Abstract

    AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived price, customer value and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction between Pelangi Travel Between Nusa Malang. To find out and analyze the effect of price perception on customer satisfaction on Pelangi Antar Nusa Malang Travel. To find out and analyze the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction at Pelangi Travel between Nusa Nusa Malang. To find out and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Pelangi Travel between Nusa Nusa Malang.This type of research uses Explanatori Reaserch. This research was conducted at Pelangi Travel, which is located at Jalan Sawahan No. 03, Turen Regency, Malang Regency. The population in this study is Malang City Pelangi Travel Services customers obtained from one month and an average of 450 customers every month.The results of this study indicate that Price Perception, Customer Value, Service Quality simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords : Perception Price, Customer Value And Service Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACTWhen a customer comes to a shop, the main thing that is done is to provide an assessment of the quality and price of the product offered, besides that the customer also assesses the shop's atmosphere. This is very important for the store owner to consider, because it can affect the level of customer satisfaction. In this study, the authors tried to explain the relationship between the variables Store Atmosphere, Brand Image, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Inspird customers. This research was conducted on 98 customers who had shopped at Inspird Malang Jalan Soekarno-Hatta No.D-511, Mojolangu, Lowokwaru, Malang. This type of research is explanatory research through a quantitative approach. The results showed that: 1) Store atmosphere, brand image, although not significant to customer satisfaction, while product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2) Store atmosphere has no significant effect on Loyalty, while Brand Image and Product Quality have a significant effect on Loyalty. 3) Customer Satisfaction has a direct effect on Loyalty. 4) Satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of Store Atmosphere, Brand Image on Loyalty, while Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Product Quality on Loyalty.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Brand Image, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Loyality

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to partially between the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude and income towards financial management behavior on MSME fashion actors in city Malang. The population used in this study is MSME fashion practitioners in city Malang, totaling 5000 business actors while The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria of 50 business actors, with the sampling technique by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, test instruments, classic assumption tests, partial tests (t test) and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results showed financial literacy (X1) and income (X3) influences financial management behavior (Y), while financial attitude (X2) does not affect financial management behavior (Y). Keyword: Financial Litercy, Financial Attitude, Income, Financial Management Behavior

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test the training on employee performance through the work ability of PDAM Malang City Jl. Sentani Lake Canal No. 100, Madyopuro. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. The analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results of the study state that (1) Training has a significant direct effect on employee performance, (2) training has a significant direct effect on work ability, (3) work ability has a significant direct effect on employee performance, (4) training has an indirect effect on employee performance through ability work as an intervening variable.  Keywords: Training, Work Ability and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, communication, and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. X Malang City Branch. The sample used in this study were 43 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation, communication, and job stress had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. X Malang City Branch and based on the results of a partial test (t test) the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. X Malang City Branch, the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. X Malang City Branch and work stress variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract  This study examines the effect of price, service quality and cafe atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok in Senggreng Village, Krajan Hamlet, Sumber Pucung District, Malang Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers of the Floating Cafe Rowo Klampok. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of price, product reviews, convenience and safety on the decision to purchase imported casings at Shopee. Sampling was carried out on active students at the Islamic University of Malang for the 2019/2020 academic year using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 105 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that price, product reviews, convenience and safety have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Equity to Asset Ratio partially and together to Return on Equity. Debt Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Equity to Asset Ratio as independent variable and Return on Equity as dependent variable. The type of research used is empirical, population in this research is food and beverage Manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016 with purposive sampling technique. Sample amounts to Twelve Manufacturing Companies food and beverage sector. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Debt to Asset Ratio has value t count -0,965 (sig 0,340> 0,05) Equity to Asset Ratio has value of t count 0,942 (sig. 0.351> 0.05) indicating that Debt Equity Ratio partially have a significant positive effect, Debt to Asset Ratio and Equity to Asset Ratio partially have no significant effect to Equity to Asset Ratio. As well as bersam-sma Debt Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Equity to Asset Ratio have a significant positive effect on Return on Equity. Demonstrated with large F arithmetic 3,444 (sig. 0.008 <0.05). Keywords: Debt Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratios, Equity to Assets and Return on Equity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study is 1. To provide empirical evidence of the effect of company size on ERM. 2. Provide empirical evidence of the effect of Leverage on ERM. 3. Provide empirical evidence of the influence of the auditor's reputation on ERM disclosures. 4. Provide empirical evidence of the effect of profitability on ERM disclosures.               The population in this study was a banking sector company that published a report on the listed on the IDX. The method collected in this study is by using journals and analytical methods. Abstract

AbstractBased on research carried out with the aim of analyzing the effect of compensation, work environment, and corporate culture on employee job satisfaction in Malang Municipal Water Supply Company. The population used in this study were all employees of the Municipal Water Supply Company of Malang City, amounting to 338 employees from December 2019 to January 2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the technique to ensure the research sample with certain assessments intended to make the data generated can be used as an example or representative. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. From this study produced answers that have been previously processed that simultaneous compensation, work environment and company culture influence employee job satisfaction which justifies H4. Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H1. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H2. Corporate culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially and justifies H3. Key Words :(Compensation, Work Environment, Corporate Culture, Employee Job Satisfaction).
