Abstract

Abstract Customer Bonding and Brand Awareness on Customer Satisfaction Natasha Skincare Malang branch. the population used in this study were Natasha Skincare customers. The technique used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Customer Bonding, Brand Awareness and Customer Satisfaction. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire given to customers and libraries, namely from journals and articles. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product, price, distribution, promotion on the sales volume of handicraft products in Tohu Srijaya Wood Crafts. This research uses non-probability sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression.The results of his research products have a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Price has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Distribution has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of the Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, and Springate models in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019, as well as to find out and analyze which predictive model is more accurate that can be used. to predict bankruptcy. This study uses 4 samples from 25 populations registered in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely the sampling method used with certain considerations. Data analysis methods are 1). Calculating financial ratios, 2). Calculating the ratio of the bankruptcy model and 3). Calculate the level of model accuracy. This study finds that in the Altman model there are 1 healthy company and 3 bankrupt companies, in the Grover model there are 2 bankrupt companies and 2 healthy companies, in the Zmijewski model 4 healthy companies, and in the Springate model there are 3 healthy companies and 1 bankrupt company. And the highest accuracy results are the Altman and Springate models with a predictive value of 75%.Keywords: bankruptcy prediction model, Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, Springate

Abstract

Abstract   This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Promotion and Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty on Xiaomi smartphone users in Garum District, Blitar Regency. The population used in this study is an unknown number of Xiaomi smartphone users. The sample consists of 107 samples of respondents. The method of data collection in this study used the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and processing using SPSS 22. The results of this study simultaneously show that Price, Promotion and Product Quality have a positive and simultaneous effect on Consumer Loyalty. Partially, Price and Promotion have no effect on Consumer Loyalty, while Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence price, product quality, and promotion have on purchasing decisions at shopee online shop. This type of research uses exsplanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was Unisma's Feb 2018 students, totaling approximately 950 students. The sampling technique used with the Malhotra formula used the number of indicators multiplied by 5, the target number was 115 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test, coefficient of determination, to analyze the data using the spss 16 application. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions, the results of this study also show that partially the price variable has no effect on purchasing decisions, while partially the product quality and promotion variables have a significant and positive effect. on purchasing decisions at shopee online shop. Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Promotion, Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of mindset and competence variables on job readiness, to analyze the influence of mindset on job readiness, and to determine and analyze the effect of competence on job readiness. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were management students of class 2018 using probability sampling technique with the results of calculations using the formula, the number of samples used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination which is processed using the SPSS software program. Keywords: Competence, Mindset And Work Readiness

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and work specialization on employee performance at CV. Sustainable Plastic Pagak Malang. The location of this research was conducted on employees of CV. Sustainable Plastic Pagak Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Lestari Plastik Pagak Malang was chosen using probably sampling with random sampling, namely random sampling from the population because the population is considered homogeneous and in the determination of the sample, 50 employees are produced. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that work flexibility affects the performance of CV employees. Sustainable Plastics Pagak Malang. And work specialization has an effect on employee performance CV. Sustainable Plastics Pagak Malang. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 40.6%, where employee performance is able to be influenced by work flexibility and work specialization. Furthermore, in this study, the data collection method can be continued by paying attention to the willingness of employees and focusing on distributing online questionnaires to respondents, although they are still contacted personally and the researcher's telephone number is included, so if the respondent wants to ask questions, they can contact the researcher. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Flexibility, Job Specialization

Abstract

Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to observe the impact of labor discipline and service exceptional of village workplace personnel on network delight in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. The population in this study was the entire community of Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, amounting to 2,348. The sample in this study used Slovin's theory with the number of samples obtained, namely 96 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach. Based on testing using simultaneous F-test evaluation, the results showed that there has been a extensive impact among the X variables (work discipline and service quality) simultaneously on the Y variable (community satisfaction) in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, and the outcomes of the partial t-test. The results confirmed that the paintings area variable had a effective and great impact on network pride in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency and provider nice had a nice and significant effect on community pleasure in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. Keywords : Work Discipline, Service Quality, Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the SWOT analysis and marketing strategy on MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha, 2) To find out the application of SWOT analysis to determine marketing strategies for MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha,3) To find out the marketing strategies applied to MSMEs Pentol Pedas Alesha. The results of the study used SWOT Analysis by identifying internal and external factors, namely the position of strength (Strenght) is greater with the total score obtained by 2.86 compared to the weakness position (Weakness) of 0.60. Then on the external factors of the company the opportunity position (Opportunity) is greater with a score of 2.24 compared to the threat position (Threats) of 0.50. The results of the calculations from the analysis showed that the implementation of the strategy in MSMEs using the Growth Oriented Strategy, because it was in the quadrant 1 position, where the quadrant was a very favorable situation.  Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy, MSMEs
