The sample calculation is 10% of the population of 174 so the sample used in this study is 64 employees. This study uses a quantitative correlation type approach. The results: 1) In testing the significance of the correlation coefficient, it turns out that the value of tcount is greater than t-list (t-count > t-list = 2.729 > 1.999) or the price of t-count is outside the acceptance of H0. So it can be concluded that the correlation above is really significant. 2) In testing the significance of the correlation coefficient, it turns out that the price of tcount is greater than tList (tcount > tList = 5.587 < 1.999) or the price of t-count is outside acceptance. 3) Principal transformational leadership behavior and teacher achievement motivation have a close relationship with learning quality. Seen from the results of the test significance test that the calculated F value is 15.7678. Thus, the hypothesis which states that there is a

Accepting and treating diversity in a friendly manner is essential from a Christian perspective. If nowadays progress is being seen in terms of accepting, respecting and treating each other in a friendly manner, then this cannot be separated from the contribution of faith and religious ethical values adopted by believers. In the context of this paper, the author limits himself to the contribution of the Christian religion. For followers of Christ, being friendly to diversity whether due to physical differences, skin color, social status, gender, ethnicity, religion or culture has historical and intercultural theological aspects.

Abstract

The implementation of building construction projects cannot be separated from the problem of wasting costs, which is one of the contributing factors due to the emergence of residual materials during the construction process. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the ideal indicators in the application of construction material waste management in an effort to reduce the impact of cost inefficiency due to the of waste material so far, which in this study is viewed from the point of view of the parties involved in the building project. The results obtained from this study are that the ideal factor for implementing the ideal construction material waste management. Where at the planning/design stage, the most priority variable category is the Selection of Low Waste Materials, then at the procurement stage, namely the Estimation and Ordering of Material Volume and at the construction stage, namely the category Management Commitment category variables. The direction of research development is in the form of developing the concept of an ideal building construction material waste management model that can be applied by the construction operator, in this case addressed to the contractor, planning consultant and material supplier in an effort to reduce the impact of inefficiency in material costs during the construction process in Indonesia.

On the one hand, those who are pro against the discourse have a number of arguments that underlie this view, such as the urgency of the need for massive and rapid vaccine production and on the pretext of ensuring global health aspects. Then on the other hand, those who are against it think that the discourse on the abolition of the Covid-19 vaccine patent is not the right solution because it is feared that it will cause disappointment from pharmaceutical companies and related parties and because this is an aspect that is the responsibility of the state. and has been regulated in legal instruments in the field of intellectual property. Meanwhile, the theoretical perspective used refers to the discourse theory proposed by Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe. In addition, the research method referred to is a qualitative method using a literature study technique on related scientific sources.

Abstract

This research aimed at improving critical thinking and SRL (Self Regulated Learning) ability based on STEM-CP (Science, Technology, Engineering Dan Mathematic- Contextual Problem) by using module. This research employed a research and development (R&D) method, which was used as actual proof in improving a learning media of STEM-CP based modul. There were 12 schools, including state or private schools, and 12 biology teachers as need analysis involved in this study. A needs assessment was conducted by using a questionnaire generated in Google form. The result of the needs assessment showed that teachers 70% of stated so far the learning process has not run optimally, the media that has been used so far have not maximized the learning process of 66,6%, and 83.3% of teachers stated that learning had used modules, but 16.6% stated that the learning process had not used modules. The fact is that in learning the teacher has used the module but it has not maximized the learning process. The STEM-CP module is expected to be able to improve students' critical thinking skills and SRL (Self Regulated Learning).
