Abstract

The controversy about Iblis as a "convicted" creature, cursed and expelled from various heavenly pleasures is a dramatic and perennial narrative in every divine religion. Since God proclaimed that he would create the first ruling creature on Earth [read Adam], Iblis not only presented himself as a dissident and seducer of Adam and his descendants, as the conclusion of the classical and modern interpretations above but also at the same time a symbol of negative predisposition or personification of crime, borrowing Rahman's term. This means that every form of crime committed by humans, whether in the form of murder, rape, waste, corruption, war, moral misconduct, etc., as often happens in various aspects of contemporary human life is the personification of modern Ibises.

Women have the right and the potential to make a real contribution to politics. However, the phenomenon of the increasing number of female figures in political contestation in the regions is still the pros and cons. Hence, the involvement of women still invites discussion, and debate, and often leaves doubts. So that a regulation is needed that can guarantee and ensure the representation of women in parliament, both nationally and regionally. Starting with the ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms Of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) by Indonesia in 1984 through Law Number 7 of 1984 which provides special treatment to achieve gender equality, it has also been carried out through several other national laws and regulations, such as Law no. 12 of 2003 which regulates the political parties participating in the election to pay attention to the representation of women at least 30% in the nomination of members of the legislature.

By using the juridical normative method, the research found that grants for adopted children normatively through a grant deed No. 04/V/2007 are valid and have legal force, because they have fulfilled the requirements in the grant agreement both formally and materially. The decision to cancel the grant in case Number XXX/Pdt.G/2012/MS-Aceh is in accordance with applicable law. The judge considers that adopted children in Indonesia have the same status as biological children, so what applies to biological children also applies to adopted children.

The position of sirah or the study of the history of the prophet Muhammad SAW has an important position in the Islamic religious tradition where it ranks second after the study of hadith or sunnah. Thus, this article aims to describe how the study of the nabawiyah sirah was carried out by the two main retainers of its writing, especially seeing how the process and the relationship between these two sirah works from a historical perspective. This article itself was written with a qualitative descriptive approach supported by data collection methods in the form of literature study. From the results of the review, it is known that Ibn Ishaq's sirah is the first work that is able to systematically review the life story of the prophet, although there are still many shortcomings and finally it was perfected by Ibn Hisham with his sirah work. Both Ibn Ishaq and Ibn Hisham, both have important contributions in writing the book Sirah Nabawiyah. Ibn Ishaq with the quality of his book narration is strong enough to make his work an important reference in the study of the nabawiyah sirah.
