Abstract

Enterprise Architecture (EA) plays an important role as an enabler of digital transformation with strategic objectives, especially in digital government initiatives. Despite its potential, EA implementation in the public sector faces challenges such as complex organizational structures, diverse stakeholder interests, and regulatory constraints. This study aims to systematically review the literature to identify critical success factors that influence the success of EA implementation in government and propose a comprehensive maturity evaluation methodology. Using a systematic literature review of 48 studies published between 2018 and 2024, this research identifies key factors such as strategic alignment, governance, human resource capabilities, and stakeholder engagement as critical to achieving effective EA implementation. It also introduces an EA maturity evaluation model designed for the public sector to assess and improve EA practices. The citizen-centric aspect is the novelty of this research where the factors in this aspect characterize the implementation of EA in the digital government sector. The findings provide insights and academic contributions in expanding the study of EA in the public sector as well as providing practical guidance for government agencies to improve their EA maturity so that accelerated digital transformation can be achieved

Abstract

This research analyzes the news framing of the Vina murder case in tvOnenews.com media using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model, which divides framing into four categories: problem definition, cause diagnosis, moral judgment, and resolution recommendations. The results showed that tvOnenews.com framed this case as a symbol of the weakness of the Indonesian legal system, with an emphasis on justice and openness in the legal process. The media also highlighted the efforts of the victim's family in seeking justice, and debated various factors causing injustice in this case, including the alleged involvement of unscrupulous people and the possibility of false testimony. This research emphasizes that through intense news framing, tvOnenews.com has attempted to be an agent of social change that encourages the creation of justice and improvement of the legal system in Indonesia. This research provides insight into how the media can frame legal issues to build public opinion and influence people's perceptions.

Abstract

Mangrove ecosystems, among the world's most productive environments, provide critical ecological, economic, and social benefits while supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, these ecosystems face degradation due to deforestation, land conversion, pollution, and climate change. This study examines the pivotal role of regulations in mangrove restoration to achieve the SDGs, utilizing case studies from Indonesia and Thailand. It highlights successful regulatory frameworks, such as the implementation of Social Forestry policies in East Kalimantan and the Regional Regulation in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. These frameworks integrate social, economic, and ecological pillars to promote sustainable mangrove management. By analyzing regulatory contributions to SDGs 6, 13, 14, and 15, this research emphasizes ecosystem-based management, community involvement, and international compliance as fundamental elements for effective restoration. The findings demonstrate that well-designed regulations can harmonize environmental protection with economic development, offering actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to ensure mangrove ecosystem sustainability.

Abstract

Pancytopenia is a hematological condition characterized by a decrease in three blood cell lines: erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. This condition is not an independent disease, but a manifestation of various underlying diseases. Pancytopenia can be caused by impaired blood cell production in the bone marrow or increased destruction of blood cells in the periphery. Precise and prompt identification of the etiology is essential, given that pancytopenia can be life-threatening if not treated properly. This study aims to analyze and identify the causes of pancytopenia in patients at Batang Regency Hospital, as well as provide recommendations for appropriate treatment based on the etiology found. The methods used were clinical observation, laboratory examination, and diagnostic imaging in a 58-year-old patient with the main complaint of weakness and a history of pancytopenia. The examination includes a complete blood count, a smear of peripheral blood, and a clinical evaluation. The results showed that the patient had central type pancytopenia, with a suspected etiology of aplastic anemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. Other differential diagnoses include vitamin B12 deficiency. Although a bone marrow biopsy is necessary to confirm the diagnosis, initial therapy with blood transfusions and nutritional improvements has shown an improvement in the patient's condition. The conclusion of this study is the importance of a thorough evaluation to identify the etiology of pancytopenia. Proper treatment should be based on the underlying cause, which will affect the prognosis and prevent recurrence. A comprehensive approach can improve patients' quality of life and reduce the risk of complications

Abstract

Burns are tissue damage or loss caused by contact with heat sources such as fire, hot water, chemicals, electricity and radiation. The grape plant has an activity of pharmacological effects, which are mainly present in its seeds and fruits. Grape seed extract containing proanthocyanidin can help wound healing by promoting neovascularization, extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrolastic cell migration and differentiation. Aloe vera leaves can be used to treat skin lesions, such as burns, irradiation damage and ischemic ulcers. In addition to being a hydrating and skin- protecting agent, this gel also has healing, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory activities because aloe vera contains vitamins C and E, essential amino acids, and polysaccharides that stimulate tissue growth and cell regeneration. The objective is to determine the effectivity of burn wound repair using grape seed extract and aloe vera. This research used 24 white rats weighing 150 to 200g that divided into 4 groups, positive control group, negative control group, 10% grape seed extract treatment group, and 10% aloe vera extract treatment group. This study used an experimental method with True Experimental design with Randomized Post-test only Control Group Design, by giving 10% concentration of grape seed extract and aloe vera extract with 10% concentration to rats that has been burnt.

Abstract

Hemodialysis is an essential therapy for managing chronic kidney failure, helping to maintain homeostasis by removing excess fluids, solutes, and toxins from the body. The global increase in the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) has led to a rising demand for hemodialysis. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status, body composition, and creatinine levels in hemodialysis patients at Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar Hospital. Using an observational cross-sectional design, the study involved 16 patients whose body mass index (BMI), muscle mass, fat mass, total body fluid, and visceral fat were measured before and after dialysis. The results revealed significant changes in nutritional status, body composition, and creatinine levels pre- and post-hemodialysis, analyzed through paired T-tests at a 0.05 confidence level. Most patients were male, aged over 45, with normal nutritional status but abnormal creatinine levels. Body composition analysis showed significant differences in muscle mass, fat mass, total body fluid, and visceral fat before and after hemodialysis, with patients with higher muscle mass tending to have elevated creatinine levels. This study emphasizes the importance of monitoring body composition and creatinine levels to support the health of hemodialysis patients and highlights the need for personalized nutritional and therapeutic interventions in CKD care. Further research is needed to explore the long-term impacts of hemodialysis on nutritional status and kidney function.
