Abstract

Maxim a company engaged online taxy that has invaded Pekanbaru in 2019. The development of Maxim as online transportation service in Pekanbaru is fairly rapid and accommodates lot of workers and is used as the main and side source of income by some drivers. The investment spent in the field of online transportation requires considerable costs, so it is necessary conduct research studies. The purpose of research is to determine the income of drivers, analyze the financial feasibility of online taxy, especially for car vehicles, namely Maxim car. Research sites in 8 strategic locations in Pekanbaru as many as 44 respondents. The method used in data collection is the direct interview method by asking several questions on the questionnaire. The data needed are investment data, operational costs, fixed costs, income, service and maintenance. As a results, the research financial feasibility analysis on Maxim car drivers, it was found that main job average IRR value of 4%. Average value of NPV is: Rp.313,949,947. Average value of BCR 2.13 and the value of BCR obtained is greater than one, then the investment is feasible to carry out. Based on the financial analysis already carried out for the main job of the Maxim driver's business is declared feasible to carry out in the five years from the beginning of the investment issued.

Abstract

Initial damage to the structure occurs in the outer layers of the affected surface exposure to the peat environment and the static and dynamic movement of the structure. To prevent structural damage, the latest technological innovations are needed in the use of mortar constituent materials to increase the strength of the mortar. Polymer mortar is a composite material formed from a mixture of fine aggregates, cement, water and polymer binders or binders with a certain level. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of acrylic binders on the physical and mechanical properties of polymer mortars and the influence of peat water on the future of the mortar. The substitution of acrylic binders with water consists of 3 substitutions, namely 20%, 30% and 40% and 0% as controls. The results of the search for acrylic binders on the mortar mixture obtained a minimum physical property value at 30% acrylic use in the 28-day test, namely. The porosity value of the mortar is 9.80%, the waterabsorption value of the mortar is 4.67% and 4.72%, and the sorptivity value of the mortar is 0.70. From the value of physical properties obtained the degree of tightness of the polymer mortar well with the use of acrylic binders in the mixture. For the mechanical properties of polymer mortar, compressive strength testing is carried out with optimum compressive strength at the use of 30% acrylic. The value of the compressive strength of the mortar is 33 Mpa.

Abstract

Simpang Jalan Riau - Jalan Kayu Manis termasuk simpang tiga lengan tak bersinyal yang berada di Kota Pekanbaru dan sering mengalami kemacetan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja simpang tak bersinyal Jalan Riau - Jalan Kayu Manis. Metode perhitungan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal ini berpedoman kepada MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa arus puncak adalah hari Kamis 21 Juli 2022 dengan hasil Q = 3.132 smp/jam, C = 2.727 smp/jam, DS = 1,15, D = 30,75 det/smp dengan tingkat pelayanan D. Sehingga DS telah melebihi nilai yang diisyaratkan MKJI 1997 (DS ≤ 0,75) dan tingkat pelayanan telah melewati berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 96 Tahun 2015. Setelah dilakukan penanganan simpang ternyata efektif, nilai DS menjadi 0,74 dan tingkat pelayanan menjadi B sehingga sudah memenuhi nilai yang diisyaratkan.

Abstract

Peat beaches are beaches whose land can be easily abraded than beaches with other types of land. This is due to the light density of peat soil so that it can be easily carried away by the flow of sea water. One of the peat beaches in Indonesia whose coastline has changed significantly in recent decades is the peat beach on Bengkalis Island, Riau Province. Peat samples were taken from Tanjung Jati Beach, Perapat Tunggal Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Island, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province and then the sample is carried out an initial motion analysis on peat soil sediment transport. The peat sample that is obtained is a type of fibric peat soil. This research is a basic research that aims to determine at what speed the peat soil begins to move by the flow of water so that it can be seen the relationship between flow velocity and particle diameter at the beginning of the particle movement. The analysis was carried out by visual observation during simulation in the laboratory using a modified flume which was then compared with the results of Shields' theoretical calculations. Simulations were also carried out using sand sediment as a comparison. The flume flow velocity is determined from 0.00989 m/s to 0.10112 m/s for peat material, and 0.03973 m/s to 0.18900 m/s for sand material. The velocity is considered to have met the required simulation conditions, starting from the sediment not moving, starting to move, and being carried away by the flow. The results of the analysis carried out show that the peat material begins to move at a lower speed than the sand material. This is due to the specific gravity of the peat material being lighter than the specific gravity of the sand material as a comparison. Abstract

