Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style, reward, punishment, and employee performance and to determine the effect of leadership style, reward, and punishment on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 47 employees of the Housing, Settlement and Human Settlements Department of Malang Regency.To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style, reward, and punishment have a simultaneous effect on employees of the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency employees. Whereas partially, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, reward has an effect on employee performance, and punishment affects employee performance at the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency. Keywords: Leadership Style, Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Price Discount with Impulse Buying in Malang Town Square consumers, a study on students of the faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Malang Class of 2017.The type of research used explanatory research. The population in this study amounted to 848 students. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 89 respondents.The data collection method was using google form which was distributed to students of the Faculty of Economic and Business Islamic University of Malang according to the sampling criteria. To find out the result of this study using the instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The result shows that, Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Price Discount simultaneously have  a significant positive  effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying, and Price Discount has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in Malang Town Square Costumers, a studi on students FEB Unisma Class of 2017. Keyword : Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Price Discount, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of brand image and perceived product quality simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Dettol hand sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic, the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Dettol hand sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the influence of perception. product quality towards the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the total population of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class 2017-2019 who have purchased Dettol hand sanitizer is unknown, therefore this sampling uses the Malhotra theory of 90 respondents. Based on the data collection, the researcher analyzed the data through multiple linear regression tests. This data analysis produces the following information: 1) Brand image and perceived product quality can simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class 2017-2019, 2 ) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizer during the Covid-19 pandemic for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class 2017-2019, 3) Perception of product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizer at the time Covid-19 pandemic in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2017-2019.Keywords: Brand Image, Perceptions of Product Quality, Purchase Intention During Pandemic.

Abstract

AbtractAt this time the development of the times occurred very rapidly, followed by increasingly sophisticated technological developments. Several aspects of life are affected by the development of this technology. Developments are very visible in various fields, such as transportation and the most striking thing is technology, which is supported by the internet, the internet can connect internet users from all over the world so they can communicate via electronic communication. One of the Online Shop companies in Indonesia is JD.ID with the slogan Beware of being deceived, fake goods. JD.ID was formed in collaboration between JD.com and an Indonesian Partner. JD.com is one of the largest online B2C stores in China in terms of number of transactions. Jd.com is Alibaba's biggest rival, the market leader in China, JD.ID is working with Provident Capital. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was students who had registered the Faculty of Economics and Business and who made purchases at JD.ID, totaling 90 respondents. The result of this research shows that trust, safety and service quality variables simultaneously to purchasing decisions at JD.ID in FEB students of Islamic University of Malang. The variables of Trust, Safety and Service Quality partially influence the Purchasing Decision at JD.ID for FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Trust, Security, Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on Purchasing Decisions on online shop championsteall.id. By carrying out appropriate marketing activities on Instagram can be useful for making purchase decisions so that it will increase online shop sales. This research was conducted in Malang City using a questionnaire as a research instrument to obtain data from consumers. In this study, the criteria for respondents were that respondents had to become followers, and had visited the online shop championsteall.id with a planned sample size of 85 people. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 26 For Windows using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Test of the Coefficient of Determination to test the effect of independent and dependent variables. The results showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study also indicate that there is a partial influence between the Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Instagram Ads, Purchase Decisions

AbstractThis reseacrh purpose to determine: 1) Description of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 2) The effect of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 3) The effect of potentiality work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 4) The effect of motivation work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 5) The Effect of organization commite support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2.The Method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive approach and conducted at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2 with total pupulation 42 employees. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Engagement of members and administrators of KP-RI Sumber Mulyo Tuban. The population in the study were all members and administrators of KP-RI Sumber Mulyo Tuban. The sample used was all members and employees of KP-RI Sumber Mulyo Tuban. As for the sampling technique, if less than 100 is better taken all then this research is a census research.Based on the research results, it is known that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable, the value is known with a sig value below 0.05, then H1 is accepted, This means that the variables of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have a simultaneous effect on Employee Engagement.Like the Organizational Culture variable, which is known to have a sig value below 0.05, it means that Organizational Culture has a partial effect on Employee Engagement. Organizational Commitment variable is known to have a sig value below 0.05, which means that the Job Satisfaction variable has a partial effect on Employee Engagement

Abstract

AbstractThe development of shopping behavior online current has made the marketplace Shope very popular with consumers. So that in the buying process it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews in order to buy the right product. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace Shopee (Study on customers Shopee in Malang). The population of this research is customers Shopeein Malang with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection of this research uses primary data with Google Form. Then the validity and reliability tests were conducted before data analysis was carried out. The results of the F test study indicate that   product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. And the t test states that  product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews each have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords        : Product knowledge, brand image, online customer review, purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to influence food quality, atmosphere, and price fairness on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 88 customers at Photocopi Cafe Malang using the Slovin formula with a level of 10%. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire with a Likert scale by distributing it to customers of Cafe Photocopi Malang. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that food quality, atmosphere, and price reasonableness simultaneously affect customers at Cafe Photocopi Malang. While partially the quality of food affects customer satisfaction, atmosphere affects customer satisfaction and price fairness affects customer satisfaction at Cafe Photocopi Malang.Keywords: Food Quality, Atmosphere, Fairness of Prices and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine : 1) Description of employee performance, contract work system, work motivation and work environment, 2) Effect of contract work systems, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, 3) Effect of contract work systems on employee performance, 4) The influence of work motivation on employee performance, 5) The influence of the work environment on employee performanceThe method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and is carried out at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic with a population of 57 contract employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The contract work system, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) The contract work system has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) The work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance. Keywords:  Contract Work System, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
