Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety, training, and teamwork on the performance of Bela Jaya PS employees. This survey method uses a survey survey method, a survey quantitative approach that takes samples from the population and uses a survey as a primary data collection tool. The sample consisted of 37 individuals who were selected using a targeted sampling technique. As a result, occupational health and safety has a positive effect, and training has a positive effect. Team work has a positive effect. Therefore, occupational health and safety, training and teamwork can also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: health and safety, training and teamwork

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Batik Tulis Argotirto with a total sample of 64 consumers. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of the study simultaneously showed that product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy had a significant effect on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. While partially there is an influence between the variables of product quality, product innovation, and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

ABSTRACT Behavior in consumer purchases is a very interesting subject, because this subject will be concerned with various factors in various human life diverse. And consumer purchasing decisions to buy a product will be greatly influenced by several factors. The phenomenon that attracts the attention of the author and may also attract the attention of many people is the influence of brand image and lifestyle that affect the purchase decision moreover in terms of fashion.This research uses descriptive research. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the simultaneous and partial influence between brand image and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions in Inspired Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is intended to explain the effect of working capital on profitabilityin food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The population of this research is all food and beverage companies in BEIin 2012-2016. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling method so that11 eligible companies as sample. This study uses secondary data and multipleregression analysis method.The results showed. Significant influence on profitability, significantliquidity variables. Abstract

ABSTRACTFor three years starting in the 2015-2017 period Profitability has fluctuated. In this study the author will discuss about third party funds, deposit rates, capital adequacy, credit risk and credit interest rates that can affect profitability. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of third party funds on profitability (2) To determine the effect of deposit interest rates on profitability (3) To determine the effect of capital adequacy on profitability (4) To determine the effect of credit risk on profitability (5) know the effect of credit interest rates on profitability.This thesis research uses a type of quantitative approach research; this study takes samples from the population using purposive sampling technique. By using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables (dependent variables) and independent variables (independent variables). The results of this study are third party funding variables have a positive and not significant effect on profitability, deposit interest rates have a negative and not significant effect on profitability, capital adequacy variables have a positive and not significant effect on profitability, credit risk variables have a negative and significant effect on profitability, variable credit interest rates have a negative and significant effect on profitability Keywords: Third party funds, deposit interest rates,

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the workload, work stress, salary satisfaction and employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya, knowing the effect of workload, work stress, salary satisfaction on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Bringin Gigantara KC Surabaya with a sample size of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that the employees of PT. Bringin Gigantara perceives agreeing on all research variables namely workload, work stress, salary satisfaction and turnover intention. Workload has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Job stress has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Salary satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Bringin Gigantara. Workload, work stress, and salary satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Abstract

AbstrackThis research was conducted at PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Sentosa. The type of research used is quantitative research where the data are expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture and organizational commitment, while the variables used are intention to move. The sample used in this study were 36 respondents who are employees who work at PT. Tri Mitra Jaya Sentosa. Data collection techniques used was a questionnaire. The analytical methods used were instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 25 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Education Level, Age and Work Productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, trust and corporate image on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were customers of PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch that uses products/services at PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling technique with non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results showed that the variables of service quality, trust and corporate image simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality, trust and company image partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for fragrant shoots (a case study on economics and business students in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study revealed 70 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, statistical test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables are brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for the case study of fragrant shoots tea products for students of the economics and business faculty in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social capital, business digitalization and technology utilization on the sustainability of SMEs. The independent variables used are social capital, business digitalization and technology utilization, while the dependent variable is the sustainability of SMEs. The sample used in this study was 70 respondents from MSMEs in Malang district. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, path analysis, determination t test using IBM SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that social capital, business digitization and technology utilization have a direct effect on the sustainability of SMEs. Keywords: Social Capital, Business Digitalization, Technology Utilization, MSMEs Sustainability
