Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy beliefs on the entrepreneurial interest of student majoring ini management, Faculty of Economics anda Business, Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were undergraduate students majoring in management, economics and business faculty in 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the slovin formula targeted at 85 student majoring ini management. The place of research was conducted in the management department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Teh data analysis  method used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression to analyze teh data using the SPSS 14 application of windows evalution version. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. However, self-efficacy beliefs have ni significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Keywords : Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Interest In Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study 1. To determine the simultaneous effect of salary, service program and working conditions on employee work productivity at JNE Pasuruan 2. To determine and analyze the effect of salary on employee productivity at JNE Pasuruan 3. To determine and analyze the effect of the service program on employee productivity at JNE Pasuruan 4. To find out and analyze the effect of working conditions on employee productivity at JNE Pasuruan. The sample used in this study were 33 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative data analysis. To overcome the problem in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Salary Statements, Service Programs and Working Conditions have a significant effect on Employee Productivity. Keywords : Salary, Service Program, Working Conditions And Employee Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence simultaneously or partially on Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty of Honda Civic. This type of research is explanatory or explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Product Quality, Brand Trust and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially what can be seen from the results of the t test shows that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Brand Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Based on these calculations, it can be concluded that partially the Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of statistical data analysis show that Product Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This shows that good product quality will determine customer perceptions of product performance which will have an impact on loyalty and a strong brand image provides an advantage over other competitors so that customers will trust the brand. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Trust, Brand Image and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of reward and punishment on work motivation by taking a case study on Gojek Driver Partners in Malang City. The sample collection method in this study was using the Slovin formula and found a sample of 92 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show that the effect of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work motivation. The method used in data processing uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the SPSS 25 application program. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, and Work Motivation

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and product innovation on purchase decisions through partial or simultaneous. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population of this research is the customers from Starbucks located in Kec. Klojen, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique consisting of 75 respondents with predetermined criteria. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents answers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract Currently, the development of banks is increasingly rapid and a high degree of complexity can affect the operation of the bank. The high complexity of the banking business increases the risks that banks in Indonesia face. Banking is an industry that in its business relies on the trust of the public, so the soundness of the bank must be maintained. According to a World Bank survey, the  implementation of  corporate governance systems is weak or generally known as good corporate governance. has not been maximized in the implementation process. The implementation of good corporate governance system has not been effective or effective because  many cases still occur such as: money laundering, embezzlement, theft and corruption carried out by unscrupulous banks themselves. still happening in Indonesia. Financial performance management in the banking sector To know and analyze the role of leverage on financial performance in the banking sector, quantitative research is a type of research with technical characteristics systematic, well-planned and clearly structured end-to-end study design. This study used a data-documentation approach, namely by collecting data from a variety of identified sources. Data on banking and financial statements are obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the trials carried out can be described in depth in relation to the results of the research carried out, and also  on the basis of the results of the tests carried out they can be made in relation to the results of the studies carried out. regarding the presentation of the results. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that good corporate governance using the variables of organizational ownership and manager ownership does not have a significant effect on financial performance, leading to concluded that good corporate governance and leverage variables have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Financial Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain work ability, compensation, work commitment to employee performance (study on employees of CV Dewi Sri Rahma, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency). This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 56 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the variables of work ability, compensation, and commitment to performance.. Keywords: ability, compensation, commitment, employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how the effect of the profitability ratio on the value of the case study company on the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period with a total of 31 food and beverage sub-sector companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data as many as 16 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. This research data collection method uses the method of data documentation listed in the annual report at IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that the net profit margin (NPM) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The results show that return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Price to Book Value, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, dan Return On Equity.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of brand image and lifestyle on OPPO Smartphone purchasing decisions on FEB Unisma 2017 students. The type used is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach to 90 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques.  The results of the study show that brand image has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. Second, Lifestyle has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. And thirdly, the influence of brand image and lifestyle together has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Purchase Decisions, Brand Image And Lifestyle.
