Abstract

This study examines the impact of accessibility and creativity on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Accessibility encompasses financial literacy and inclusion, both of which significantly influence the financial outcomes of MSMEs. Creativity enhances competitiveness and financial performance, particularly in product development and marketing. A quantitative research approach with a survey design was employed to gather data from 200 MSME operators in Indonesia. A questionnaire was used to assess accessibility, creativity, and financial performance. The results from multiple linear regression analysis revealed that accessibility and creativity positively affect the financial performance of MSMEs. Access to capital, technology, and training are key factors that improve business performance. Additionally, creativity in product development and marketing strategies contributes to financial growth. The findings suggest that enhancing accessibility and fostering creativity should be prioritized to strengthen MSMEs' competitiveness in the market. Policies that promote better access to financial resources and training for MSME operators are essential to ensuring the sector's sustainability and success.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of discipline, motivation, local wisdom, and work environment on employee Performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. Discipline and motivation play a significant role in enhancing employee Performance, while local wisdom fosters an atmosphere that supports harmony in the workplace. A conducive work environment also contributes to increased Performance and job satisfaction. The study uses a quantitative survey method involving 465 structural officials in regional work units (OPD). Multiple regression analysis techniques were employed to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings show that work discipline is positively related to Performance and job satisfaction. Motivation was also found to enhance employee Performance, while local wisdom supports the creation of a better work climate. A positive work environment has a significant effect on both employee satisfaction and Performance. Job satisfaction strengthens the relationship between motivation, local wisdom, and work environment with employee Performance. However, work discipline does not require a mediator to enhance Performance. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a supportive work environment, fostering high motivation, and considering local organizational values to improve Performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of workload and motivation on employee Performance through job satisfaction. Employee Performance plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Excessive workload can lead to stress and decrease job satisfaction, while high motivation can enhance employees' dedication and enthusiasm in performing their tasks. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a sample of 190 employees from government institutions in Indonesia. Data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure the variables of workload, motivation, job satisfaction, and Performance. The results of the analysis show that workload negatively affects job satisfaction, which, in turn, impacts Performance. Motivation was found to positively influence Performance, with job satisfaction as a mediator linking motivation and Performance. These findings indicate that effective workload management and a supportive environment are crucial in maintaining employee motivation and job satisfaction, ultimately improving their Performance. While this study's model explains a significant portion of the variation in job satisfaction and employee Performance, other factors influencing Performance may not have been identified in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the business Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSEs) run by Muslim entrepreneurs in Aceh Province. MSEs play a vital role in the local economy; however, their business Performance is often hindered by various challenges, including limited resources and managerial issues. Several factors affecting the business Performance of SMEs in Aceh include entrepreneurial capacity, government support, access to Islamic finance, and the application of religious principles in business operations. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey involving 120 Muslim entrepreneurs in Aceh as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring factors related to management, financing, and the application of Islamic principles in business management. The factor analysis results identify three main variables that impact MSE Performance in Aceh: (1) business strategies, including planning, internal processes, and entrepreneurial orientation; (2) external support from the government; and (3) the implementation of Islamic principles in business practices. The first factor has the greatest impact on Performance, followed by government policy support and Islamic business practices. These findings can help stakeholders formulate policies that support SMEs in becoming more competitive and sustainable in the market while emphasizing the religious values that guide business management among Muslim entrepreneurs in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of job promotion and organizational conflict on employee work motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch. Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. One of the factors that influence work motivation is job promotion, which is carried out fairly and transparently. Furthermore, although organizational conflict is often seen negatively, the results of this study indicate that well-managed conflict can actually improve employee motivation. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between job promotion, organizational conflict, and work motivation. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 employees at BSI Banda Aceh Branch. The analysis results show that clear and fair job promotions positively affect employee motivation. The regression coefficient for job promotion is 0.220, indicating that a 1% increase in job promotion can raise employee motivation by 0.220%. On the other hand, well-managed organizational conflict also positively affects work motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.178, showing that a 1% change in well-managed conflict can increase employee motivation by 0.178%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of BSI Banda Aceh Branch improve job promotion policies to be more transparent and fair, and create a more effective conflict resolution system to support employee motivation and performance.
