Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia based on guided inquiry on carbon and silicon materials for non-metal inorganic chemistry courses using Articulate Storyline 3 software based on BSNP. This research is a development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The sample in this study were lecturers at the State University of Medan, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences majoring in Chemistry as many as 3 people as validators of media and material experts that were tailored to the needs. The research instrument was in the form of a BSNP questionnaire filled out by material expert validators and media expert validators. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that guided inquiry-based interactive multimedia on carbon and silicon materials with an average score of 3.67 and included in the "very feasible" criteria for use on carbon and silicon materials in non-metal inorganic chemistry learning

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has had a significant impact on our educational system. As a result of this situation, teachers have decided to switch from face-to-face to online learning. Furthermore, this circumstance resulted in low student motivation to learn English. In other words, due to monotonous learning, pupils may be too bored to participate and engage in the teaching-learning process. Some pupils were discovered to be late or unwilling to finish their homework. Google has published a number of applications as part of its Google For Education program so that instructors can use to improve their information technology (IT) oriented teaching and learning. Google Meet is one of the most popular programs that is currently available for free. This research explains how to use Google Meet as an alternate application for online learning during the outbreak, such as delivering a virtual English classroom and to make students comfortable in learning English. This paper will go through some of the theoretical and practical reasons why English teachers should be more comfortable with online learning using Google Meet. Although additional research is needed to determine the efficiency of this application in improving students' learning, it is considered that incorporating this technology into the teaching process can fundamentally revolutionize a typical classroom in many ways.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning behavior, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and social intelligence on accounting understanding. More specifically, this study aims to explore several factors such as learning behavior, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and social intelligence. In this study the authors use the type of quantitative research so that the significance of the relationship between the variables studied will be obtained. The data of this study used primary data containing questions in the form of a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale, which was distributed to students of the Accounting Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta batch 2017, and obtained a sample of 80 students, while for this research method the Multiple Linear Regression method was used. to test the effect between the variables. The results of this test indicate that Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Social Intelligence have a negative effect on Accounting Understanding. Meanwhile, Learning Behavior and Emotional Intelligence have a positive effect on Accounting Understanding. In the end, based on the results of this study, it shows that Learning Behavior and Emotional Intelligence have an effect on Accounting Understanding.

Abstract

Research conducted at SMP Negeri 39 Bekasi aims to determine: The ability to understand mathematical concepts of students on quadrilateral material with an indicator of the ability to understand mathematical concepts used is killpatrick. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted on 35 students, the method of taking the subject in this study was using purposive sampling, the subjects were taken as many as 9 students, namely 3 high-ability students, 3 medium-capable students, and 3 low-ability students. The data collection technique was carried out with test instruments that had been empirically validated and the results of interviews with the subject. The instrument used was in the form of 2 items on the ability of students to understand mathematical concepts on the rectangular material accompanied by interviews with students. The results of the study concluded that: The ability to understand mathematical concepts of class VII students of SMP Negeri 39 Bekasi for the 2019/2020 academic year was in the medium category.

