Abstract

Infrastructure development can be used as a vehicle for national development. The existence of adequate infrastructure will contribute to the smooth production and distribution of goods and services that can increase the country's economic growth and increase economic equality in each districts. Infrastructure certainly can also encourage foreign and domestic investors to invest in Indonesia. The purpose of this research  is to know and explain the effect of: 1) infrastructure development on Indonesia's economic growth, 2) infrastructure development on Indonesia's economic equality, 3) economic growth on Indonesia's economic equality. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of infrastructure development on economic growth, there is no significant effect of infrastructure development on economic equality, and there is a significant effect of economic growth on economic equality. Keywords: Infrastructure, Economic Growth, Economic Equality, GDP АBSTRАK Pembangunan infrastruktur dapat dijadikan mobil penggerak pembangunan nasional. Keberadaan infrastruktur yang memadai akan berkontribusi pada kelancaran produksi maupun distribusi barang dan jasa yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara dan meningkatkan pemerataan ekonomi di wilayah-wilayah. Infrastuktur tentunya juga dapat mendorong minat investor asing maupun domestik untuk menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh: 1) pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, 2) pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap pemerataan ekonomi Indonesia, 3) pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pemerataan ekonomi Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tidak terdapatnya pengaruh signifikan antara pembangunan infrastruktur terhadap pemerataan ekonomi, dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pemerataan ekonomi. Abstract

Kupu-kupu (Lepidoptera) menjadi objek penelitian karena kupu-kupu merupakan bagian dari keanekaragaman hayati yang harus dijaga kelestariannya dari kepunahan maupun penurunan keanekaragaman jenisnya. Kupu-kupu mempunyai nilai penting diantaranya adalah secara ekologis kupu-kupu berperan dalam mempertahankan keseimbangan ekosistem, sehingga perubahan keanekaragaman dan kepadatan populasinya dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu indikator kualitas lingkungan. Mengingat pentingnya kupu-kupu di alam dan untuk mengantisipasi kerusakan habitatnya maka perlu diadakan penelitian mengenai keanekaragaman kupu-kupu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sweeping. Analisis data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menghitung keragaman dan kemerataan. Indek yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keragaman adalah indeks Shannon-Wiener, Indeks dominansi Simpson’s, Indeks kemerataan Shannon-Evennes dan perhitungan indeks keragaman dibantu dengan software Biodiversity Pro (BDPro). Keanekaragaman famili Nymphalidae dikategorikan sedang dengan kemerataan relatif stabil. Efek tepi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelimpahan di lokasi penelitian. Faktor lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap tinggi rendahnya keanekaragaman dan kemerataan spesies dari famili Nymphalidae di Cagar Alam Bantarbolang.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the significant effect of Discovery Learning Model toward the result of cognitive learning. The population of this research was all students of grade 10th of SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur in even semester of 2014/2015 that consisted of 4 classes. The sample of this research was determined by random sampling technique. This research used one group pretest posttest design. The result of data analysis showed that Discovery Learning Model has significant effect toward the result of cognitif learning and at the significant level is 0,71 with the effect of high interpretation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Model Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur Semester Genap 2014/2015 yang terdiri dari empat kelas. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest posttest design. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Model Discovery Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan taraf pengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,71 dengan interpretasi berpengaruh kuat.Kata kunci: discovery learning, hasil belajar kognitif, model pembelajaran

