Abstract

This research is part of the plan of the Bogor Regency government, especially Cileungsi District, in arranging the Cileungsi flyover which is currently filled with garbage and used as a shadow terminal, making the area look slum. The arrangement effort is made to create a comfortable, neat flyover that can become an icon of Bogor Regency. The research aims to produce a portal tower flyover design that is aesthetic, unique, sturdy, and meets the strength and stability standards of the structure according to local conditions. The analysis was carried out using SAP2000 software to model the three-dimensional space structure and identify the strength, stability, and deflection of the structure. The LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) method is used in calculating the bearing capacity of the structure. The results of the analysis show that the space frame structure made of steel pipes has stable and rigid behavior, meeting all work loads, including dead loads, live loads, wind, and earthquakes. The design of the 13-meter deep pile foundation has also been proven to be able to withstand loads safely. The design of the space frame structure made of steel pipes for the Cileungsi flyover portal tower is declared strong, stable, and safe to implement. This structure can be used as a new icon for Bogor Regency, especially Cileungsi District. The implementation of this design requires detailed depiction as a construction guideline in the field.

Abstract

Financial literacy and financial inclusion are needed to improve people's lives through Financial Services Institutions. The 2016 and 2019 National Surveys on Financial Literacy and Inclusion show that the financial literacy index of farmers and fishermen is the lowest compared to other types of work. Indonesia has considerable potential for agricultural land and marine fisheries, especially in Ambon City. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial inclusion for farmers and fishermen. The research method is a survey of 65 households of farmers and fishermen—data analysis using SMART PLS4.0 software. The results showed that knowledge or literacy and attitudes affect skills, while skills affect access. Furthermore, access and trust affect inclusion. The implication is that improving skills and attitudes will improve access; access affects trust, which determines financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of system quality and information quality on the success of e-procurement at PT XYZ, with a focus on the mediating role of ease of use. Data were collected from 42 respondents in the purchasing department, all users of the e-procurement system, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Key findings include that system quality and information quality both positively affect ease of use. High-quality systems and accurate information make the e-procurement system easier to use. Information quality also directly enhances the success of e-procurement. Additionally, ease of use positively impacts the success of the system, indicating that when users find the system easy to use, its success rate increases. While system quality alone does not directly impact success, it does so when combined with high information quality and ease of use. For PT XYZ, these findings suggest that improving system quality and information quality can significantly enhance e-procurement success. Practical steps include ensuring robust internet connectivity, comprehensive data documentation, timely updates, and clear, accurate information. Simplifying the e-procurement process and enhancing user skills will also contribute to more effective and efficient procurement operations.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the role of worship as a medium for dialogue between religious communities, focusing on a missiological perspective. Highlighted issues include the lack of comprehensive understanding regarding the role of worship in promoting interfaith dialogue and the scarcity of research specifically linking worship with a missiological approach. This gap needs to be addressed. The research method used is a qualitative approach, conducting a comprehensive literature review on worship, interfaith dialogue, and missiology theory. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of worship's role in facilitating interfaith dialogue. This research is also anticipated to contribute new insights to the field of missiology by exploring how worship can be a powerful tool for the church in fostering understanding and cooperation between different religious communities. The conclusion provides practical recommendations for church leaders, religious figures, and missiology practitioners to use worship as an effective medium for dialogue. By promoting interfaith dialogue through worship, it is hoped to strengthen tolerance, mutual understanding, and cooperation among religious communities, building harmony and peace in a pluralistic society. Ultimately, the goal is to create greater awareness of the importance of respecting religious differences and promoting cooperation through inclusive and dialogical worship practices.

Abstract

Toxic Relationship becomes a trap in teenage dating relationships so that one party feels depressed and disadvantaged, even threatening life safety, especially for women. This study aims to explain the forms and motives for maintaining toxic relationships in dating relationships. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to explore the stories (cases) of five female students who were victims of toxic relationships in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews and brainstorming and reinforced from literature studies and news sources. Data were analyzed interpretatively. Data reliability was obtained from data triangulation. The results showed that the forms of toxic relationships in dating are physical violence, sexual harassment, verbal violence, intimidation, and possessiveness. The reasons why teenage girls maintain toxic relationships are because: (1) hope that the partner can change bad behavior to good; (2) the family has known each other; and (3) still have trust in the partner even though they have experienced physical violence, sexual violence and poor mental health. Getting out of a toxic relationship is not easy because the factors of hope for love, family, and trust are still the motives for maintaining a dating relationship.

Abstract

Increased levels of academic stress in students can affect physical health, such as blood pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI). This study aims to determine the relationship between academic stress and blood pressure and BMI in Pharmacy Study Program students at Prima Indonesia University. This study used an analytical observational approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 4th semester students as research samples. Data were collected through the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire and measurement of blood pressure and BMI. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho correlation test. The results showed a significant relationship between stress and blood pressure with a p-value of 0.029, but there was no significant relationship between stress and BMI with a p-value of 0.524. In conclusion, although there is a relationship between stress and blood pressure, stress levels are not directly related to BMI in university students. This study is expected to provide insight into the importance of stress management for student health.

Abstract

Jungkook from BTS (Bangtan Boys) made history as the first Asian singer to perform at the opening ceremony of FIFA World Cup 2022. While his performance symbolized a significant moment for the Korean wave and its role in Korean cultural diplomacy on the global stage, it drew criticism from some Western countries. This response stemmed from concerns about human rights issues in Qatar, such as the treatment of migrant workers involved in constructing Al-Bayt Stadium. This study aims to analyze the objectives of South Korea's cultural diplomacy in the Middle East through Jungkook’s appearance at the FIFA World Cup 2022 opening ceremony. Employing a netnographic approach, the research involved analyzing social media commentary, particularly by categorizing relevant keywords from Twitter (X) posts connected to this topic. Using frameworks in cultural diplomacy, constructivism, and nation branding, the study finds that Jungkook’s performance served to foster mutual understanding, strengthen international cooperation between Qatar and South Korea, establish a positive image in the Middle East, and further promote South Korea's nation branding on a global scale.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of product quality on customer perceived value, cus-tomer satisfaction, and information review credibility, alongside the mediating role of cus-tomer satisfaction and information review credibility. The research employs the Infor-mation Adoption Model (IAM) to explore how these variables influence customer prefer-ences in the e-commerce sector, focusing on Somethinc skincare products in Denpasar City. Data from 126 respondents were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Results show that product quality positively affects customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and information review credibility. Information review credibility effectively mediates the relationship between product quality and cus-tomer perceived value, while customer satisfaction does not. These findings provide theo-retical contributions to IAM and practical insights for businesses to enhance customer trust and value perception through improved product quality and credible information dissemination.
