When talking about customer satisfaction, Twitter as a large and great media could be used to get sentiment or opinion on a product and service of a business. The sentiment will be in a form of tweet that was posted on Twitter that referred to hot debated issues subjectively. The tweet data then will be processed using machine learning to analyze the sentiment of a certain topic. This study aimed to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian public on one of the Indonesian airlines using Deep Learning, Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method based on the training for Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), validation and prediction. The tweet will be selected in the span of three years (2017-2020) through the triangulation sentence sentiment process. The LSTM model gives a result of 98.5% accuracy and 92.2% validation accuracy in the data training. Whereas, the LSTM model’s data testing gives a result of 56.5% negative sentiment higher than the positive and neutral sentiment. It could be assumed that the factors which affect the negative sentiment could be used as an input to improve any business process

Iraq is built on agriculture. As a result of population growth, accidents, and contamination, India's agriculture sector is currently declining in quality. Therefore, despite the speed and accuracy of the work, we have attempted to simplify the agriculture industry and restrict human involvement. In order to make this a reality, we are using IOT as the regulator and a few sensors that are connected to it. A rancher must occasionally screen the field for a respectable yield. This paper focuses on crop observation using IoT devices that would provide ranchers with real-time field data. Once obtained, the information is evaluated and documented for further use. This task was assigned to increase harvest efficiency and take preventive action against production loss. Additionally, we included a coordinated structure for waste administration. By enabling brilliant activity that is satisfying and independent, the Internet of Things (IOT) has been playing an awesome role in simplifying human lives. Comparing the suggested framework to the current garbage assortment framework, the movement distance is reduced by 30% on average in the approved circumstance. By enabling continuous observation and an optimized route, it reduces the cost of fuel and human labor, upgrading and improving the system.

Coronary artery disease, including acute coronary syndrome (ACS), is a major cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. The neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is a nonspecific marker of inflammation and previous studies have shown that increased NLR is associated with mortality in acute coronary syndrome patients and may act as a prognostic marker. The aim of this study was to assess the association of NLR and in-hospital mortality in ACS patients. The method used in this study was, Literature search was carried out using the Ebsco, Embasse, Nature, Proquest, PubMed, Science Direct and Scopus databases until March 2022 to find an observational cohort study that assessed the association of NLR and in-hospital mortality in ACS patients. A systematic review of published studies following the preferred reporting items for systematic review and guideline meta-analysis (PRISMA) was conducted. Study quality was assessed with the Newcastle Ottawa Scale (NOS) and only high quality studies were included in this meta-analysis. The primary outcome was in-hospital mortality and the effect was measured in Risk Ratio (RR) and 95% CI. Conclusion: A high NLR increases the risk of in-hospital death in acute coronary syndrome patients. Further studies in large settings are needed to assess the NLR threshold values that can predict in-hospital mortality in acute coronary syndrome patients

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is one of most common world’s health problems with constantly increasing prevalence and many complications, and cardiovascular is one of them. The earliest cardiovascular damage that can be seen is left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. In patients with CKD, there will be mineral metabolism disorders, including phosphate. Persistently increased phosphate in CKD will cause rising in Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF23) that regulates phosphate in the circulation. High level of FGF23 will directly damage the heart and stimulates cardiac remodeling that will result in cardiomyocyte damage, atherosclerosis and intramyocardial cells fibrosis. This will cause myocardial stiffness and diastolic dysfunction. The purpose of the study is to discover correlation between Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF23) serum and left ventricle diastolic function in patients with chronic kidney disease. This is an observational study with cross-sectional methods. The sample is 30 patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Patients are evaluated for Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF23) level in their serum, assessed the left ventricle diastolic function by measuring early diastolic velocity of the left ventricle (lateral e’) using echocardiography. There is significantly increased of FGF23 serum levels and decreased of lateral e’ value in chronic kidney disease case. There’s also a strong correlation between FGF23 serum and filtration glomerulus rate (LFG) (p<0.05), and a strong correlation between FGF23 serum level with lateral e’ as a component of left ventricle diastolic function. There’s a strong correlation between FGF23 with left ventricle diastolic function in patients with CKD.

This paper focuses on quadcopter control design and uses the Simulink Support Package for Parrot Minidrones to test various control approaches. This project's goal is to bridge the knowledge gap between control design and implementation, making it simpler to comprehend the fundamental ideas of control theory. Obtaining a dynamic model of the quadcopter, linearizing the system around an equilibrium point, designing PID controller on the linearized system, and then verifying the controllers on the non-linear model using simulations and test flights with the actual drone are the key components of this research. The tuned controllers are validated by trajectory tracking, setpoint regulation, and disturbance rejection.
