Abstract

One of the health problems that many women experience is breast cancer. This diagnosis becomes a stressor that will greatly affect the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual and social condition. Another problem experienced by breast cancer patients is sleep disorders that can affect sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological status and sleep quality in breast cancer patients. The type or research design used is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 30 respondents, data collection using the standard DASS questionnaire for psychological status and PSQI for sleep quality, previously the patient was given informed consent. Data analysis using Spearman rank. The research was conducted at Waled Hospital, Cirebon. The results showed that there was a relationship between psychological status and sleep quality in breast cancer patients with p value = 0.004 < = 0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.509 means that the strength of the correlation is moderate and positive, meaning that the better the psychological status of the respondent, the higher the correlation. good sleep quality too. The conclusion of this study is that psychological status is positively correlated with sleep quality, the better the psychological status, the better the sleep quality of breast cancer patients. One of the health problems that many women experience is breast cancer. Abstract

The implementation of e-comic development is based on the low level of environmental literacy due to the lack of training and incomplete material in the textbook, so that students are not accustomed to being skilled in carrying out environmental literacy in the surrounding environment, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and in inclusive education. The research method in this article is a systematic literature review. The purpose of developing e-comic is to produce learning media used independently by students to foster environmental literacy in grade 4 Elementary School. This environmental literacy hopes that students can achieve goals such as: (1) Awareness (increasing individual awareness, and sensitivity to the environment), (2) Knowledge (gaining experience in gaining a basic understanding of the environment), (3) Attitude (increasing feelings and values of caring for the environment, as well as motivation to actively participate in environmental protection), (4) Skills (increasing skills to solve environmental problems), (5) Participation (actively involved in the community in efforts to solve environmental problems). The achievement of problem-solving skill competencies can also help students to support other skills such as reading and writing. In addition, it also applies a project-based learning model. This is because there is a problem that problem solving abilities are still low, so a Project Based Learning model is needed

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the role of mentoring and grief counseling due to the loss or death of someone who cannot be forgotten and resolved so that it becomes a heavy burden, and sucks out one's creativity. The longer the healing process, the greater the risk of grief for its integrity. In this case, people grieving because of death need to get attention from various parties, one of which is the Church in the form of an assistance, for this reason this study aims to describe and analyze forms of pastoral care that has been carried out so far and to develop a pattern of pastoral assistance for people grieving due to death. To obtain data, the authors use direct interview techniques with informants consisting of servants and people who experience grief due to death, both unexpected and sudden deaths. The results obtained from this study indicate that the pastoral care that has been carried out by the ministry is only temporary and is carried out when a grieving person contacts the minister, so that the grieving person is still in an atmosphere of grief because he does not receive effective assistance. The pastoral assistance that is carried out requires a pattern that can serve as a guide for ministers in providing help, for that the author offers a pattern of assistance that can be adapted to the needs of grieving people with different types of grief, namely a spiral mentoring pattern where the counselee will not always be the counselee because when he has been helped he will empower himself to become a counselor and can help others too

Abstract

PLTU Tidore produces coal waste in the form of bottom ash or (FABA) which produces an average of 14 tons per day or 5,040 tons per year. To reduce the amount of waste, which can reduce production costs and reduce industrial waste, namely by using bottom ash as a substitute for fine aggregate. The specifications in the implementation of this test refer to the General Bina Marga 2018 specifications. The compaction of the test object is carried out in 2 × 75 collisions assuming that the test is intended for heavy traffic. The test results show that the bottom ash content as an aggregate substitute for fine aggregate produces a stability value of 1437 kg, flow 3.23 mm, MQ 450.11 kg/mm, density 2.377 gr/cm³, and porosity 4.71%. The values of flow, density, stability, MQ, porosity and porosity meet the requirements of the values set in Revision II of Highways (2018). ITS test of hot mixture HRS-BASE with the addition of bottom ash in the optimum asphalt content of 925.39 Kpa

Abstract

Gas gangrene is a disease that is identical to the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus with the characteristics of muscle necrosis / myonecrosis and is a very deadly infection of the inner soft tissues, often caused by gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perifingens. Diabetes mellitus is a collection of symptoms caused by disturbances in the balance between carbohydrates, fats and proteins caused by absolute or relative insulin deficiency, causing hyperglycemia and glucosuria. to describe the profile of patients with gas gangrene pedis caused by type II diabetes mellitus obtained from the results of secondary data research at Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri Period January 2021 - March 2022. This study is an observational study (Non Experimental Design) using a cohort retrospective design method. The sample in this study were patients with Gas Gangrene Pedis who were obtained from the patient's medical records in the period January 2021 - March 2022 at Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Results: Based on the results of the Association Test between Wagner Grade and Gas Therapy, gangrene pedis has a p value of 0.199. The Wagner Grade variable with gas gangrene pedis therapy had an insignificant relationship with debridement measures n = 8 and the most common bacterium was Pseudomonas aeruginosa with n = 4. Patients with gas gangrene pedis who had a history of not routinely controlling because of their DM treatment, there was a high probability of progressive progression. worsening of his condition due to

Abstract

The progress of construction work has different deviations at a certain point in time. Various factors cause inequality. A positive progress deviation indicates that construction work is completed faster where the progress of the plan is lower than the actual one, otherwise it is said to be late if it is negative. The uncertain nature of construction work causes there are 3 (three) scenarios of possible progress deviation values, so that these three values form one expected progress deviation value. A deviation of value greater than negative 10% for a duration from 0 to 70% is categorized as a critical contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the deviation of the progress of 29 construction works. Data collection was carried out on 29 construction works that had been carried out. The data is taken directly from the contractor. The results of data analysis showed that at 10% D, 11 construction works with poor performance were obtained. Information was also obtained that the construction work No. 12 have critical contracts (-11,773). Furthermore for the current construction work 30%D. 50% D and 70% D number of poorly performing construction works 12; 10; and 9. The value of the largest positive progress deviation is 15,362 at the 70% time point D. The expected value of the largest positive progress deviation is positive 1.763. By knowing the expected negative progress value, the contractor must exercise control as soon as possible before the contract expires. Acceleration can be done on activities that are on the critical path
