Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect financial attitude and financial literacy on millennials tax knowledge in Malang, either simultaneous simultaneously. The dependent variable used in this study are Tax Knowledge. While the independent variables used in this study are Financial attitude and Financial literacy. The sample used in the study was a method is simple random sampling technique consisting of 100 respondents. Then the research data is processed using instrument test, classic assumption, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely the f test and t test.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, financial attitude and financial literacy have a significant effect on tax knowledge of millennials in Malang. As well as partially financial attitude and financial literacy also have a significant effect on tax knowledge among millennials in Malang. Keywords: Financial attitude, Financia literacy, Tax Knowledge and Millennials.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on teacher performance at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang.The population and sample in this study were all teachers of SD Islam Surya Buana Malang, totaling 30 people. Data collection using a questionnaire, with multiple linear regression analysis method.            The results showed that work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Work motivation and work discipline significant effect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Meanwhile, the work environment has no significant effect on the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on food purchase intentions with halal label, the influence of subjective norms on food purchase intentions labeled with halal, and the effect of perceived behavioral control on food purchase intentions with halal label. This research is an explanatory research type. The subjects of the study were 85 students of FEB Islamic University of Malang. Data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that religiosity affects the purchase intention of halal-labeled food, subjective norms do not affect the intention to buy food labeled as halal, and perceived behavioral control influences the purchase intention of halal labeled food.Keywords: religiosity, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention to buy food labeled as halal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research was conducted at PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The variables used are the influence of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and job stress as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 assistance for software. The results showed that the variable role conflict and role ambiguity had no significant effect on the performance of PT. KARYA PRIMA Kota Batu, while the variables of work conflict and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City, and the overall variables of role conflict, work conflict, role ambiguity and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing and perceived value on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for visitors to damar coffee Malang. The population in this study were all visitors to Damar Coffee Malang City. The sample used is some visitors to Damar Coffee Malang City. The technique used in sampling is accidental sampling technique, the sample selected is 100 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The results showed that Experiential Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perception of Value has a direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, Experiential Marketing has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Perception of Value has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction has a direct effect on Consumer Loyalty, Experimental Marketing has a direct effect on Customer Loyalty. Indirectly on Consumer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable and Value Perception indirectly on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Perception of Value, Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on Grab service purchase decisions. This research was conducted in the village of Pakis jajar Malang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative data, i.e. the data can be obtained through, observation or downward direct spaciousness, and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 93 respondents. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out about how the performance evaluation of PT Go-Jek driver services in Malang City. In this study, the variable used to measure performance appraisal is to use an analysis of the effects of training and development. Based on data available at PT Go-Jek's Office, there are 10,000 drivers spread across Malang City. And from the total, there are only 99 drivers who meet the criteria or qualify as a research sample. In determining this sample, the researcher uses the slovin formula method, which is the determination of the sample using a certain formula. There is also the analytical technique used, namely multiple linear regression analysis. From this study, it was found that the training variables had a positive and significant effect on performance appraisal of PT Go-Jek Malang drivers. Similarly, the development variable, also has the same effect that is positive and significant effect on performance evaluation on the driver of PT Go-Jek Malang. As well as the effects simultaneously or together, these two variables show the results that training and development simultaneously have a significant effect on performance appraisal of PT Go-Jek drivers in Malang City Keywords : Online Transportation, Driver Performance Evaluation, Analysis of Training and Development Effects.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the partial influence of tourism motivation on visiting decisions, the partial influence of destination image on visiting decisions, and the simultaneous influence of tourism motivation, destination image on visiting decisions. The population of the study were students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2016 who had visited the Angkut Batu Museum whose numbers were unknown, so the sample calculation using the Malhotra method resulted in 100 samples. The data analysis technique used instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 25.0 multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are tourism motivation and destination image have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Museum Angkut Batu either partially or simultaneouslKeyword : tourism motivation, destination image, visiting decision
