<![CDATA[This study aims to determine 1). The effect of gender on the effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic in Indonesia, 2) The effect of creativity on the effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic in Indonesia, 3) The effect of the interaction between gender and creativity on the effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic in Indonesia. The research method is quantitative with an ex post facto approach. The population is teachers in Indonesia, totaling 112. The number of samples is 88 teachers calculated by the Slovin Formula with a precision value of 95% or sig. = 0.05. The sampling technique is random or random sampling. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Version 22. The results of the study are as follows: 1). There is no significant effect of gender on the effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic in Indonesia, 2) There is a significant effect of creativity on the effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic in Indonesia, 3) There is no interaction effect between gender and creativity on the effectiveness of teaching teachers in Indonesia. the pandemic period in Indonesia. The implications of this study are as follows. The effectiveness of teaching teachers during the pandemic does not depend on the gender of the teacher, but depends on the creativity of the teacher in teaching, namely the creativity of the teacher in using learning media to make it easier for students to learn through online, providing motivation to learn in an effective way by using videos containing learning motivations for students, using creative assessment techniques to measure student learning outcomes, and using creative learning methods so that the learning process during the pandemic can run effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of accepting non-cash applications, including banking applications such as mobile banking, is reinforced by the Covid-19 pandemic, which is accelerating towards a digital society. The purpose of the study was to see whether the relationship between UTAUT2 factors and behavioral intentions of mobile banking adoption was moderated by the Covid-19 pandemic among young people, especially among students from private universities in DKI Jakarta. Sampling was done purposively and questionnaires were distributed online via Google Form. The sample collected in the first week of April 2021 was 114, but those that matched the criteria of 102 respondents. Data processing was carried out by regression analysis with the moderator variable assisted by the SPSS 26.0 application. The results of the regression analysis by looking at the Sig F Change resulted in a value above 0.05, namely the Covid-19 pandemic variable was not proven to significantly moderate the Utaut2 factors with Behavioral Intentions to Adopt Mobile Banking by private students in DKI Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif pemuda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi kepemudaan YISC Al Azhar yang berada di Jakarta. Metode sampling yang digunakan menggunakan metode Slovin dengan margin of error 5% yang menghasilkan total sampel 108 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif para pemuda. Sedangkan secara parsial literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh secara negatif dan signikan, sementara gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif.]]>

<![CDATA[It is obvious that Indonesia’s education must always be improved from year to year as a provision for Indonesia to compete in this globalization era. Related to technological era, students are more often access their gadgets at any time, this has a good impact but otherwise also have a bad impact on their academic achievement. Students become more infatuated with their gadgets that provide the latest things at any time. This decrease students' learning motivation greatly, and without sufficient emotional intelligence, their academic achievement are also affected. Thus the purpose of this study is to relate the motivation and emotional intelligence of students with their academic achievement. The relevant methods used are correlation and regression analysis. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 samples randomly. The results showed there was a very significant relationship between motivation and emotional intelligence on academic achievement, with F count of 48.081 and Sig. 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, motivation has also significant relationship with academic achievement as evidenced by t count 2,940 which is greater than t table = 1.68 and Sig. 0.006 < 0.05. Then, emotional intelligence is also significant which is indicated by t count = 5.336 which is greater than t table = 1.68 and Sig. 0.00 < 0.05]]>

<![CDATA[Proses pembelian barang saat ini semakin memudahkan masyarakat, salah satunya proses pembelian produk melalui e-commerce. Banyaknya e-commerce yang memberikan kemudahan dan pilihan bagi konsumen untuk membeli produk yang diinginkan. Hal ini merupakan salah satu bukti perkembangan teknologi yang menjadi jawaban atas kebutuhan konsumen yaitu kenyamanan hidup, salah satunya dalam aktivitas berbelanja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pembelian ulang konsumen melalui e-commerce. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Setelah memiliki pengalaman berbelanja melalui e-commerce, konsumen melakukan pembelian ulang melalui media yang sama untuk produk yang sama atau berbeda. Kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas belanja melalui e-commerce. Konsumen juga dimanjakan dengan berbagai pilihan produk yang dihadirkan e-commerce sebelum mengambil keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pemilik usaha dalam hal ini perusahaan e-commerce, untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kenyamanan konsumen dalam aktivitas berbelanjanya.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the main assets in development is a quality population. In improving the quality of the population, the development must be adjusted to the needs of the environment and the dynamics of community development with regarding the various potentials, current conditions, and problems in the community. The number of children and community dropping out of school are unable to complete a formal education is a problem, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dropouts are closely related to population and social problems such as increasing cases of child marriage, poverty, and unemployment. The integration of population education in the informal education pathway is an alternative to build the public awareness and the independence that reaches the community, especially vulnerable groups of people. The development of the community can’t be separated from the support of social capital by involving all parties, including in informal education. Social capital builds communities to become more responsible for preparing and developing programs. Agreement strengthening and social mapping are the main key with the involvement of various parties to participate in increasing community participation in informal education. Population education is integrated with informal education which is built in a curriculum with material based on the issue of local wisdom that is arranged for building awareness and be able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this activity, it is hoped that this activity will be able to increase participation and development constructive that strengthens the spirit of mutual cooperation in building self-reliance in community to be able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the event of dropping out of school to return to study in formal or non-formal education as compulsory education for every member of the community]]>

