The article aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and work characteristics on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital. Types of quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The total population was 262 people with a total sample of 72 peoples. The results showed that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital, individual characteristics and work characteristics together have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital.

This article aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture on the productivity of PT. Sri Muntari Lawe Attitudes of Southeast Aceh. The method used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at pt. Sri Muntari lawe Attitudes of Southeast Aceh. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used saturated sampling which totaled 30 people. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of the study by partial test show that the organizational climate t count is 2.383> 2.052, so it can be concluded that the organizational climate variable has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT. Sri Muntari Lawe Attitudes of Southeast Aceh. Organizational culture has a t count of 7.414 > 2.052 so it can be concluded that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Sri Muntari Lawe Attitudes of Southeast Aceh. Based on the calculated F test of 28.200> 3.35, so that together organizational climate and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that organizational climate and organizational culture have an influence on employee productivity, a value of 67.6% is affected, while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This article aims to determine the effect of moral obligation and public service accountability on taxpayer compliance with case studies at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BP2RD) Simpang Empat. This study used quantitative methods and associative approaches, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the population and sample in this study were 100 people. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The positive results of this study indicate that the Moral Obligation variable has a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, variable Public Service Accountability has a significant and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, and the variables of Moral Obligation and Public Service Accountability have a simultaneous and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. This can be seen from the test of the coefficient of determination where variations of the Moral Obligation and Service Accountability variables are able to explain the Taxpayer Compliance variable by 72.4%.

This article aims to discuss the financial performance of banks in generating profitability during the national economic recovery. Profitability is the ability of a company to create maximum profit efficiently and effectively. Profitability is also a benchmark for assessing a bank. This study aims to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) and Profitability as factors that influence BUMN Banks conducting Initial Public Offering (IPO) policies for the 2019-2019 period. 2021. This study also examines Return On Assets (ROA) as a mediating variable in the research model. The sample selection method used in this study was a purposive sampling method with a total of 4 state-owned banks that met the criteria. The type of data used is secondary data and cross sectional data analysis data and the Interaction Moderating Test with the help of Statcal software. The conclusion from this study is that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA) while BOPO has a negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA). The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive effect on Return On Investment (ROI) while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and BOPO have a negative effect on Return On Investment (ROI). On the other hand, Return On Assets (ROA) is unable to mediate the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and BOPO to Return On Investment (ROI).

This article aims to discuss the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat. PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat is a state-owned enterprise business that is engaged in sending packages, documents and goods to various areas of West Aceh. In carrying out its activities, employee performance needs to be improved in order to increase the consistency of the company so that it can evaluate and change in an increasingly advanced era. The purpose of this study intends to determine and determine the influence of environmental factors and work motivation obtained by employees on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questions) to employees and then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests through the SPSS version 25 tool. The results showed that environmental variables and work motivation at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat were able to have a positive impact and had an impact significantly to employee performance by 87.2%.

PT. POS Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise that serves delivery of goods, packages and documents. Pos Indonesia can be accessed in all regions of Indonesia. People, groups or organizations that buy, receive, consume or use the goods or services offered are referred to as customers. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction and service quality at Pt.Pos Indonesia Cab.Meulaboh. Technique: customers are given a questionnaire to fill out, and data is analyzed using SPSS version 25, multiple linear regression test. The study findings show that services at Pt. Pos Indonesia Cab. Meulaboh high quality. The contribution of 97.3% to customer satisfaction shows that this will be very good.

This article aims to discuss the effect of the inflation rate and the price of gold on rahn financing at Pt Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the world faced a period of economic inflation and rising gold prices. The economic downturn has forced a number of lending institutions to provide opportunities for business actors to obtain capital loans. PT Pegadaian Syariah which offers loans through Rahn financing. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the inflation rate and the price of gold on Rahn's financing at PT Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie. The sample consists of 30 people. The data collection technique was a questionnaire and the data was analyzed using statistical formulas through the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that partially the inflation rate has no effect on Ranh's financing at the Sariah Blangpidie Pawnshop and the gold price has a significant effect on Rahn's financing. Meanwhile, the inflation rate and gold price simultaneously have a significant effect on Rahn's payment at PT Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie

This article aims to discuss the use of information technology in carrying out its duties and functions. The role of technology is needed in various companies, seeing that every company activity cannot be carried out quickly without technology. To overcome this problem, the West Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency needs to implement a web-based information system for submitting civil service pensions. The results of the evaluation show that employees applying for retirement at the West Aceh District BKPSDM no longer need to go to BKN Banda Aceh to apply for a pension, they only need to complete the requirements requested online. This information system is made by BKN people, while BKPSDM is only a user, and this pension application is divided into two, namely Document Digital and SKPK. With the application of web-based retirement applications, it is very helpful for those in charge of Procurement, Termination and ASN Information because it makes it easier. Then it also makes it easier for employees who apply for retirement because it will speed up the retirement process so that it will produce the right information, whenever and wherever it is up to date.

This article aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in PT. New World Meulaboh. Service quality is a major basis for determining the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Dunia Barusa Meulaboh workshop. This study uses simple linear regression using primary and secondary data. This sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of this study show that the simple linear regression equation shows that service quality affects the level of customer satisfaction at PT.Dunia Barusa Meulaboh Workshop. Therefore, companies need to continue to strive to improve service quality so that customers are more satisfied.

This article aims to determine the effect of the use of electronic e-archives on the productivity of the employees of the West Aceh District Secretariat. Electronic archives can reduce the level of paper usage and also reduce the risk of leakage of confidential office documents. With the implementation of the use of electronic e-files, it can be a factor driving the productivity of working employees. There are a lot of documents managed by the West Aceh Secretariat Office or more precisely in the general section every day such as staff reviews, absences, incoming letters, outgoing letters or other documents that require good archive management so that they can be arranged neatly, even though they still use the e-system. -electronic archives continue to experience problems such as a network that is not smooth in the general section of the West Aceh Regional Secretariat. This type of research is associative using primary data sources from secondary data. The sample in this study were 62 employees using the slovin formula. The sampling technique of this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between the use of electronic e-archives on employee productivity, with a significant value of 0.000. Therefore it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis statement (Ha) from the use of electronic e-archives has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the Regional Secretariat of West Aceh Regency, is accepted.
