Abstract

Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is also called, is a field of study in analyzing people's opinion, evaluation, assessment, attitudes and emotions to an entity such as products, services, organizations, individuals, issues, events and topics. Several methods have been applied is Naive Bayes, svm, and K-nn. By using the method of naïve Bayes classification can be found report value contained in how child, with the value of the figure. using naïve Bayes classification is divided into two processes, namely the processes of training and testing. The training process is used to produce a model of sentiment analysis that will be used as a reference to classify sentiment data or the testing of new raw data. Nursery child is early childhood education in the form of formal education. Kindergarten curriculum focused on the provision of educational stimulation to aid growth and development. Students progress report containing narrative value that can be done sentiment analysis to see the intensity of the narration .

Abstract

Aplikasi Informasi pengajian merupakan aplikasi yang dapat mengelola data jadwal pengajian yang di adakan di setiap masjid yang terdaftar di aplikasi informasi pengajian yang mencakup wilayah Kota Bandung dan dapat memberikan informasi jadwal pengajian setiap penceramah atau masjid yang sudah mempunyai akun aplikasi informasi pengajian. Aplikasi informasi pengajian ini dapat dijalankan di Komputer dan perangkat mobile lainnya yang sudah berbasis android salah satunya adalah smartphone. komputer dan smartphone merupakan bagian dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang fungsinya sangat dibutuhkan dan bisa dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan  manusia sehari-hari di berbagai bidang kebutuhan manusia salah satunya sebagai sarana pemberi informasi. Mengikuti arah perkembangan teknologi yang sekarang ini, dan semakin banyaknya pengguna komputer dan perangkat mobile pada hari ini memberi ide penyusun untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi informasi pengajian yang bisa diakses oleh semua perangkat komputer maupun mobile untuk memberikan sebuah informasi jadwal pengajian yang di butuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya wilayah kota Bandung. Didalam skripsi ini dilakukan proses pembuatan sebuah aplikasi yang memanfatkan internet, aplikasi ini hanya bisa diakses oleh user yang sudah mendaftar ke aplikasi informasi pengajian. Pembuatan aplikasi ini diawali dengan berbagai penelitian, perancangan dan diakhiri dengan implementasi dan pengujian dari sistem informasi tersebut

Abstract

Bahasa kasar telah menjadi salah satu masalah utama bagi penggunaan media sosial terutama media sosial twitter. Kebebasan manusia dalam berkata menyebabkan manusia tidak bisa mengontrol perkataannya yang menyebabkan banyaknya perkataan atau tulisan yang menggunakan bahasa kasar. Jika tersisip kata kasar dapat mengakibatkan pengaruh buruk bagi pengguna media sosial maka akan menyebabkan pengguna media sosial menjadi tidak nyaman dalam menggunakan media sosial.Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan melakukan filterisasi terhadap bahasa kasar tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan algoritma naïve bayes ini terbukti dapat membantu pengguna media sosial mengetahui perbedaan antara bahasa kasar dan bukan dalam melakukan update status dalam media sosial terutama media sosial twitter.

Abstract

E-commerce with a system of recommendations based collaborative filtering is designed to help stores in develop businesses is global. In this application will be provided recommendations in order to system to make it easier for the consumers in to look for intended products, saw a products and sold based on the categories. To make sure consumers in choosing the product and the production of application by implementing recommendations. Where the system would recommend a intended products can also can refine based on the category. The recommendations in this system in a collaborative filtering. The value rating by consumers collected in a matrix of consumers and products. In counting to get a resemblance and applied also method adjust cosine-based similarity and to value his prediction own use weighted sum. Recommended products system to consumers by gathering information about histori purchase.When consumers choose town living, will products histori recommended based on the purchase by the area.Therefore reduced purchasing power of buyers will increase it is presented products in accordance with era development.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the world of education has developed a lot, especially in universities. As an example of the application of college-level information technology is the delivery of information presented through the official website of the Higher Education. One of the web-based systems owned by the Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Indonesia Tanjungpinang is the Final Semester Examination Information System (SIUAS). With this technology, the final semester exam no longer uses the manual method with answer sheets but students can answer directly on a computer or laptop. Satisfaction level analysis is important to know the extent of expectations and realities of system users in an effort to achieve the perfection of an information system and can meet user expectations. One method in analyzing user satisfaction is end user computing satisfaction (EUCS). Dimensions contained in EUCS consist of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. This type of research is descriptive research that is intended to describe the phenomena that exist, which take place now or in the past. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and questionnaires with a sample of 47 respondents who are active users of SIUAS. The results of the analysis of the level of satisfaction of SIUAS users of the Tanjungpinang Indonesian Institute of Technology used the EUCS method of 87.01% with a gap of 12.99% meaning that the user is in a very satisfied category range. Of the five dimensions, the variable easy of use has the smallest gap, namely 9.9% while the biggest gap is in the variable timeliness, which is 17.52%.