<![CDATA[The development of internet business has experienced a fairly tight competition where between companies compete with each other to attract customers to use their products with various products and services. PT Moratelindo is one of the internet service providers in Jakarta. The purpose in this research is to find out the marketing strategies used have been efficient and effective. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interview, documentation, and recording. The result of the analysis using marketing mix, Oxygen product is a quality internet service product with 100% service using fiber optic cable. PT Moratelindo has a 7P mix that can see opportunities and attract the market to use Oxygen products. Proven from 2018 Oxygen Products have increased every year with an average of 18,148 new customers every year or 1,512 new customers every month. While the highest product achievement is the stream package with a total of 30,410 customers from 2018 – 2019. Based on the results of the data analysis shows that Oxygen products are in a stable phase and the strategies used efficiently and effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by students lack understanding the concepts in the subject matter of a the rectangular for example, completing the area and circumference of the rectangular, because the material is presentad using the lecture method and only on certain materials using student discussion groups. The aim of the study was to determine validit, practicality and the trajectory design of the learning trajectory through a realistic mathematical education approach to the subject of rectangular at SMP N 6 Padangsidimpuan. This research is a design research with a type of validation study thet aims to develop local interaction theory (LIT) with collaboration between researches and educators to improve the quality of learning. This research was conducted at SMP N 6 Padangsidimpuan with trial subjects in class VII-2, totaling 31 students. The instrument of collecting data thet used is validation sheets, questionnaires, observations, and using validity and practical analysis techniques. The result of this study indicated thet the learning trajectory through a realistic mathematical education approach is said to be very valid and very practical. The vlidity of the learning trajectory is indicated by a value of 86,98% from analiyzing 3 validators. The practicality of the learning trajectory is shown by 82,71% of the student response questionnaire and observations. The learning trajectory produced in this study is in the form of activities carried out by students to achieve learning goals, where the purpose of the learning is to understanding of rectangular, types of rectangular, properties of rectangular, and circumference and area of rectangular.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial distress is a condition in the stage of financial decline that occurs before the occurrence of bankruptcy or liquidation. This study aims to examine the factors that affect financial distress in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). The independent variables tested were managerial compensation, working capital, investment growth, operating cash flow, and leverage. Financial distress in this study was measured by the springate method and the grover method. This study selects the sample by purposive sampling method. With the final result as many as 58 samples for 6 years of observation. Research data for the period 2014-2019 was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the working capital and leverage variables had an influence on financial distress. Managerial compensation, investment growth, and operating cash flow have no effect on financial distress.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial TikTok terhadap kedisiplinan belajar pada remaja di wilayah Bojonggede Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Dari analisis yang dilakukan oleh penulis didapati hasil bahwa pengaruh media sosial TikTok terhadap kedisiplinan belajar yang dialami oleh para remaja di wilayah RT. 01/13, Bojonggede, Bogor yaitu berpengaruh sedang/cukup dibuktikan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan persamaan Y = 52,366 + 0,473 yaitu menujukkan pengaruh yang searah. Analisis koefisien korelasi dengan nilai 0,532 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang/cukup antar variabel. Analisis koefisien determinasi dengan hasil variabel X memberikan kontribusi sebesar 28,30% terhadap variabel Y. Pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil 4,486 > 0,2706 (t_hitung > t_tabel) artinya terdapat pengaruh positif media sosial TikTok (X) terhadap kedisiplinan belajar (Y) di wilayah RT. 01/13, Kecamatan Bojonggede, Kabupaten Bogor.]]>