The existence of traffic lights plays an important role in regulating traffic to reduce congestion and the number of accidents. One of the traffic violations committed by motorists is a violation of traffic lights. This study aims to determine the condition of traffic lights and determine the level of compliance of motorcyclists at the Tabek Gadang Intersection. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by direct observation for one week at 09.00-11.00 and 16.00-18.00. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the condition of the traffic lights at Simpang Tabek Gadang that are still functioning are red and green. The lamp cycle time for each phase is 137 seconds. The total number of motorcycle riders who passed the Gadang Tabek intersection during the observation period was 107,517 vehicles, 88,336 compliant drivers with a percentage of 82.2% and 19,181 non-compliant vehicles with a percentage of 17.8%. Based on the day of observation, the highest compliance occurred on weekdays at 09.00-11.00 with the very compliant category of 85.1%. Meanwhile on the dayweekend highest adherence at 09.00-11.00 at 83.7%. Based on the highest compliance arm occurred in the HR. Soebrantas Barat arm of 86.9%.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin tinggi, sehingga akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah sampah di masyarakat, terutama sampah plastik. Salah satu jenis sampah plastik yang ada adalah polypropylene (PP), Jenis plastik ini ada pada sedotan minuman, aqua gelas, garpu plastik dan sendok plastik. Pada penelitian ini, sampah plastik polypropylene ini diolah kembali menjadi bahan pengganti semen pada pembuatan paving block. Fungsi plastik polypropylene pada paving block ini adalah sebagai bahan perekat dan mengisi pori-pori paving block. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kuat tekan optimum pada paving block. Untuk variasi benda uji yang digunakan adalah 40% Polypropylene : 60% Pasir, 30% Polypropylene : 70% Pasir, dan 20% Poypropylene : 80% Pasir dengan masing-masing 3 sampel. Setelah dilakukan pengujian kuat tekan, nilai kuat tekan optimum didapat pada variasi 40% Polypropylene : 60% Pasir dengan nilai kuat tekan 12,85 MPa. Nilai ini termasuk kedalam mutu C yang dapat digunakan untuk pejalan kaki berdasarkan SNI 03-0691, (1996).

Abstract

Perilaku bangunan selama gempa bumi sangat berpengaruh terhadap bentuk, ukuran dan geometri bangunan. Bangunan tinggi dengan aspek rasio vertikal yang besar berpengaruh terhadap respon struktur ketika menahan gaya lateral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis respon struktur dengan gempa rencana terhadap aspek rasio vertikal maka akan memodelkan struktur beton bertulang sebanyak 6 model bangunan yang memiliki aspek rasio vertikal yang berbeda dan dilakukan dengan metode analisis linier. Penelitian ini mengkaji karakter dinamik struktur berupa periode, terhadap beban gempa berupa gaya geser dasar, dan perpindahan struktur. Hasil periode modal getar struktur menunjukkan periode struktur semakin besar dan melebihi periode maksimum berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019, terlihat pada pemodelan 1 hasil periode struktur sebesar 1.24 dan melebihi periode maksimum yakni 1.17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya geser dasar tidak memberikan dampak berupa kenaikan gaya pada setiap aspek rasio, hal ini dikarenakan periode struktur yang besar sehingga percepatan gempa yang terjadi tidak dalam range gempa maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa momen guling memberikan dampak berupa kenaikan pada setiap aspek rasio, hal ini berpengaruh terhadap massa struktur yang bertambah begitu juga perpindahan yang semakin besar sehingga momen yang dihasilkan juga semakin besar. Pertambahan tinggi struktur berdampak pada perpindahan yang semakin besar karena kekakuan struktur yang semakin rendah sehingga ketika menerima gaya lateral, struktur yang lebih tinggi mengalami ayunan yang lebih besar, nilai perpindahan paling besar terjadi pada aspek rasio 4.7 yakni sebesar 135.8 mm. Simpangan antar-tingkat bangunan relatif lebih besar terjadi pada aspek rasio 4.7 pada lantai 3 sebesar 1.51 %, namun masih dalam kondisi elastis dan memenuhi syarat batas izin sebesar 2.5% berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019. Parameter seismik kritis sangat berpengaruh terhadap aspek rasio vertikal bangunan karena sifat bangunan semakin tinggi yang ramping dan fleksibel akan memberikan respon yang relatif besar ketika terjadi gaya gempa.