Abstract

Evaluate the best performance comparison of C4.5, Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor, Logistic Regression, and Support Vector Machines classification methods for detecting breast cancer using a 10 fold Cross Validation test by comparing the values of accuracy, precision, and recall using confusion matrix . The breast cancer dataset used was 699 records with 11 indicator parameters consisting of Code Number, Clump Thickness, Uniformity of Cell Size, Uniformity of Cell Shape, Marginal Adhesion, Single Epithelial Cell Size, Bare Nuclei, Bland Chromatin, Normal Nucleoli, Mitoses, and Classes obtained from http://archive.ics.uci.edu. The data was processed using Rapid Miner Version 9 software. The results of this study found that the percentage of performance of each classification algorithm analyzed, that is C4.5 Algorithm (accuracy 93.70%, precision 94.26%, recall 87.86%), Naïve Bayes Algorithm (accuracy 96.19 %, precision 92.25%, recall 97.50%), K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (95.61% accuracy, precision 94.99%, recall of 92.43%), Logistic Regression Algorithm (accuracy 96.77%, precision 95.93%, recall 94.98%), and Support Vector Machines algorithm (accuracy 96.78%, precision 94.83%, recall 96.20%). The best performance results tested using T-Test found that the Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machines algorithm has the same highest accuracy value that is equal to 0.968.

Abstract

Accountable excellent service is a vision of the institution that must be achieved and one of them is the availabil-ity of adequate infrastructure and in appropriate conditions even comfortable to be used by employees, to sup-port the performance of MR technicians in handling employee complaint reports that are not coordinated so an application system is needed to facilitate and streamline performance that is user friendly for employees as enti-ties that report complaints. The research uses data collection methods of observation and unstructured interviews to study system require-ments from the agency also with a structured approach to waterfall design model where the process includes defining requirements, system design and software, testing and implementation, system integration and opera-tions and maintenance. The first version of the Complaint infrastructure application was built web-based and mobile java programming for the Android version as a user application for employees because it was more fa-miliar with a user friendly and easy to use display. with the development of information technology now, and for the future there will be application development for agency needs, especially in education infrastructure ser-vices, by integrating this infrastructure complaint application with the system used by agencies for ease of eval-uation and reporting.

Abstract

The presence of computer technology with the power of the process has enabled the development of internal applications for computer-based audits at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa. This application is an application that is made to simplify the activity process for the internal audit division at Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa, because there are many internal audit team activities that are under control and still need to be addressed. In this study a soft role has been developed that has the ability to control and fix things that are still lacking in internal audit activities, such as schedule control, management of findings and storage of report files. The methodology used for software development with the Waterfall method includes system engineering, analysis, design, coding, targeting and maintenance. The data collection methodology carried out is literature study techniques, observation and interviews with Auditor staff and Audit Managers. This application serves to facilitate the audit team to conduct audit scheduling, manage audit findings, and store results or audit reports. The benefits of making this internal audit application include facilitating the manager audit and Auditor staff as the audit executor in the process of its activities.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources. The process of selecting a course for prospective students by SMK Taman Siswa Rancaekek is done in a way that is still manual. The research aims to analyse new students in determining the majors that match their talents, interests and abilities. Therefore, the results of this research built the Fuzzy logic implementation system using Tsukamoto method, from the research results get that Tsukamoto method is able to provide recommendations according to subjects that have value High.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam memberikan layanan informasi yang berupa data akademik. Sebagian besar penerima informasi sudah menggunakan smartphone, akan tetapi sistem informasi akademik yang saat ini disediakan kurang informatif, khususnya pada penyampaian informasinya tidak bersifat real time. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Mobile ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu pengguna lebih mudah dalam menerima informasi akademik serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pengunaannya secara real time. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Mobile ini juga memberikan alternatif bagi pengguna untuk mengakses sistem informasi akademik yang sudah ada saat ini dan meningkatkan mobilitas pengguna untuk mengakses sistem informasi akademik.
