Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada Build Better Communication menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dan penurunan tingkat disiplin kerja pada periode 2023–2025, yang berdampak langsung pada kinerja karyawan, khususnya di bagian Staff dan Guru Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Build Better Communication dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan non-manajerial di bagian Staff dan Guru Pendidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Regresi Linier Sederhana, dan Uji Hipotesis dengan teknik Uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel. Uji regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,4%, yang berarti disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai thitung sebesar 2,896 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,042, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Build Better Communication. Peningkatan disiplin kerja perlu dipertahankan dan didukung dengan kebijakan manajemen yang konsisten agar kinerja karyawan dapat terus meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas layanan, strategi promosi, dan preferensi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening di Toserba Yogya Losari. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif Toserba Yogya Losari. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan promosi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan preferensi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, kepuasan pelanggan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, melainkan hanya memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh preferensi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Banyaknya kasus maladministrasi pelayanan yang terjadi secara berulang setiap tahunnya menjadi kewenangan Ombudsman untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Ombudsman dalam upaya pencegahan maladministrasi pelayanan publik di Kota Pekanbaru. Konsep teori yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indikator pengukuran kinerja dari Agus Dwiyanto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengkajian data secara deskriptif. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Provinsi Riau dalam hal upaya pencegahan maladministrasi sudah cukup baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas Ombudsman dan peningkatan koordinasi antara lembaga terkait guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kota Pekanbaru. Abstract

Dalam organisasi terdiri dari beberapa individu dan peran masing-masing demi mencapai visi misi dari organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisa gaya kepemimpinan yang diasumsikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi keamanan di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan sampel jenuh dimana responden adalah keseluruhan dari populasi pada divisi keamanan yang berjumlah 40 orang. Berdasarkan analisa menggunakan SPSS dapat diketahui variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X) tidak mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Divisi Keamanan Di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan (X) dengan Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang positif. Artinya adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Keamanan Di Rutan Kelas I Pondok Bambu adalah sebesar 78,9%, sedangkan 21,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh penerapan normalisasi data terhadap kinerja model klasifikasi kondisi pasien COVID-19 berbasis data kualitas udara. Data diperoleh dari wilayah Lubang Buaya dan diolah menggunakan metode Min-Max Normalization untuk meningkatkan ketepatan prediksi. Tiga algoritma machine learning Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, dan Extra Trees diuji dalam mengklasifikasikan lima kategori kondisi pasien. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa normalisasi mampu meningkatkan akurasi seluruh model secara signifikan, dengan Extra Trees mencatat kinerja tertinggi hingga 92,86% pada kategori Suspek. Meski demikian, kategori Rawat Inap tetap menjadi tantangan akibat ketidakseimbangan distribusi data dan keterbatasan fitur yang tersedia. Secara keseluruhan, Extra Trees tampil sebagai model dengan performa terbaik, disusul oleh Logistic Regression dan Gradient Boosting. Temuan ini menegaskan peran penting normalisasi dan strategi penanganan data tidak seimbang dalam meningkatkan akurasi, sekaligus menunjukkan potensi kualitas udara sebagai indikator pendukung prediksi kondisi pasien COVID-19.

Abstract

This article discusses the authority of judges in handling corruption cases and examines the role of evidence in the legal process of proof in Indonesia. In the Indonesian criminal justice system, the position of judges is crucial in ensuring the realization of justice through the authority to make independent decisions by considering valid evidence. This research is a legal research using a normative juridical approach and descriptive-qualitative methods. In addition, the data used in this study were obtained from books and journals relevant to the material discussed. This research shows that the independence and impartiality of judges are crucial elements in ensuring substantive justice. In addition, the effectiveness of the evidentiary system, including witness testimony, expert testimony, letters, instructions, and the defendant's testimony, also determines the legitimacy of judges' decisions. The results of the study confirm that strengthening the authority of judges and the consistent application of positive law are the main keys to eradicating corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Anxiety is a common psychological issue among hemodialysis patients, often caused by invasive and repetitive therapies. Approximately 38–45% of hemodialysis patients experience moderate to severe anxiety, which can disrupt their quality of life. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Qur'anic murottal therapy in managing anxiety among hemodialysis patients at RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali. The method used is a qualitative case study involving a 59-year-old patient undergoing hemodialysis and experiencing anxiety. The murottal therapy intervention was conducted over three consecutive days, with each session lasting approximately 15 minutes. The results of the study indicate a reduction in anxiety scores from 23 to 15, as well as improvements in the patient's vital signs, including blood pressure and respiratory rate. The patient reported feeling calmer and improved sleep quality. Qur'anic murottal therapy has proven to be an effective non-pharmacological intervention for managing anxiety in hemodialysis patients. Education and support from healthcare professionals are essential to optimize the implementation of this therapy.

Abstract

This study uses a simple linear regression method to predict gold prices in Indonesia using historical Antam gold data. Linear regression is applied to model the linear relationship between the 2024 daily gold price (variable Y) and the date (variable X). Model performance is evaluated using Mean Squared Error (MSE) and R-squared (R²) to ensure more stable and accurate results. The evaluation results show that the linear regression model used has an MSE of 1403425123.8609 and an R² of 0.93, indicating good performance in predicting gold prices. This study concludes that the simple linear regression method can be used to predict gold prices throughout the year (long-term), but cannot accurately predict daily prices.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the start-up industry in Indonesia introduces new challenges in labor practices, particularly concerning flexible contracts and employment termination. The non-hierarchical structures and dynamic work patterns often clash with existing labor regulations. Many workers face job insecurity, neglect of basic rights such as fair wages, social security, and leave, and even unilateral termination without adequate compensation. This study analyzes how Law Number 13 of 2003 and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 regulate the rights and obligations of parties in employment relations, especially in the start-up sector. It also explores the legal challenges in enforcing labor protections amidst trends of flexible contracts and outsourcing systems. A descriptive juridical approach is used to evaluate the effectiveness of legal protections offered to workers in increasingly flexible and disruptive work environments.

Abstract

The aim of this research is first, to analyze the legal relationship in the implementation of loan and borrowing agreements at the Madani Mekaar National Capital (Persero) in the Yosomulyo sub-district, Metro City; secondly, to analyze the obstacles that occur in the implementation of lending and borrowing at PNM Mekaar (Persero) in Yosomulyo Metro City. This type of research is normative-empirical legal research with descriptive legal research type. The research problem approach is nonjudicial case study. Research data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods were carried out by means of literature study, document study and interviews. Data processing methods are data inspection, data marking, data reconstruction, data systematization. The data was analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the legal relationship between PT PNM Mekaar (Persero) and customers in Yosomulyo Village is a reciprocal contractual relationship, where both parties have rights and obligations that are clearly regulated in the business financing agreement. Implementation of financing loans at PT. PNM Mekaar (Persero) goes through four stages, namely fulfilling application requirements, surveying, implementing financing, and implementing rights and obligations. Then there are obstacles in implementing business financing agreements, namely default in implementing financing agreements at PT PNM Mekaar (Persero), in the form of delays in installment payments and customers running away, thus disrupting the smooth running of financing. Factors causing default include unstable financial conditions of customers and use of funds that are not fit for purpose.
