Abstract

Islam has regulated human behavior in meeting their needs, namely not deviating from Islamic teachings, including financial institutions. Islamic banks are now popular among the people of Indonesia so that Islamic banks have a big role in improving the banking world in Indonesia. With a population of Indonesia that is more Muslim, Islamic banks have great prospects with increased and knowledge about the awareness to use Islamic banking products and feel the benefits. However, different reactions will describe different behaviors, namely different consumers will give different reactions in terms of feelings towards information about the existence of Islamic banking, attitudes usually play a major role in shaping behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge and attitudes on people's behavior in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Marketing is part of the main activities that need to be carried out by companies, both service and goods companies in an effort to maintain the viability of their business. This is because marketing is one of the company's activities, which is directly related to consumers. Implementation of marketing management is necessary, because the more advanced a country is, many can commit fraud if it is not balanced with the existence of sharia. This study aims to reduce unwanted things in marketing in Indonesia due to lack of knowledge about the importance of good marketing management. This research uses descriptive method. The results show that the implementation of marketing management is needed because there are many things that need to be known.

Abstract

To prevent irregularities and facilitate supervision of a financing, the prospective customer must take several procedures, including financing approval procedures, administrative procedures (completing the financing requirements documents) and monitoring procedures. The monitoring stage is something that must be carried out by Islamic banks by directly observing all customer activities until the customer has paid off the financing according to article 2(2) PBI No. 5/7. / PBI / 2003. Preventive supervision is an effort by Islamic banks to secure and ensure financing so that the quality of financing can be maintained properly, this is regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK. 03/2017. The monitoring process can be carried out in various ways, namely on desk monitoring (administrative monitoring of financing), on site monitoring (visiting the customer's business location), and exception monitoring (monitoring of financing under pressure). This monitoring really needs to be done because if there is a failure in the financing sector it can affect the soundness of the bank and the continuity of the business which in this case is caused by problematic financing.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in an agrarian country, especially Indonesia, has an important role, where most of the population is very dependent on the primary sector, especially the agricultural sector. The existence of the agricultural sector is important for the development of a country or region because of its large contribution or role, especially in providing food needs, industrial raw material needs, contributing to foreign exchange, plays a major role in employment absorption, and can also affect increasing people's income. The aim of this study was to determine the role and contribution of the agricultural sector to economic growth in Tulang Bawang Regency. The research method used in this study was descriptive quantitative with a literature approach. The data sources used were secondary data from BPS Tulang Bawang and Lampung Province. The agricultural sector is a source of livelihood for the wider community in an agrarian country like Indonesia and is a sector that greatly contributes and plays an important role in the regional and national economy. The potential of the agricultural sector owned by the regions needs to be utilized properly by focusing on the agricultural sector through optimizing regional superior commodities. Therefore, the agricultural sector really needs to be developed as a leading sector in order to improve the regional economy.

Abstract

The distribution of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds is expected to make a positive contribution to economic growth in a region. This study aims to examine the effect of the distribution of ZIS funds on economic growth in Lampung province. The results of the analysis show that the distribution of ZIS funds has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung province. In particular, zakat and infaq/edekah funds have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while zakat fitrah has no significant effect. In addition, this study also found that other factors such as population growth, investment, and local government expenditure also have a significant effect on economic growth in Lampung province. the distribution of ZIS funds can make a positive contribution to economic growth in Lampung province. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public awareness and participation in the distribution of ZIS funds so that the potential contribution of ZIS to economic growth can be maximized.

Abstract

Economic growth is an increase in the value and amount of production of goods and services calculated by a country in a certain period of time based on several indicators, for example, an increase in national income, per capita income, a workforce that is greater than the number of unemployed, as well as a reduced poverty rate. Distribution is a marketing activity in order to facilitate the delivery of products from the hands of producers to consumers, while distribution policies are rules made within the scope of industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in improving the quality of cosmetic product sales in the digital era. With the rapid development of technology, digital marketing has become an important instrument for cosmetic companies to reach consumers more widely without geographical limitations. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to examine the implementation of various digital strategies such as social media, influencer marketing, interactive content, and email marketing in an effort to increase sales. The results of the study show that the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase brand awareness, competitiveness, and the quality of cosmetic product sales. Digitalization of marketing also helps companies build stronger relationships with consumers through more personal and targeted interactions.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of improving sharia marketing strategies in the digital era, where sharia companies are faced with the challenge of adapting to increasingly complex changes in consumer behavior due to advances in information and communication technology. The purpose of this study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies for sharia companies and provide a better understanding of sharia consumer behavior in the digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data collection to analyze important elements in sharia marketing strategies, including products, prices, places, and promotions. It is emphasized that honesty, fairness, and openness in transactions are the main principles, based on the concept of Islamic trade or commercial agreements according to sharia. Various digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms, are identified as effective tools for communicating with consumers and promoting products. In addition, the importance of conducting employee training and using online advertising in accordance with Islamic principles. In conclusion, sharia companies need to develop effective digital marketing strategies to maximize opportunities in the digital era while adhering to Islamic values, as well as complying with Islamic ethical principles in business, including transparency, legal compliance, and social responsibility.

Abstract

Land waqf, which is a religious instrument that has deep social and economic significance in Indonesia, functions as a pillar of the welfare of the people and charity. However, its existence is very vulnerable to legal disputes, especially due to the massive practice of waqf that is not accompanied by legal-formal evidence. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for waqf land through synchronization between the agrarian law regime and national waqf law. Using a juridical-normative research method enriched with a case study approach of jurisprudence, this study examines the interaction of laws and regulations, asset legalization mechanisms, and the role of judicial institutions. Key findings suggest that although the existing normative legal framework through the Basic Agrarian Law and the Waqf Law has provided a strong foundation for protection, the implementation of land registration as an absolute requirement of legal protection still faces significant sociological, cultural, and bureaucratic barriers. This gap between das sollen (aspired law) and das sein (reality in society) makes the crucial role of the Religious Court as the last bastion in providing substantive justice and legal certainty for administratively defective waqf assets. It was concluded that complete legal protection can only be achieved through strategic synergy between bureaucratic reform of land registration, strengthening of Nazhir's professional capacity, massive socialization of the law, and progressive law enforcement by the Religious Courts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the view of Islamic law on the phenomenon of wives who work as the main breadwinner in the family, as well as its impact on domestic harmony. This phenomenon is increasingly prevalent in line with increasing economic needs and shifting gender roles in modern society. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in Gebang Sukamulya Village, Tangerang, Banten. The results show that in Islam there is no prohibition for wives to work as long as they are in accordance with the sharia. However, the dynamics of these roles can affect relationships in the household which, if not properly managed, can cause tension. In conclusion, Islam provides space for women to play an active role in the family economy while maintaining the values of responsibility and harmony.
