Abstract

The implementation of the National Health Insurance program-Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN-KIS) in Indonesia is far from the goal. This study seeks to find out through an analysis of the ability and willingness to pay BPJS Kesehatan participants for participants Non-wage earners in the Samarinda Ulu District of Samarinda City. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design, that is, research where data is collected only once to answer research problems. The population of this study was BPJS Kesehatan participants in the Non-Wage Earner group of 553 so that the study sample was 227 Data collection using a research questionnaire, then analyzed the collected data using bivariate analysis. Payment of dues for non-wage earners in Samarinda Ulu sub-district of Samarinda City is in a fairly good position even though in this case the level of consumptive community is high. Unable to pay is caused by some participants with low incomes and high consumptive rates

Abstract

Indonesia is no longer a transit country, but an area known as a potential drug dealer, even today Indonesia is considered a user of ecstasy. The purpose of the study was to look at the quality of drug rehabilitation services at the Samarinda Institute for Caring for the Nation's Children. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population and sample were all members/rehabilitation patients of the Samarinda City Nation Children's Care Institute, which numbered 32 people. The quality of narcotics rehabilitation services at the nation's children's care institutions is quite good because the supervision and improvement of service quality are also supervised by the National Narcotics Agency so that it can be consistent in its services.

Abstract

One of the functions of the medical record of the first Kudungga Sangatta Hospital is the admission of patients to outpatient or inpatient care. Admission procedures Outpatient care is essential to the process of health care in hospitals. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing outpatient procedures to support the efficiency of hospital health record services. The method used by the author is a qualitative research method designed. The research used is a case study. In several studies, problems were found: (1) incomplete information from the patient's side or from the patient's/patient's family point of view for the clerk to enter the data in the registration system, (2) the error was the registration system because the internet network connection was not good when the officer entered patient information. Resolving the problem is carried out by the registrar Disseminate the completeness of patient data, such as a KTP or other KTP and the registrar will try to re-enter patient data in a short time Internet connection network has been repaired.

Abstract

A hospital is a health service institution that provides plenary individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation Number 47 of 2021 concerning the Operator of the Hospitality Sector at RSIA JMB Samarinda. This study uses a qualitative research design to implement Government Regulation Number 47 of 2021 concerning the Organizer of the Hospitality Sector at RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the services that have not been fulfilled are medical rehabilitation services, buildings and infrastructure that have not been met are the High Care Unit (ICU) inpatient room and radiology room, the availability of unfulfilled beds is ICU equipment, isolation room equipment, and radiology room equipment, Human resources that have not been met are radiographers. The recommendations offered by this aspect of management policy, especially related to policy commitments in order to emphasize the policies that have been implemented in PP No. 47 of 2021 concerning the implementation of the hospitality sector, for health facilities and supporting facilities to be fulfilled immediately so that performance can be effective, related to human resources are expected to be added as soon as possible so that training can be carried out for all officers related to performance and critical thinking.

Abstract

The Penduli Lindungi application is an application designed as health information that was launched during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the application technology of care to protect as citizens of health in the Black water of Samarinda City. Research methods used by quantitative types of research with a cross- sectional study approach. The population and samples were all residents in the Bersama complex in the black water village who used the peduli lindungi app as many as 60 people. The acceptance of the Peduli Lindungi application is quite accepted by the public due to the urgency of use and the transformation from a change in community behavior to a digital society so that in the future the development of the peduli lindungi application will be very useful as a digital public health information center .

Abstract

The task of health workers is to organize or organize quality health services in accordance with their expertise and / or competence, one of which is nurses. Hospitals are one part of the health care system that plays an important role in improving the degree of public health. This study aims to find out what factors affect the performance of nurses and midwives at Jimmy Medika Borneo mother and child hospital. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The samples in this study were nurses and midwives whose total sample was 45 people. The variables measured in this study are human resources, finances, knowledge, leadership and communication. The results showed that there was an influence of human resources (p = 0.00), financial (p = 0.0 3), knowledge (p = 0.0 4), leadership (p = 0.02 4) and communication (p = 0.03) on the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing and midwifery services.

Abstract

Health services are so complex, including the ability to serve complaints. bpjs kesehatan is a social security for health financing which also accommodates public complaints about health financing services. the purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction in handling complaints from bpjs kesehatan participants through the empathy of officers, the speed of officers, the fairness/fairness of officers, the ease with which participants submit complaints. the results of the study bpjs health participants felt that they had received adequate complaint handling services measured in terms of empathy, speed, fairness and convenience provided in the service. the recommendations offered are still to improve complaint handling services along with the times by accelerating complaint handling, for example through a complaint service on mobile JKN or creating complaint handling outlets in every referral service hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of elderly exercise on the anxiety of climacteric mothers at the Sanggulan Village Support Health Center . This study This type of quasy experimental research with the research design is a one group pretest- posttest design. Total sample of 38 respondents using accidental sampling method. Result the Wilcoxon statistical test in the SPSS program obtained a value of p = 0.000, meaning that there was a difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test. There is an influence between elderly gymnastics and maternal climacteric anxiety

Abstract

Background: Physiological and psychological changes in postpartum mothers are common. One such change is the body's response to uterine contractions known as afterpains, which last for two to four days after delivery and cause pain that can occasionally interfere with activities. Effleurage massage is one type of non-pharmacological therapy that may be used to treat pain since it is a painful sensory and emotional experience that needs both treatment and medication. The goal is to find out in 2020 how effleurage massage affects postpartum moms' after-pain in the nursing room at SMC Samarinda Hospital. Research Methods: This study employed a quantitative pre-experimental pretest-posttest design with a single set of participants. With a total of 35 respondents, the sampling method employed purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet for the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Results: the study using the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained ρ.value = 0,000 <α = 0.05, Conclusion: there is an effect of effleurage massage on afterpains in postpartum mothers. To overcome afterpains pain, it is hoped that midwives can provide loving care for mothers in pain management, one of which is effleurage massage

Abstract

Informed consent is the process by which a person understands relevant information about a medical procedure or procedure. This research is in the form of designing a medical record formular based on the principle of informed consent that facilitates health services. This type of research is A qualitative descriptive study that analyzes the design of forms from anatomical, physical and substantive aspects of informed consent forms. The medical procedure consent form is a form that must be owned by every health care facility that regulates the agreement between the patient/patient's family and the doctor or health worker. RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo has implemented a good design in the approval of medical procedures but there are several things that must be redesigned including the preliminary section and the approval and closing section. Recommendations for Jimmy Medika Borneo Hospital to evaluate through management review meetings including evaluating services and medical support documents so that service procedures are in accordance with the policies that have been regulated.
