Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and work specialization on employee performance at CV. Sustainable Plastic Pagak Malang. The location of this research was conducted on employees of CV. Sustainable Plastic Pagak Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Lestari Plastik Pagak Malang was chosen using probably sampling with random sampling, namely random sampling from the population because the population is considered homogeneous and in the determination of the sample, 50 employees are produced. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that work flexibility affects the performance of CV employees. Sustainable Plastics Pagak Malang. And work specialization has an effect on employee performance CV. Sustainable Plastics Pagak Malang. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 40.6%, where employee performance is able to be influenced by work flexibility and work specialization. Furthermore, in this study, the data collection method can be continued by paying attention to the willingness of employees and focusing on distributing online questionnaires to respondents, although they are still contacted personally and the researcher's telephone number is included, so if the respondent wants to ask questions, they can contact the researcher. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Flexibility, Job Specialization

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the influence of Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of this study that positive and significant Leadership on Employee Performance this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 1.987 and a significant value of 0.050. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 2.594 and significant value of 0.011. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of the variable coefficient of 4.422 and a significant value of 0.000. Organizational Commitment positive and insignificant to Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.256 and significant value of 0.799. As well as the significant value of Fuji 0,000 <0.05, where H04 is accepted, which means there are some free variables that have the ability to explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study means to decide and investigate the impact of item quality, cost, and brand picture on buying choices for the Thanksgiving brand. This kind of examination utilizes expalanatory research, with an example of 95 respondents. The investigation procedure utilizes numerous straight relapse examination. The reliant variable in this study is Buy Choice, while the free factors are Item Quality, Cost, and Brand Picture. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find the effect of experiential marketing of image museum angkut as information tours. education tours, and recreation tours. Independent variables use in this research is product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, process and dependent variables is image. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data. This type of research belong to explanatory research. The population of this current study was all university students in economy major at UNISMA who had fulfilled the registration fee. Data analysis method used in this research is using multiplelinier regression analysiswith t test hypothesis. The result of this study indicate that partially  physical evidence, and process significant effect on image museum angkut as education tours, recreation tours and information tours. While product, price, promotion, place, and people partially no significant effect on image museum angkut as education tours, recreation tours and information tours .Keywords : Experiential marketing (product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, process),(image).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the influence of corporate reputation, trustand website quality to the loyalty of online shop customers olx.com, StudentFaculty of Economics class year 2015 UNISMA. The population of this researchis all students of faculty of economics year 2015 UNISMA. The sample was takenby using purposive sampling method so that 88 respondents who fulfill thecondition as sample. This research uses primary data and multiple regressionanalysis method.The result of this research show that firm reputation variable havepositive and significant influence to customer loyalty, trust variable have positiveeffect and not significant to customer loyalty, website quality variable havepositive and insignificant to customer loyalty, simultaneously variable of companyreputation, trust and website quality have significant influence .Keywords: company reputation, trust, website quality, customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is conducted at PT. Exel Mandiri Inovasition’s. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influences of Recruitment, Selection and Self Actualization toward Employee’s Performance partially or simultaneously, and examine and analyze the dominant influences of recruitment, selection and self-actualization toward employee’sperformance. The variables used in this research are Recruitment, Selection and Self Actualization as independent variables and employee’s performance as the dependent variable. The type  of research used is explanatory research. The samples used are 74 respondents of using saturated sample method. The data collection method used is questionnaire method. The analysis methods used areinstrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear multiple regression test,and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 14.0 for Windows.   The results of the research show that Recruitment has a significant influence on the performance of PT. Exel Mandiri Innovation’s employees, Selection has a significant influence on the performance of PT. Exel Mandiri Innovation’s employees, Self Actualization has a significant influence on the performance of PT. Exel Mandiri Innovation’s employees. Therefore, it can be concluded that Recruitment, Selection and Self Actualization partially or simultaneously have significant influences on the performance of PT. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how Gojek users decide to use Gojek services. In this research, five variables are used, namely price, convenience, service quality and trust, which are independent variables, while user decisions are dependent variables. Whereas in this study the number of respondents obtained was 147 respondents based on the results of the questionnaire distributed but from that number there were 47 respondents who did not meet the sample criteria, so the number of samples that had been selected was only 100 respondents. In determining the sample criteria in this study using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on certain criteria. The analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is with research data in the form of cross section data. The results in this study indicate that the variable price, convenience, service quality and trust simultaneously have a positive effect simultaneously on Gojek service user decisions. On the price variable, convenience, service quality and trust have a partial positive effect on the decision of Gojek service users.Keywords: Price, Ease, Service Quality, Trust, User Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of menu diversity, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions at Warung Ketan Ibu'e Amik, Tulungrejo Village, Pare District, Kediri Regency. The population in the study were 900 consumers, and the sample of this study used a purposive sampling technique totaling 90 consumers of Warung Ketan Ibu'e Amik. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially menu diversity has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously menu diversity, prices, and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. .Keywords: Menu Diversity, Price, Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effect of job design, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Based on data from PT Ongkowidjojo Malang, there are 350 employees as a population, so the sample used in the study was 78 employees. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. In this study, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using cross section data. Based on the results of path analysis and research results, it is known that job design has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job design has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of job design and organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: Job design, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The growth of the e-commerce business that is getting bigger and faster in Indonesia has caused many other e-commerce to appear and offer various advantages and conveniences as well as lead to increasingly fierce competition between major e-commerce companies in Indonesia in fighting for first place in various aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Flash Sale Discounts, Ratings and Free Shipping on purchasing decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that Flash Sale Discounts, Ratings, Free Shipping had a significant effect on Shopee Marketplace Purchase Decisions, Flash Sale Discounts had a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Ratings had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions and Free Shipping had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Flash Sale Discount, Rating, Free Shipping, Buying Decision
