Abstract

This study aims to discuss the strategy and role of the government in the internationalization of MSMEs. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, which is divided into primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through library research techniques that refer to resources available online and offline, such as: scientific journals, books, and news from trusted sources. The results showed that the internationalization strategy conceptually and theoretically can be divided into two categories, namely internationalization theory and selectivity theory. The emergence of internalization theory can threaten the existence of MSMEs due to the development of large companies in the 1970s. Furthermore, in its development, the theory seeks to internalize the benefits that can be obtained from internationalization, localization, and ownership. At the same time, the eclectic theory in the internationalization strategy places more emphasis on the resources owned by MSMEs and knowledge of the markets and networks that MSMEs choose to market their products. The steps taken by the current government by creating a special portal at INSW are appropriate, but if this is achieved not only through existing portals, but also through direct engagement with business people, including through seminars and workshops by interacting with them more often and socialize.

Abstract

Nanoparticles are iron oxides that are used in various fields of life, one of which is to absorb heavy metals. In this study, magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles were synthesized using the correspirate method and magnetite nanoparticle templates with PEG-6000. Synthesis of magnetite nanoparticles was carried out to obtain magnetite nanoparticles to be used to remediate heavy metals Cu, Ni and Mn in waste leachate. The susceptibility analysis of the leachate sample type showed that the type of magnetic material. The calculation results from the XRD diffractogram obtained that the crystal size of Fe3O4 nanoparticles is 56.35 nm. By varying the mass of 0.4 grams of Fe3O4, 0.8 grams of Fe3O4 and coating Fe3O4 using PEG 6000, it is known that the reduction in the concentration of heavy metal Cu is 7.71%, 23.09% and 42.31%, respectively. The percentage reduction in the concentration of heavy metal Ni was 6.29%, 9.45% and 7.09%, respectively. The percentage reduction in the concentration of heavy metal Mn was 25.369%, 19.98% and 4.05%, respectively. This indicates that Fe3O4 and PEG-6000 nanoparticles are able to reduce the concentration of heavy metals in waste leachate contained in the leachate sample

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is one of the most prevalent infectious diseases in the world. Based on a report by the World Health Organization (WHO, 2012) one third of the world's population, which is around two billion people infected with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. More than 8 million populations get active TB every year and around 2 million die. More than 90% of TB cases and deaths come from developing countries, one of which is in Indonesia. This research is an observational analytic study with a case control study design that aims to determine the effect of risk factors for pulmonary TB events using a retrospective approach. The results of this study indicate that the most dominant variable TB incidence in high school education cases is down to 45 people (97.8%) and the smallest House Density is 25 people (54.3%) and the most dominant control variable is no comorbidities namely as many as 47 people (97.9%) and the smallest Respondents' House Density fulfilled the requirements of 26 people (56.5%). Factors that significantly influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis are nutritional status (p = 0,000, OR = 31,263), respondent employment (p = 0,000, OR = 21.77), comorbidities (p = 0,000, OR = 0.022), Ventilation (p = 0.001, OR = 4,680) and House Humidity (p = 0,000, OR = 9,625). The results of the study concluded that the variable that most influenced the incidence of pulmonary TB was Nutrition Status (p = 0.002, Exp (B) = 2.334).
