Abstract

To analyze cash waqf as a preference for waqf by utilizing systematic literature review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis to identify and synthesize relevant articles from published national and international journals. Using an integrated analysis of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Bibliometric methods on 1,109 journal articles indexed in the Scopus database. The PRISMA protocol yielded 60 research articles eligible for review and synthesis related to cash waqf, with saturation achieved through 10 articles. Cash waqf can be an effective tool in driving economic growth. The publication and citation performance over the past ten years of observation is relatively high, with an average citation "h" index between 4 and 42 citations. Seven prominent clusters were identified: Islamic Social Finance and Cash Waqf Institutions, Cash Waqf Development, Cash Waqf Management, the function of Cash Waqf as a tool for improving community welfare, the government's role in supporting cash waqf management, the historical development of waqf along with Islamic financial institutions, and Islamic financial instruments and institutions. This study also reveals gaps in existing research, including the development of innovative cash waqf instruments, ethical management controls, broader poverty alleviation strategies, empowering financial markets in cash waqf development, and the utility of cash waqf as Islamic social finance. This study can be recommended as a consideration for the government, waqf management institutions, and other stakeholders in formulating policies and waqf empowerment programs that are more effective through the optimization of cash waqf, including through Sharia banking products linked to cash waqf, as well as innovative and digital cash waqf management. This forms the basis for analyzing waqf development and comparative studies on the effectiveness of cash waqf models

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered consumer behavior in Indonesia, with a stronger focus on essential needs such as food and beverages. This shift in priorities has been met with a positive response from businesses in the fast-food industry. KFC, one of the most prominent fast-food chains in Indonesia, serves as the context for this study. The research focuses on Indonesian Gen Z consumers who have previously purchased from KFC, with a sample of 180 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The study uses SEM-PLS analysis with Smart-PLS 4.0 software, revealing that Halal Certification, Brand Preference, and Trust have a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Additionally, Trust and Brand Preference act as mediators in the relationship between Halal Certification and Customer Loyalty, highlighting the importance of these factors in shaping consumer behavior. The findings suggest that halal certification not only influences customer loyalty directly but also strengthens brand preference and trust, which are crucial in fostering long-term loyalty. This is particularly important in the Indonesian market, where ethical and religious considerations are key drivers in consumer decision-making, especially among the younger generation

Abstract

Indonesia's electoral process relies heavily on good logistics management and high levels of participation. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a systematic literature review, utilizing Publish or Perish software to identify and analyze relevant studies published between 2019 and 2024. The findings emphasize critical strategies such as selecting strategic warehouse locations, mapping distribution areas, and enhancing coordination among election organizers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of election logistics to polling stations. Challenges such as geographical barriers, infrastructure limitations, and extreme weather persist, especially in remote regions. Additionally, voter participation can be improved through technology-based outreach strategies, accurate voter data update, and the active involvement of democracy volunteers. Despite limited internet access in certain areas, these methods have proven effective in raising awareness and engagement. By integrating strengthened logistics infrastructure, organizer training, and inclusive outreach strategies that utilize both digital tools and direct campaigns, this study offers practical recommendations to enhance the efficiency, inclusiveness, and sustainability of electoral processes in Indonesia. These findings serve as a valuable reference for future electoral reforms to uphold the transparency and democratic principles

Abstract

This study aims to explore the financial management strategies employed by small eatery owners to sustain operations and remain competitive in local markets. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with small eatery owners to uncover their practices in cash flow management, operational cost control, working capital optimization, and the adoption of financial technology. The findings reveal that: (1) Daily Cash Flow Management is a fundamental practice where owners manually record income and expenses, enabling them to monitor cash flow and allocate resources efficiently. (2) Operational Cost Control is prioritized by minimizing food waste, negotiating with suppliers for better prices, and relying on family members for labor to reduce costs. (3) Efficient Use of Working Capital is achieved by allocating resources to essential materials, while some owners resort to informal loans for urgent needs, ensuring liquidity without accumulating debt. (4) Adoption of Simple Technology for Financial Record-Keeping is emerging, with some owners using mobile apps to track finances, although barriers such as lack of knowledge and resistance to change hinder widespread adoption. The study highlights the need for targeted interventions, such as financial education and accessible technological solutions, to support small eatery owners. Future research should focus on the impact of formal financial training and broader technology adoption on the long-term success of small eateries

Abstract

Marigolds (Tagetes erecta) belong to the widely developed astraceae family and are easy to cultivate. Marigold flowers have a high content of nutrients and active compounds so that the potential to be used as poultry feed. This study aims to identify phenotypes, nutrients and bioactive compounds Marigold found in Bengkulu province Indonesia. The study was conducted using purposive sampling survey method by conducting non-experimental descriptive observations. The variables observed were phenotypic identification, nutrient content and bioactive compounds. There are 7 (seven) Marigold Accessions, Nutritional content, especially kaasar protein, is quite good at 8.75-14.23% with the highest content in the wrrl accession which is almost the same as WRRM and WRDP while the lowest is WRSJ. While the coarse fiber content is almost the same ranging from 9.19-12.08%. Accession WRRL has the lowest tannin and HCN content of 7.80% and 0.64%. Carotenoids were moderately high (327 mg/kg) at the accession of WRDP. The accession of WRRL has a better content of nutrients and bioactive compounds compared to other Accessions this shows that marigold can be used as an alternative to natural feed additives to increase poultry productivity
