Abstract

The results of the numeracy skills of fifth grade elementary school students based on the National Assessment are still low and students do not fully understand how to do numeracy questions. This research aims to develop numeracy questions oriented to the Minimum Competency Assessment based on the cultural heritage of Bengkulu City to prepare fifth grade elementary school students for the National Computer-Based Assessment. The type of research used is research and development of the ADDIE model. The results of the research show that the numeracy questions oriented to the Minimum Competency Assessment based on the cultural heritage of Bengkulu City are logically, empirically and practically feasible. The student ability profile based on the percentage of achievement in the number domain was 70.27%, the geometry and measurement domain was 86.39%, the data and uncertainty domain was 85.83%, and the algebra domain was 80.56%. Based on the results of research and development, it was concluded that the numeration questions oriented to the Minimum Competency Assessment based on the cultural heritage of Bengkulu City for fifth grade elementary school students were very feasible and effective to use to help prepare for the National Computer Based Assessment on numeracy topics at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This research aims to develop: Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on project based learning to improve the ability to write narratives in an ecoliteracy context. The research was conducted at SDN 85 Central Bengkulu in class IV. This research is development research (Research and Development) with a 4D model, namely the definition, design, development and disseminate stages. The instruments used were feasibility test questionnaires and student response questionnaires and teacher interview guidelines. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators. User response testing was carried out on 20 class IV students and 1 class teacher in the trial class. Data analysis was used to determine the validity of the LKPD using cross tabulation and distribution of questionnaires for student responses as well as interviews for teacher responses in using percentage technique LKPD and processed descriptively. The results of the LKPD feasibility test by the validator were reviewed from the material, language and display presentation aspects, the material feasibility was obtained 0.80 (feasible criteria), the language feasibility results were 0.70 (feasible criteria) and the appearance feasibility results were 0.80 (very feasible criteria). The results of the LKPD field test by conducting a post test and pre test with the results of the knowledge gain test showed 20 students with a high criterion gain count of 4 students with a percentage of 20% then medium criteria 14 students with a percentage of 70% then low criteria 2 students with a percentage 10 %. Then, to test the gain of narrative text writing skills, 15 people had high criteria or 75% and 5 people had medium criteria or 25%. Apart from that, the results of interviews with class IV teachers showed a positive response. In other words, the LKPD used is beneficial and effective for use as a learning medium in improving students' narrative text writing skills.

The research was conducted at MIN 2 Bengkulu Tengah in class IV. This research is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. The instruments used were feasibility test questionnaires and student response questionnaires and teacher interview guidelines. Data analysis is used to determine the validity of the media using cross tabulation and distribution of questionnaires for student responses and interviews for teacher responses in using mind mapping media. percentage technique and processed descriptively. The results of the mind mapping media feasibility test by the validator were reviewed from the material, language and presentation aspects, the material feasibility was 0.70 (feasible criteria), the language feasibility results were 0.90 (feasible criteria) and the display feasibility results were 0.80 (very feasible criteria). The results of the field test of mind mapping media by conducting posttests and pretest with the gain test results showing 20 students with a high gain criterion of 5 students with a percentage of 25% then medium criteria of 15 students with a percentage of 75%. Apart from that, the results of interviews with class IV teachers showed a positive response. In other words, the mind mapping media used is beneficial and effective for use as a learning medium in improving students' descriptive text writing skills.

Abstract

The research was conducted at SDN 53 Bengkulu Tengah. This research is development research (Reseach and Development) with the ADDIE model. The research object is image-based infographic learning media in Indonesian language lessons on writing poetry. The instruments used were feasibility test questionnaires and teacher and student response test questionnaires. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators, namely 2 material experts, 2 language experts and 2 presentation experts. User response testing was carried out on 20 class IV students and 1 class teacher at SDN 53 Bengkulu Tengah. Data analysis is used to determine the validity of learning media using cross tabulation and questionnaire distribution. The results of the learning media feasibility test by the validator were reviewed from the material, language and presentation aspects, the material feasibility was 0.70 (feasible criteria), the language feasibility results were 0.90 (feasible criteria) and the display feasibility results were 0.80 (very feasible criteria). The results of the learning media field test by conducting posttests and pretests with the gain test results showing 20 students with a high gain criterion of 8 students with a percentage of 40%, then medium criteria of 11 students with a percentage of 55%, then low criteria of 1 student with a percentage of 5%. Apart from that, the results of interviews with class IV teachers showed a positive response. In other words, the learning media used can improve students' writing skills.

Abstract

This research is research and development using the ADDIE model, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The research object is teaching materials using the guided reading method. The instruments used were feasibility test questionnaires and student response questionnaires and teacher interview guidelines. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators, namely 2 material experts, 2 language experts and 2 presentation experts. User response testing was carried out on 20 class IV students and 1 class teacher at SDN71 Bengkulu City. Data analysis is used to determine the validity of teaching materials using cross tabulation and distribution of questionnaires for student responses and interviews for teacher responses in the use of teaching materials. Percentage technique and processed descriptively. The results of the feasibility test of teaching materials by the validator were reviewed from the material, language and presentation aspects, the material feasibility was 0.80 (feasible criteria), the language feasibility results were 0.70 (feasible criteria) and the appearance feasibility results were 0.90 (very feasible criteria) . The results of the field test of teaching materials by carrying out post tests and pre tests with the gain test results showing 20 students with a high criteria gain count of 5 students with a percentage of 25% then medium criteria 13 students with a percentage of 65% then low criteria 2 students with a percentage 10%. Apart from that, the results of interviews with class IV teachers showed a positive response. In other words, the teaching materials used are beneficial and effective for use as supporting teaching materials in improving critical reading skillsls.

