Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). By using the population of all property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019, there were 62 companies listed as the population. Then a sample of 27 companies was taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of companies listed on the IDX, having financial statements related to variables during 2017-2019, as well as property companies using the rupiah currency.The results in this study indicate that there is a partial effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on Corpotare Social Responsibility (CSR) but the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze product quality, price, packaging and legality of PIRT products that have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of packaging on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of the legality of PIRT products on the purchasing decisions of Srikandi UMKM consumers in Batu City.The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents and the samples taken were 50 respondents. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing.The results of the analysis show that Product Quality, Price, Packaging and Legality of PIRT Products simultaneously have an influence on the Consumer Purchase Decision of Srikandi MSMEs in Batu City. Partially Product Quality, Price and Packaging affect the purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs consumers. However, partially the legality of PIRT products has no effect on purchasing decisions for Srikandi MSMEs in Batu City. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Packaging and Legality of PIRT Products on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

AbstractProductivity is a description of the ability of workers to produce output. The higher the output produced by a worker, the higher the level of productivity of the worker. Saiyo Sakato Restaurant is one of the largest restaurants in Malang City with a system of ownership and family relations that have been passed down from generation to generation. However, there are many factors that will affect the productivity of the workforce at the Saiyo Sakato restaurant. Therefore, what will be analyzed in this study is the effect of education level, wages and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant).This study aims to analyze the effect of education, wages, and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant). In this study, primary data was used by distributing questionnaires to 63 employees of RM. Saiyo sakato, with a list of prepared questions. To achieve the goal, in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that the variables of wages and age have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of RM. Saiyo sakato. While the education variable has no significant effect on the productivity of RM.Saiyo sakato. Keywords: Productivity, Education Level, Wages, and Age

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Kepanjen 2021. In this study there are 3 (three) independent variables, namely organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study were all active employees of PT. Telkom Kepanjen in 2021 with a total of 36 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The method of data collection in this study used the method of distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS ver 18. The results showed that had a significant simultaneously organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment effect on employee performance. Partially, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and return on asset on the value of the company in food & beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2017 to 2019 using a quantitative approach method.. The population used is food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019 totaling 20 companies. While the sample used in this study used purposive sampling so that based on predetermined criteria, 10 companies were selected as research samples. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. Through this study it can be concluded that managerial ownership ,institutional ownership and return on asset have a significant effect on the value of the company..Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Return On Asset, and the value of the Company

Abstract

abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying through positive emotion in fashion businesses in the city of Malang. The population used is all Distro & Cloting Inspired27 customers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The data collection method in this study used the questionnaire method, the data analysis technique in this study used path analysis.Through this research, it can be concluded that visual merchandising (window display, mannequin display, floor merchandising and promotional signage) has a direct and significant effect on positive emotion, visual merchandising indirectly has a significant effect on impulse buying through positive emotion as an intervening variable on the customer of fashion distribution business. and clotting inspired 27. keywords : visual merchandising, positive emotion, impulse buying

Abstract

AbtractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transactional leadership style on work performance through work discipline, the effect of transformational leadership style on work performance through work discipline. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is path analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of the dengkol village government office, totaling 73 employees.The results of this study indicate that transactional and transformational leadership styles have a significant effect on work discipline, leadership styles have no significant effect on work performance, transformational leadership styles have a significant effect on work performance, work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, work discipline mediates the relationship between transactional leadership styles with work performance, discipline does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and job performance. Keywords: transactional leadership style, transformational, work discipline and work performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on students' ethical attitudes. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were management students of the 2017 Islamic University of Malang, the sample obtained was 84 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have a significant and positive effect. While the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed a positive influence on students' ethical attitudes.Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Student Ethical Attitude

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer trust. with the aim of knowing the description of service quality, customer loyalty and trust.The population used in this study is HRS Jaya Ketapang Sampang. Determination of samples using purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained 89 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis method uses path analysis. While the data analysis tool used validity test, reliability test, nomination test, with hypothesis testing using the t test and sobel test.The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality variables have a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable has a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty and Customer Trust.

Abstract

AbstrackThis research was conducted at PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Sentosa. The type of research used is quantitative research where the data are expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture and organizational commitment, while the variables used are intention to move. The sample used in this study were 36 respondents who are employees who work at PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Sentosa. Data collection techniques used was a questionnaire. The analytical methods used were instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 25 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Education Level, Age and Work Productivity