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to influence food quality, atmosphere, and price fairness on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 88 customers at Photocopi Cafe Malang using the Slovin formula with a level of 10%. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire with a Likert scale by distributing it to customers of Cafe Photocopi Malang. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that food quality, atmosphere, and price reasonableness simultaneously affect customers at Cafe Photocopi Malang. While partially the quality of food affects customer satisfaction, atmosphere affects customer satisfaction and price fairness affects customer satisfaction at Cafe Photocopi Malang.Keywords: Food Quality, Atmosphere, Fairness of Prices and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat menganalisa serta menarangkan akibat dengan cara parsial serta simultan elastis sistem rekrutmen, advertensi serta dorongan dalam kepada kemampuan pegawai di PT Sepur Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Daop 8 Surabaya Sidoarjo. Tipe riset ini merupakan explanatory research yang memakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Riset ini dicoba lewat pemantauan langsung dengan mengedarkan angket pada 21 responden. Bersumber pada hasil analisa nyatanya sistem rekrutmen mempengaruhi penting kepada kemampuan karyawan yang diklaim dengan angka signifikansi lebih kecil dariα= 0, 05 (0, 003< 0, 05). Advertensi mempengaruhi penting kepada kemampuan karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan angka signifikansi lebih kecil dariα =0, 05 (0, 008 & 0, 05). Dorongan esensial mempengaruhi penting kepada kemampuan pegawai, ditunjukkan dengan angka signifikansi lebih kecil dariα = 0,05 (0, 007 & 0, 05). Sebaliknya sistem rekrutmen, advertensi serta dorongan dalam mempengaruhi penting kepada kemampuan pegawai PT Sepur Api Indonesia (Persero) Stasiun Daop 8 Surabaya Sidoarjo. Angka signifikansi F merupakan 0, 000 lebih kecil dariα = 0, 05 (0,000). & 0, 05) serta bisa pengaruhi elastis kemampuan pegawai sebesar 0, 673 ataupun 67, 3%.

Abstract

Penyakit pada sistem pencernaan, seperti gastritis dan apendisitis, merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan di masyarakat. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang penyakit pada sistem pencernaan, terutama gastritis dan apendisitis, serta memberikan solusi pencegahan melalui gaya hidup sehat. Dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI SMK Farmasi Tangerang 1, hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan signifikan setelah penyuluhan, dibuktikan dengan perbandingan nilai pretest dan posttest. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih sadar akan kesehatan sistem pencernaan.

Abstract

This study pursues the analysis of chosen work novel by Axie Oh novel The Girl Who Fell Beneath The Sea through the lens of ecofeminism. The crux of ecofeminsim is the relationship between nature and women. The research applies descriptive qualitative method the novel serves as the primary data and the secondary data are works similar to the theory of ecofeminism. Data were collected through library technique, including close reading and textual selection, and analyzed through Moleong in the form of words, sentences, dialogues, and thematic interpretation. This research serve a fresh perspective on sacrifice, agency, and ecological symbolism, offering new insights into how modern narratives articulate the relationship between women, patriarchy, and the environment. As the results it finds that the novel reflect women and nature are deeply interconnected from an ecofeminism perspective. Through three main aspects, the novel illustrates this connection through themes of women’s interaction with nature, patriarchal dominance, and the exploitation of women, which together highlight how human proximity to nature is represented.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease that is currently a major public health problem in Indonesia. The prevalence of DM continues to increase from year to year, not only in urban areas but also increasingly found in rural areas. One factor contributing to the high number of DM cases is a lack of public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the continued presence of many undiagnosed cases, resulting in delayed treatment. Therefore, early detection efforts and health education that can reach the community at the community level are needed. This community service program was designed to conduct random blood sugar screenings while increasing the knowledge of residents of RW 15 Kalibaru regarding the prevention and control of DM. The activity was carried out on August 24, 2025, involving 21 participants, most of whom were from adults to the elderly. The activity method consisted of two main stages: checking blood sugar levels using a glucometer and a health education session on a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, and the importance of regular physical activity. The results of the activity showed that the indicators of success were well achieved. This was indicated by the orderly implementation of the examinations, a high level of participation from residents, and increased awareness of the dangers of DM among participants. From the examination results, most participants had normal blood sugar levels, but several people were found with blood sugar levels above the normal limit who required medical follow-up.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah Branch Office in Medan. Service quality and product quality are considered two key factors that can affect customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking industry. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to BTN Syariah Medan customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which these two independent variables influence customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that both service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality, which includes aspects such as speed, friendliness, and staff professionalism, is proven to be a primary factor in enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, product quality, which encompasses various offered Islamic banking products, also has a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Branch Office in Medan needs to continuously improve their service quality and product quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction levels. The practical implications of this study show that improvements in these two aspects can increase customer loyalty and drive the growth of the Islamic banking business. This research provides an important contribution to the Islamic banking literature and offers strategic recommendations for bank management in their efforts to enhance the quality of their services and products.
