Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the study of thermal comfort in cafes in Bandung. Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate because its geographical position is on the equator. According to data from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, the average humidity and temperature in 2020 is 27.30C. The method used to analyze the object of this study is a quantitative method with the formula of Thermal Equilibrium, quantitative research is defined as research based on empirical experience that collects data in the form of numbers that can be calculated and in numerical form. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by performing calculations using the heat balance method to determine the heat in the 3 study objects and what factors most influence the cooling load in the 3 study objects. Human comfort at Noah's Barn Coffeenery, Amber Field Coffee cannot be separated from the thermal comfort factor. Based on the calculation of the thermal balance in the three cafes, more than 50% of the heat in the room comes from interior heat sources, especially electronic equipment and lighting and humans are the biggest heat contributor in the cafe dining area. Each cafe has a different heat source, therefore, each room has a different solution. The heat in Naoh's Barn Coffeenery is 25.2412504 kW

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a science-based Boi-boian game modification in stimulating Science Process Skills (SPS) in early childhood. This learning innovation is expected to restore children's mental health due to not inadequate play activities. In addition, this modification is also expected to solve lost learning due to lack of stimulation during online learning. The method used in this research is qualitative with the research subject, namely a group of eight children in a kindergarten in Parongpong, West Java. Data collection was carried out by audiovisual records and observation. Furthermore, the results of the data were analyzed using six steps, including data collection, data organization, reading the entire data, data coding, data interrelation, and interpretation of meaning. The results show that the science-based modification of the Boi-boian game can invite children to explore, observe, and solve problems. These activities stimulate the ability to predict, ask questions, observe, classify, differentiate, measure, record, and communicate. In practice, learning development can also stimulate the emergence of critical and creative thinking skills in children. The emergence of various SPS is supported by two factors, namely the four principles of learning science in early childhood and classroom management.

Abstract

Eradication of poverty is one of the SDG's Goals. Increase in regional income and economic growth of Central Sulawesi has continued to occur in the last 5 years. However, Central Sulawesi still has poverty rates above the national average and relatively higher than other regions. Permendagri No. 53 of 2020 notes that one of the strategies related to poverty reduction is reducing the burden of spending on the poor. This study aims to explain how poor people allocate their expenditures. So it is hoped that it can add alternative regional poverty reduction policies. The data used is household expenditure data with the criteria below the Central Sulawesi Poverty Line. The database is sourced from raw data Susenas 2020. This study analyzes spending patterns, both food and non-food consumption components of the poor. The results showed that the consumption pattern of the poor was relatively larger for food consumption, namely 64 percent compared to non-food consumption at 36 percent. As for the details of the 5 largest food and non-food expenditure components, there are the Housing and Household Facilities component, the Grain component, the Prepared Food and Beverage component, the Miscellaneous Goods and Services component and the Cigarette and Tobacco component. This study recommends the interventions to reduce regional poverty through assistance in reducing the expenditure burden of the poor based on their needs according to the results of the study.