Abstract

This research aims to describeinstilling the character value of working together through dance extracurricular activities with the theme of caring for the environment at Elementary School 77, Bengkulu City.  This type of research is qualitative research with the research subjects being students in grades IV and V who took part in dance extracurricular activities at SDN 77 Bengkulu City. Technique Data collection in this research was carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation during the process of extracurricular dance activities. Instruments used in this research, namely interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data analysis technique using the Spradley model, namely taxonomic analysis. Test the validity of the data via increased persistence,triangulation, and membercheck. The results of this research show that through extracurricular activities the art of dance can instill the value of cooperative character cooperation with students which can be seen through the mutual cooperation aspect 1) Aspect Respecting other people, including using polite language towards friends, dance instructors, and also researchers. 2) The mutual help aspect, which includes helping each other teach movements throwing rubbish carelessly, movements imitating floods, sweeping movements, planting. 3) Aspect deliberation to reach consensus, which includes determining the dance movements that will be performed worn, determining dance patterns, and determining costumes when performing. Conclusions of This research, namely dance extracurricular activities, can instill the value of cooperative character collaborate with students by producing a dance with the theme of caring environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using the problem based model (PBL) on prosocial behavior and social studies learning motivation in class V of SD Gugus IX Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method used is quasi experimental design with the type of design "the matching only pretest-posttest control group design." The population in this study was elementary school cluster IX in Bengkulu City. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The sample in this study was class VD SDN 82 Kota Bengkulu as the experimental class and class VB SDN 73 Kota Bengkulu as the control class. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on prosocial behavior and student learning motivation which was given through initial and final questionnaires in the experimental class and control class. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely the t-test. The research data were processed using the t-test by looking at the gain value, it was found that the t-count value of prosocial behavior was 15.77 and student learning motivation was 6.79 and the t-table value was 2.07. Statistically, it can be seen that tcount of prosocial behavior (15.77) and student learning motivation (6.79) > ttable (2.07) at the 5% significance level. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the problem based learning model on social studies learning motivation in class V of SD Gugus IX Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the effect of using augmented reality media with flash cards in project based learning on  higher order thinking skills aspects of analyzing, evaluating, creating in grade 5 students. Analyzing the relationship between high-level thinking abilities, aspects of analysis, evaluation together with aspects of creation. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research or quasi-experimental research using the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The design of this study was through several processes, namely the pretest, the implementation of learning in the experimental class and the control class and the implementation of the posttest. The type of data used is quantitative data using instruments in the form of interviews, needs analysis, question instruments, expert validation sheets. Based on the results of the N-Gain test research aspect analysis, the control class had an average test result of 72.00, while the experimental class had an average test result of 83.24. Based on the results of the N-Gain test research, the evaluation aspect of the control class had an average test result of 72.86, while the experimental class had an average test result of 84.84. Based on the results of the N-Gain test research, the aspect of creating the control class in this study was that the average test result was 74.40, while in the experimental class the average test result was 84.80. There is a relationship between aspects of high-level thinking, analysis and evaluation together with aspects of creation. obtained sig value. 2 tailed is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the solar system encyclopedia e-book with the TPACK approach to learning outcomes and learning interest in science learning for class VI students. This research is a quantitative research, with a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The population in this study were all grade VI students at SD N 14 Lubuklinggau. The sample in this study were 27 students of class VI.A as the experimental class and 26 students of class VI.B as the control class. The instruments used in this study were interview guides, questionnaires, and pretest and posttest tests. Based on the calculation results obtained 7.796 > 2.010 or it can be concluded t-count > t-table. The result of the significance value analysis is 0.000, which means it is less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. Thus, there are significant differences in learning outcomes in solar system material whose learning process uses encyclopedia e-books. Also, Cohen's result d = 2.136 (large effect size). The effect size we mean is the difference between the mean values ​​of the two groups in relation to the standard deviation which shows the results of the effect size with the high category. Testing the hypothesis stated that there was an interest in learning for class VI students about the solar system by using an e-book encyclopedia. The calculation results obtained 1.840 > 2.010 or it can be concluded that t-count > t-table. The significance value of the analysis results is 0.000, which means it is less than 0.05. Cohen result d = 2.023 (large effect size) By effect size, we mean the gap between the mean values ​​of the two groups in relation to the standard deviation indicating an effect size result in the high category. This study shows that there is a significant effect of encyclopedia e-books with the TPACK approach on the results and interest in learning science in grade VI students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the emergence of creative thinking elements and process skills in the student handbook of the Natural Sciences subject of the Natural Sciences content. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This study uses data analysis techniques using the content analysis method. The results of the study show that: (1) Fluency of thinking (fluency) the emergence of descriptor 1 is 21 occurrences, the emergence of descriptor 2 is 3 occurrences. (2) Flexibility of thinking (flexibility) the emergence of descriptor 1 is 47 occurrences, the emergence of descriptor 2 is 2 occurrences. (3) Original thinking (originality) the emergence of descriptor 1 is 12 occurrences. (4) Process skills observe the occurrence of descriptor 1 as many as 7 occurrences and descriptor 2 as many as 23. Questioning and predicting the occurrence of descriptor 1 as many as 31 occurrences and descriptor 2 as many as 36 occurrences. Planning and conducting investigations of the occurrence of descriptor 1 as many as 30 occurrences and descriptor 2 as many as 23 occurrences. Processing, analyzing data and information organizing data in the form of presenting data identifying patterns of occurrence of descriptor 1 as many as 18 occurrences and descriptor 2 as many as 2 occurrences, Evaluating and reflecting on the occurrence of descriptor 1 as many as 24 occurrences and descriptor 2 no occurrences, and Communicating the results of the occurrence of descriptor 1 10 occurrences and descriptor 2 as many as 27 occurrences.
