Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a model that describes the general influence of technological capability, social capital, entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance through absorptive capacity in the food and beverage packaging industry in Indonesia which is tested with a structural equation model by processing data from 168 respondents. This study found that technological capability, social capital and absorptive capacity have a positive and significant effect on firm performance. Meanwhile entrepreneurial orientation has a positive but not significant effect on firm performance. Absorptive capacity partially mediates the relationship between technological capability and social capital on firm performance and absorptive capacity fully mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance

Abstract

The degree of public health and health services has not shown results that are in line with the objectives of the special autonomy policy. The data shows that the infant mortality rate (IMR) is still high and the maternal mortality rate is still high. The aim of the research is to analyze and explain the implementation of the autonomy policy, especially in the health sector, the influencing factors and to formulate a new model regarding the implementation of the special autonomy policy in the health sector in Wondama Bay Regency, West Papua Province. This research uses implementation policy theory put forward by Grindle which consists of content policy and implementation context policy. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the special autonomy policy in the health sector is not optimal, thus it needs to involve many components (authority, affairs, finance, resources, attitude of implementers, community participation and so on). The "NUNAKI" Policy Implementation Model is a construction of research results consisting of three elements, namely: commitment, communication and collaboration. The implementation of the "NUNAKI" model requires five basic prerequisites, namely: regional authority, regional institutions, state finances, local government politics and the effectiveness of coordination, guidance and supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the developmentof the qur'ān's pentak wilan transformation from a literal (textual) approach to a contextual approach by the hermeneutic method initiated by the contemporary Muslim intellectuals of Shaḥrūr. The idea of Shaḥrūr can beused as a method of interpreting the Qur'ān in this era of globalization so that Muslims can continue to adapt to the times. This paper is written using a library research model, because the objects of study are things related to various literature literature. This research uses a philosophical-hermeneutical method that is included in the qualitative approach, which intends to understand phenomena about the object of study, with the method of description in the form of words and language (narrative). Shaḥrūr introduced a linguistic approach called al-manhaj al-tarīkhī. Initially, he combined the linguistic methods of Abū 'Alī al-Fārisī, Ibn Jinnī, and 'Abd al-Qadīr al-Jurjāni. But eventually Shaḥrūr concluded the absence of synonyms in Arabic and Shaḥrūr also made Mu'jam Maqāyis al-Lughah by Ibn Fāris, one of the adherents of the absence of synonymity, his mandatory reference. It was this absence of synonymity that later became one of the principles of the Shaḥrūr method of interpretation. In addition to the synonmatic denial in the hermentic method Shaḥrūr is identical about the theory of hudud or limit.

Abstract

Aspec of strategic value of coastal areas has the potential to be developed to the fullest The reality shows that public open spaces on the coast at the research site appear as they are and do not have strong characteristics in both social and physical aspects. The mixing of activities makes the elements of open space faint and difficult to recognize functionally. The purpose of the study was to find the constituent elements of public open space on the coast and identify the concept of coastal public open space arrangement. This type of research is descriptive qualitative so that it can explain in detail the phenomenon as well as physical data and activities through social interactions that occur at the research location. The results showed that coastal public spaces as spaces for social interaction and economic activity can be a driver of public activities freely by the community. The open space element adapts to the existence of coastal public spaces so that it becomes a concept in the arrangement of coastal public spaces. Natural elements as drivers of free interaction while artificial elements as drivers of economic activity

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the granting of credit by the Bank as the creditor to the debtor with land as collateral to the bank if something goes wrong with what was expected. If a credit problem occurs because the debtor is incapacitated or because the debtor has failed in business which results in reduced income so that obligations cannot be fulfilled, the Mortgage Law (UUHT) exists to provide legal certainty for land rights including collateral rights to land. Efforts made by the bank as a creditor if the debtor defaults in order to obtain repayment due to bad credit, namely by executing one of them through an auction. The research method uses normative research with a statutory approach and a concept approach. This research resulted that the execution of mortgage objects through auctions is still not in accordance with the principles of proportionality and legal protection that can be given to debtors, namely repressive and preventive legal protection. In its development, the fact is that in the implementation of executions carried out by creditors, the proceeds from selling mortgage objects through auction execution are often below market prices and do not give the debtor the opportunity sell mortgage objects privately. Regarding this matter, Article 20 paragraph (2) of the Mortgage Law (UUHT) has actually given a sufficient portion of rights the debtor for the sale of mortgage objects according to market prices, but this is limited by the "on agreement" norm, which actually hinders sales under the contract.

Abstract

The efficiency of electrical power can be improved by improving power quality. Installing capacitor banks is one way to improve power quality by improving the power factor. On the other hand, the use of non-linear loads is increasing. This load produces a non-sinusoidal waveform which causes harmonics to appear in the electric power system. Harmonic problems will become a serious problem in the power system when there is a capacitor bank in the system which will cause resonance risk at the harmonic frequencies. This resonance problem can be solved by installing a detuned filter. Detuned filters can reduce harmonics and protect the system from the resonance risk. However, the detuned filter installation is not sufficient to reduce all harmonics that generated by non-linear loads, so the system needs to be equipped with an active filter. In this study, using a combination of 14% detuned filter and active filter, each of which is attached parallel to the load. The result of power quality improvement can increase the power factor from 0.6 to 0.88, THDi is reduced from 49.5% to 18%, and THDv is reduced from 2.18% to 1.97% after installing the hybrid filter
