Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of school principals, climatic organizations and teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. In addition to know and analyze the leadership and performance of teachers also partially affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which locked 47 people. The sample in this study was teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban which totaled sampling or using sampling census method. The number of samples of this study as many as 47 people hereinafter referred to as respondents. In this research, simple linear regression analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant influence between principal performance and organizational climate on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. There is a significant role between principal and climate leadership simultaneously on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Parengan Tuban. Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the conditions of competence, work environment, leadership of the principal as a supervisor and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. In addition to knowing and analyzing, the work environment and leadership of the principal as a simultaneous and significant partial to the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. The population in this study is all teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku who directed 32 people. With sampling technique using sampling census, where all members of the company serve as a sample. Results of simultaneous data analysis of teachers, environment and leadership that have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. And partially the working environment and leadership of principals have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. Abstract

This study aims to describe academic supervision, school culture and teacher achievement at SMPN 7Balikpapan, and to know and test the performance of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. This researchuses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study were all teachersat SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The sample of this study held 47 teachers. The sampling technique uses asaturated sample. Method using data using questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis method andmultiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The result of the research shows that academic supervisionand school culture either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher achievementof SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Abstract

This study aims to mengatahui and describe the variables of leadership conditions, abilities, work discipline and performance of employees of the Office of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu regency. In addition to mengatahui and discuss the variables of leadership, ability and work discipline partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study as many as 66 people. The sample of research used in Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency is 65 people. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression. The results show leadership, ability and discipline both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Department of Education and Culture Indragiri upstream regency. Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Gondang, Bojonegoro. The population in this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Gondang living 31 people. The sample in this study using different sampling census with the leader, the entire population was sampled as many as 30 people. Data processing is done using path analysis. Path analysis method is multiple linear regression which is used to estimate the causality relationship between variables in research model built on strong theory. The results of the analysis show that the principal, work environment and professionalism of teachers are partially insignificant to the performance of teachers SMP Negeri 1 Gondang. The principal academic supervision, work environment and professionalism of teachers are simultaneously significant to the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Gondang. Among the academic supervision of school principals and the environment there is no dominant effect on teacher performance through teacher professionalism. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze together the performance of the employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition to knowing and analyzing the motivation and results simultaneously on the performance of employees in of the Indragiri Hulu District. This type of research is explanative research or hypothesis testing research. The population in this study were all employees in the office in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District 52 people with a sample of 51 people. The results showed that motivation and ability simultaneously had significant on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District. Motivation and ability variables partially had a significant influence on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District. Among the motivation and competency variables that has dominant influence on the performance of employees in Bappeda of the Indragiri Hulu District is motivation variable. Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the teachers of SD III Gugus III West Balikpapan, theleadership style applied and the teacher performance of SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan, to determinethe role and style of leadership simultaneously and partially towards the performance of teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatoryresearch. The population in this study were all teachers at SDN Gugus III West Balikpapan. Anexample of this study was aimed at 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Datacollection methods use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods are descriptive andmultiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the teacher's commitment of SDNGugus III West Balikpapan in good category, the leadership style of the principal in the teachers ofSDN Gugus III West Balikpapan is also in good category. Likewise, the performance of the teachers ofSD III Gugus III West Balikpapan is in good category. The proof is that there is a relationship betweenorganizational commitment and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SDN Gugus IIIWest Balikpapan. Abstract

This study aims to directly or indirectly transformational leadership, motivation and partial employee work towards employee performance. Furthermore, to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation and partial work spirit on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Government. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is the technique of sampling data with certain data. The sample in this study is because echelon II is 30 people. The results showed that transformational leadership style and work motivation were not significant to employee performance, while work motivation significantly affected the performance of Bojonegoro District Government employees. Transformationality leadership style cannot provide significant results on the performance of employees in the Bojonegoro District Government community. Motivation cannot provide significant results on the performance of employees in the Bojonegoro District Government. Transformational leadership style and work motivation are not significant to performance through spirit of work. Work motivation has a greater impasse on performance through a spirit of transformational work. Keywords: transformational leadership style, work motivation, spirit of work, performance

Abstract

The government rolled out the implementation of village funds, the contra pro erupted colored the rural dynamics. Implementation of Law No. 6/2014 became a milestone in the history of rural governance in Indonesia. Many hopes depend on village fund management. The issue of pulling behind village funds, ministries that must be responsible, recruitment of village assistants, village staff HR, program operations, reporting and transparency for complicated issues, the central government must find the right formula. On the other hand, village funds are the hope of the village community and the progress of rural development, its presence like a windfall. The magnitude of the figures disbursed in each village is also different from attracting interest at the parliamentary level. The tendency to re-conflict the role of the bureaucracy, where political pragmatism is very prominent among village bureaucrats. Conflicts of interest in the choice of staff to accompany the village, for example, are one of the problems that arise. This study aims to determine the description of work motivation, principal leadership style and performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara teachers and to know the influence of work motivation and principal leadership style simultaneously and partially to the performance of teachers SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study is all teachers in SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. The sample of this study amounted to 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples and data collection methods using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneous influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. There is also a partial influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara.
