. Service quality plays a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction, which contributes to loyalty and sustainable competitiveness. Government regulations ensure a structured operational framework, support innovation, and enhance efficiency through safety and sustainability standards. This research provides theoretical and practical insights for policymakers and managers in improving the competitiveness of the port logistics industry. Furthermore, empirical studies across various types of ports are recommended to understand the effects of these variables in different operational contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the development of Islamic education in Indonesia from the time of the Islamic kingdom, Dutch colonialism, Japanese colonialism, to the Old Order and New Order eras. During the Islamic kingdom, Islamic education developed through traditional institutions such as Islamic boarding schools, which played an important role in the spread of Islamic teachings. This study shows that Islamic education in Indonesia has gone through different stages, from traditional Islamic boarding schools to modern educational institutions, reflecting local conditions and adaptation to global challenges. In addition, this study also discusses organizations, institutions, and figures who have contributed greatly to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, and reviews the Islamic education system in relation to national education. The results of this study are expected to provide a deep understanding of the dynamics of Islamic education in Indonesia and its contribution to the development of the national education system