Abstract

Started from a group in a social network called Vkontakte, InDriver now has become international level information and technology company in online transport field. InDriver Entered Indonesia in 2019, and present in Pekanbaru in early 2020. InDriver accomodates the workers to become drivers and grows quite rapidly in Pekanbaru. This Study was purpose to analyze financial feasibility of InDriver drivers in Pekanbaru. The analytical method that used are BEP, PBP, IRR, NPV, and BCR. The averages results obtained from all five feasibility test for scenario 1 (main occupation) are BEP Rp. 110.000. PBP obtained is 2 years 7 month. IRR obtained is 6,52 %. NPV obtained is 41.845.193 and BCR obtained is 1,209. Meanwhile for the averages results obtained from all five feasibility test for scenario 2 (side occupation) are BEP Rp.99.600. PBP obtained is 3 years 0 month. IRR obtained is 6,8 %. NPV obtained is 6.634.452 and BCR obtained is 1,102. Based on the results of these five feasibility analytical methods, scenario 1 (main occupation) is feasible and scenario 2 (side occupation) of InDriver driver is not feasible based on UMK (City Minimum Wages).

Abstract

Fire is a frequent occurrence especially for tall buildings, so it is veryn ecessary to have a reliable fire protection system for a building. Including the Rectorate building of Muhammadiyah Riau University which is a combined building between the rectorate secretariat building, University hall, University library and a place to take care of all administrative matters at Muhammadiyah Riau University located on Jl. Tuanku Tambusai No.135, Delima, Kec.tampan, Pekanbaru City Riau. which has 7 floors without a basement. This research aims to analyze and determine the level of reliability of the Riau Muhammadiyah University Rectorate building, so that when the building is used, the risk of fire in this building can be minimized. This research uses a method, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is carried out by comparing elements that are more important than other elements assisted by using Expert choice 11 software. The elements used are taken from Permen PU No. 26 of 2008, namely site completeness, rescue facilities, passive protection systems, and active protection systems. The results obtained from this method are weighted in the form of numbers, where the numbers obtained have the level of each building reliability,classified into less, sufficient or reliable reliability. for the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate building. The reliability value of the Muh University Rectorate Building The reliability value of the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate Building with the AHP method obtained a value of 81.6%, so that it is included in the category in "reliable" conditions, while if reviewed according to Permen PU No. 26 of 2008, the Muhammadiyah Riau University Rectorate Building obtained a value of 84.79 % so that it is included in the category in "Reliable" conditions

Abstract

Kegiatan proyek pembangunan adalah suatu kegiatan yang jadwal mulai dan selesai sudah ditentukan, dengan alokasi sumber daya tertentu dan dimaksud untuk menghasilkan suatu produk. Apabila terjadi keterlambatan jadwal maka mempengaruhi tujuan dari proyek. Terjadi keterlambatan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Utama Makorem antara jadwal rencana dan realisasi pelaksanaan. Adapun deviasi dari kurva S rencana dengan kurva S realisasi sebesar 22%. Menurut Yiu, et.al, (2018); Sandyavitri, (2019) risiko diklasifikasikan pada risiko tinggi (high-risk) apabila deviasi antara skedul rencana dengan realisasi memiliki keterlambatan >20%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis risiko pada tahapan konstruksi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Primavera P6 untuk menentukan jalur kritis kegiatan dan metode Relative Importance Index (RII) untuk menentukan faktor signifikan penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek. Pada proyek ini terjadi keterlambatan selama 14 hari sehingga di identifikasi faktor keterlambatan dari 48 faktor keterlambatan tervalidasi menjadi 12 faktor keterlambatan. jalur lintasan kritis terjadi pada pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pondasi, pekerjaan beton, dan pekerjaan arsitektur. 5 peringkat teratas adalah 1) Kerusakan material (RII sebesar 0,65), 2) Perubahan desain oleh owner dan tim selama konstruksi (RII sebesar 0,62), 3) Mobilisasi peralatan yang lambat (RII sebesar 0,62), 4) Kurangnya pengalaman konsultan dalam proyek konstruksi (RII sebesar 0,57), 5) Pergantian subkontraktor (RII sebesar 0,55).
