<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between student career planning and self-concept of class XI student at SMKN 59 Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. This technique can be interpreted as a sampling process by determining in advance the number of samples to be taken, the sample selection is carried out based on certain objectives, as long as it does not deviate from the characteristics of the specified sample. The research instrument used questionnaires, interviews, and observation distributed to 35 student in class XI Multimedia-1, guidance and counseling teachers and school principals. The result showed a fairly good category, the relationship between student career planning and self-concept of class XI student at SMKN 59 Jakarta]]>

Studi ini bertujuan melihat respon yang beragam dari negara-negara ASEAN dan bagaimana dampak AUKUS ini terhadap ASEAN. Studi ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi literatur. <![CDATA[Companies sometimes experience stages of declining financial condition is defined as financial distress which becomes a signal before bankruptcy occurs. This financial difficulties condition also occurs in banking companies, considering that banking activities are strongly influenced by macroeconomic conditions. Therefore, banking companies must ensure that macroeconomic conditions can be adjusted to the company's operations to create economic’ optimism at large. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, currency exchange rates, BI rate, and the money supply (M2) on financial distress. The data is obtained from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sampling is obtained using the purposive sampling technique with a total of 41 banking companies that meet the criteria. The Hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show the money supply (M2) effects on financial distress. Meanwhile, inflation, currency exchange rates, and the BI rate have no effect on financial distress]]>

<![CDATA[Para investor menanamkan modal dalam suatu perusahaan dengan harapan memperoleh return saham, oleh karena itu penting bagi investor untuk menentukan perusahaan yang nilainya baik. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan informasi arus kas suatu perusahaan. Return saham yang diproleh merupakan pembayaran yang diterima atas kepemilikannya ditambah dengan perubahan harga pasar yang dibagi dengan harga awal harga pasar. Investor menyalurkan dana investasinya untuk perusahaan yang aman dan serbanding dengan tingkat return yang akan diperoleh. Return saham memungkinkan investor untuk membandingkan keuntungan yang diharapkan yang disediakan oleh berbagai investasi pada tingkat pengembalian yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh arus kas terhadap return saham. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Properti dan Real Estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2020. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan metode Purposive Sampling yang diperoleh 109 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Arus Kas Operasi berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan Arus Kas Investasi dan Arus Kas Pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.]]>

Pos Indonesia Cabang Lumban Julu Medan untuk menarik konsumennya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa pengiriman paket Pos Express. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survey terhadap 315 orang responden, melalui teknik convenience sampling. Hasilnya, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian namun berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan perceived quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Income Tax is a tax levied on the object of tax on his income. Income tax will always be imposed on people or business entities earning income in Indonesia. The tax applicable to employees and pension recipients is Income Tax Article 21. The subject of Article 21 of the Act in particular concerning pensions and Article 21 in particular about pensions is pensions themselves. Therefore, participants who receive pension contributions are Taxpayers PPh Article 21. This study aims to find out the calculation, deduction, deposit and reporting of Income Tax Article 21 at PT Taspen (Persero) Surakarta Branch whether it is in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2008 and the Law on penile funds. The object of this research was taken at PT Taspen (Persero) Surakarta Branch. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The results of the research obtained are the mechanism of Income Tax article 21 on periodic pension recipients at PT Taspen (Persero) Surakarta Branch in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2008 and Regulation of the Director General of Taxation No. PER-16/PJ/2016. The tax calculation for pension recipients is still three people who are not suitable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). The method used is a quantitative method. The population is employees of PT. The Stupid Swordsman (Dcost) totaling 125 people and the sample taken as many as 95 people using the "Simple Random Sampling" technique. The regression equation obtained is Y = 20.60 + 0.60 X. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that t count is 5.641 > 1.986, which is greater than t_table which is 1.986. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). Based on the calculation, the correlation coefficient value is 0.5, which means that there is a positive and quite strong correlation between work discipline and employee performance. Based on the calculation results, the coefficient of determination (KD) value is 25.5%, this means that employee performance is influenced by work discipline by 25.5% while the remaining 74.5% employee performance is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesiapan pelajar dalam mengikuti Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) dengan penerapan prokes yang akan dilaksanakan secara offline disekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan survei data online yang didapat melalui Google Form. Dalam penelitian ini data survei berjumlah 69 pelajar SMA sederajat, kemudian dari data tersebut menghasilkan presentase penyajian data sesuai dengan analisis yang diambil dalam beberapa aspek data yaitu, jenjang pendidikan, perizinan orang tua, kesiapan pelajar dalam mengikuti PTM, vaksinasi yang sudah dilakukan oleh pelajar, kekhawatiran pelajar terhadap penularan covid-19, kepatuhan pelajar terhadap perokol kesehatan dengan membawa masker dan hand sanitizer, serta kepemilikan aplikasi akun peduli lindungi. Jika dilihat dari persentase respon pelajar hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah pelajar siap mengikuti Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) dengan penerapan prokes. Dikarenakan sudah banyaknya pelajar yang menerapkan prokes ke sekolah serta sudah banyaknya pelajar yang melakukan vaksinasi. Namun, pemerintah tetap harus mengadakan soasialiasi terhadap pelajar agar berkuangnya angka kekhawatiran akan tertular virus covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Various types of educational devices that are used as a support for the creation of a good education are certainly important. One of them is using an effective method to provide a concept to students optimally. This study aims to analyze how high and important the influence of the experimental method on science subjects at the junior high school. The method used is a qualitative research method with a mini survey method on 47 samples consisting of junior high school students, high school students, college students, and alumni students as well as a literature study method (library study) which is carried out by screening electronic books (e-books) and e- journals. The results showed that 94% of experimental research methods were effectively used and 6% were not effectively used in the science learning process. The effectiveness of this method is that students can prove that an accepted concept is in accordance with the given theory and students can hone their psychomotor abilities. The weakness of this method is that it can be seen from the inadequate infrastructure, the ability of teachers, controlling students, and the selection of practicum materials.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari likuiditas, leverage, earning per share dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kebijakan dividen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa informasi laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Indeks LQ45 pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2019 yang telah diseleksi berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini Kebijakan Dividen diproksikan dengan dividend payout ratio. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Leverage yang diproksikan dengan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Sedangkan Earning Per Share dan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen.]]>
