Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, knowledge, skills and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is quantitative research, validity and reliability tests were carried out on 37 respondents from 49 population employees of the Bappeda in Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis carried out by t test and f test. The results showed that leadership, knowledge, skills, motivation simultaneously influenced the performance of Bojonegoro District Bappeda employees, which amounted to 71.9% while 28.1% of employee performance was influenced by other variables. Partially leadership, knowledge, skills and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Bappeda employees. Motivational variables have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of Bappeda in Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: leadership, knowledge, skills, motivation, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and describe the coaching model teacher in SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. As well as to identify and describe the role model of development in improving teacher performance SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The focus of research is further elaborated in several sub-focus can be formulated as follows: model coaching teacher in SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. The object of this study is a model of teacher training and teacher performance. This study use qualitative data analisis, and the result of the study explained that the teacher coaching model SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro through the development of discipline, motivation, rewards, training, and supervision. The coaching model proven to improve the performance of teachers. The influence of coaching a teacher at SMK Negeri 4 Bojonegoro among others: the process of teacherÔÇÖs work will be better, optimaze working hours, ensuring that teachers are properly trained and can able toperform their jobs well, their handling and working arrangements are more mature, teachers job in quantitave result more satisfying, qualitative work better teacher. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and know effect both simultanously and partialythe conditions of perception variable compensation, work environment, work motivation and job performance of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK PGRI Bojonegoro as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling that takes most members of the population being sampled with certain characteristics in accordance with the intent and purpose of the study. In this study, the sample used is not permanent teachers (GTT) SMK PGRI in Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive statistics and path analysis (path analysis). Perception of compensation, work environment and work motivation simultaneously no significant direct impact on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation have no direct impact significantly on the performance of teachers. Work environment significant direct effect on the performance of teachers. Work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation and working environment simultaneously no significant effect on work motivation of teachers. Perception compensation significant effect on work motivation of teachers. The work environment has no significant effect on work motivation of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out, analyze and discuss events that occurred in UBJ's PLTU Rembang Operation & Maintanance (O & M) Business Unit which had an impact on casualties, asset damage, production / financial loss, influence of the use of UBJ O & M Rembang PLTU. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative methods. This research was conducted at PT. Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali Business Unit for Operation and Maintenance Services (O & M) of Rembang PLTU. The results of the research related to the adequacy of infrastructure / SOPs are good, but there are still those who oppose management related to employee discipline in the application of SOPs, factors of work supervision, and human resources are still lacking. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to study the analysis of education, training and work skills related to the improvement of human resources in the Lenteng District Office of Sumenep Regency; to find out and analyze whether education, training and work ability have a significant and partial influence on the development of Human Resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, education, training and work ability were significant for the development of human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Partially, education, training and significant work ability to develop human resources at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the environment, education and discipline on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. By using cross tabulation data which was analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools, it can be seen that the R value above 50% is equal to 95.7%. The value of simultaneous determination (R square) is 0.916, which means that variations in work environment, education and discipline on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office in Indragiri Hilir Regency changed 91.6% while the remaining 8.4% were produced by other variables that were not approved. In this study it can be seen that the variables of environmental motivation, education and discipline of participation together (simultaneous) on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency produce Fcount values ÔÇïÔÇïof 112.359 and Ftables of 2.911. By using the t test, it can be seen all the independent variables of work environment, education and discipline related to the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency, while education is the most dominant variable compared to the employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to know and analyze the role of cominte school in order to improve the quality of education in SDIT Al-Azhar 2 Batam as an educational institution that has formed a school committee. The school committee's performance is 1). As an Advisory Agency, (2) supporting agency, (3) Controlling Agency, and (4) Mediator agency. The results of the study and data analysis explained that the performance of the school committee of Al-Azhar 2 Batam SDIT in order to improve the quality of education has not been seen to be optimal due to communication that has not gone well between the school and the school committee as work partners. The efforts made to maintain conditions become more is to improve communication, coordination, socialization by creating new agendas for committees and school parties, and involving school citizens namely guardians to play an active role in supporting educational activities in SDIT Al-Azhar 2 Batam Sekupang District, Batam City Riau Islands province. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study whether organizational commitment, motivation, and good work coordination simultaneously influence significantly on the performance of employees of Lenteng Sub-District, Sumenep Regency, and to find out variables related to organizational commitment, motivation and significant partial cooperation with Lenteng District employee support. Sumenep Regency. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research (explanatory research). The main research used is quantitative and equipped with descriptive. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline were significant towards the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Partially, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline are significant to the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Motivation has a dominant and significant influence on the performance of employees of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to analyze leadership style and trust both partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees of the Employee Cooperative (Kareb) of Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. While discussing using quantitative related numbers. The population in this study were all employees of the Redrying Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in the Bojonegoro Regency DC unit which collected 31 people who also took research samples. The research sampling technique uses a sampling census taken from a DC unit because this unit is a problem with the commitment of its employees. The results of the study show simultaneously the leadership style variables and trust significantly influence employee performance. Partial leadership style and trust have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Redrying Employee Cooperative (Kareb) in Bojonegoro Regency. Among leadership and trust styles that have greater significance for employee performance is trust. Keywords: leadership style, trust, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study and describe work conditions, distributive justice, organizational commitment and employee satisfaction, analyze work attitudes, distributive justice and organizational commitment related simultaneously to the significance of employee satisfaction, and improve work relations, distribution, and organizational commitment with partial significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency who received 35 people. The results of the study show partially the variables of work attitude, distributive justice and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously work attitudes, distributive justice and significant organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction.