Abstract

Sejak dimulainya pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 ketahanan ekonomi menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan pengusaha serta masyarakat atau rumah tangga. Perubahan tatanan kehidupan selama masa pandemic sangat dipengaruhi dengan adanya pembatasan pergerakan (mobilitas) masyarakat pada berbagai sektor. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perekonomian yaitu persepsi harga, mutu dari barang, Self Confidence pengaruh lingkungan, gaya hidup, psycho demografis, psycho sosiologis, Family Scope, serta Social Environment. Peubahan kondisi psikologi dan sosial menjadi faktor peubah terbesar yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan jumlah instrumen dan nilai transaksi uang elektronik selama masa pandemic. Metodologi Analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan t-test two sample. Sampel adalah data jumlah intrumen dan nilai transaksi uang elektronik selama 48 bulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa selama 24 bulan sebelum pandemic dan 24 bulan selama masa pandemi, rata-rata jumlah instrument uang elektronik dan nilai transaksi uang elektronik tidak sama, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan jumlah instrument dan nilai transaksinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of teacher TPACK and its effect on teacher skills in integrating ICT in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this study were teachers of Economics in all regions of Indonesia, while the sample obtained was 271 respondents through convenience sampling technique and using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 20 items. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the average score of the seven components of TPACK was more than 80%, namely TK, PK, CK, TPK, TCK, PCK, and TPACK respectively 81.5%, 83.1%, 87.5%, 84 .0%, 86.3%, 85.3%, and 84.1%. Then, the integration of teacher ICT during online learning consisting of preparation of ICT-based learning, process of ICT-based learning, and evaluation of ICT-based learning has an average score of 87.3%, 84.7%, and 85.4%, indicating that the average score the ICT integration of teachers is more than 84%. So it can be said that a high TPACK can affect teacher skills in integrating ICT during online learning, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. For future research, it is possible to test the validity of this instrument and the relationship and influence of the TPACK variable factors on the integration of ICT teachers

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai tujuan, isi, bahan pelajaran serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraaan kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju menuntut terjadinya perubahan dalam kurikulum demi mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal. Perkembangan ini juga berdampak dalam beberapa mata pelajaran, salah satunya yaitu pembelajaran IPS. Perubahan tersebut menyebabkan munculnya berbagai masalah dalam proses pembelajarannya, terlebih unruk pembalajan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran IPS di Indonesia, terlebih untuk pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dapat dijabarkan dan dapat dengan mudah dipahami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diidentifikasi empat permasalahan yakni perilaku disruptif siswa, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, guru kurang memahami materi di luar bidang ilmunya serta metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif.

Abstract

The development of governance for boat rental services by the Panglima Laot organization in Banda Aceh City is needed as a manifestation of the achievement of the aspirations of the youth of Meuraxa District to have a BUMDes in an independent village administration administrative bureaucracy. For the change from this creative effort to BUMDes, it is necessary to reform the governance of business units that are currently being carried out in the establishment document. Currently, a boat rental business is running for fishing activities, both by local residents and by other residents who rent boat equipment in Meuraxa District. Besides, it is also used by tenants to do sea fishing as a hobby. This study aims to develop a boat rental service management system for the Panglima Laot organization through administrative reform of business unit management towards an independent BUMDes. This research is qualitative. In the development of this business, after reviewing the potential of both human and natural resources, it is found that this business service has the potential to increase income and prevent unemployment of the local community which results in reducing poverty rates in the assumption that all human and natural resources can work together. realize independent BUMDes. So that this creative business deserves to be developed to become a growing business for the future under the guidance of a village legal entity in the form of an Independent BUMDes.

Abstract

Pemilihan strategi bisnis dalam perusahaan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan bisnisnya. Strategi bisnis dapat dilakukan agar perusahaan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Merger dan akuisisi merupakan strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk bertahan dan meningkatkan bisnisnya. Tujuan dari adanya  penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dan kebijakan hutang terhadap keputusan investor pada perusahaan yang melakukan merger dan akuisisi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan merger dan akuisisi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2020. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan merger dan akuisisi yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 53 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investor pada perusahaan yang melakukan merger dan akuisisi, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investor pada perusahaan yang melakukan merger dan akuisisi.

Abstract

The effectiveness of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced obstacles and triggered the failure of the teaching and learning process in schools. Students are directly affected and if left for a long time will experience learning loss. This study aims to describe the obstacles that trigger failure in learning in schools during the pandemic in Indonesia through a literature review. Searching research journal data using Google Scholar database from various available journals. Article criteria can be in the form of qualitative and quantitative approaches. There are no restrictions on the year of publication or the use of language. In this literature study, 20 articles have been screened by authors. The results of the review generally describe learning barriers during the pandemic, namely; pedagogical barriers, barriers to facilities and infrastructure, internal barriers to students, and barriers to the external environment of students.
