The research population was conducted on inpatients at RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru with a research sample of 150 people who were taken by simple random sampling method. The study used quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics. For the analysis tool used Structural Equation Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of research analysis at RSI Ibnu Sina prove that the location of the hospital, the socioeconomic status of the family, the quality of health services affect patient satisfaction. Family location and patient satisfaction affect patient preferences while the quality of health services does not affect patient preferences. Patient satisfaction has an effect on mediating health service quality variables on patient preferences, but patient satisfaction has no effect on mediating location variables and socio-economic status variables on patient preferences.

Securing certain bottom-line results is usually considered beneficial to the profitability of the organization. Organizations have an interest in upholding different goals and values which have different effects on different stakeholders. But adopting a bottom-line mentality encourages simple thinking where employees treat every situation as if only one goal is relevant. In terms of the theoretical model, we use socio-cognitive theory (Bandura, 1977, 1986) to propose that the bottom-line mentality of leaders is positively related to the bottom-line mentality of employees. On the basis of conceptual arguments related to bottom-line mentality (Callahan, 2004; Wolfe, 1988), we hypothesized that leader mentality is positively and significantly related to employee mentality. Likewise with the leader's mentality towards Social Undermining, the two variables are positively related but not significant. On the other hand, subordinate mentality is negatively and insignificantly related to Social Undermining.

The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of interpersonal capitalization in the workplace on emotional reactions and employee behavior such as inspiration and jealousy, as well as its impact on interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB) and social undermining. This study will use and utilize a cross-sectional research design to examine the relationship that has been hypothesized in the previous chapter. Individual perception data will be collected using a questionnaire consisting of a predetermined scale and size. In the next section, the sample, data collection procedures, and steps used in this study will be discussed. Respondents in this study were 340 police officers who work in several police institutions located in one area in Indonesia. The number of research samples of 340 respondents was determined based on 10 to 20 times the number of question/statement items (29 statement or question items). The findings of this study can also provide input to the organization's management in considering interpersonal capitalization strategies in certain contexts.

This study aims to investigate the impact of immoral management on moral identity and knowledge sabotage behavior. In particular, this study further aims to investigate and explain the impact of immoral management on knowledge sabotage behavior through moral identity in the workplace. In other words, this research is an explanatory research that uses quantitative methods to test hypotheses empirically. This study collects data by distributing questionnaires to employees who work as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in several local government institutions in one of the provinces in Indonesia. The number of question items in this study were 31 question items consisting of: (1) 4 question items to measure the immoral management variable; (2) 5 item questions to measure the moral identity variable; and (3) 4 question items to measure the knowledge sabotage behavior variable. Thus, the number of samples of 288 has met the criteria for the minimum number of samples required in using SEM analysis. This study examines new mediating variables outside of the existing literature on the mechanisms underlying the process of the relationship between moralless management and knowledge sabotage behavior. In particular, this study investigates moral identity in the management function without morals. The findings clearly show that management without morals has a positive effect on moral identity. In addition, the results of this study also show that the influence of management without morals on knowledge sabotage behavior is fully mediated by moral identity. The results of the study also provide additional support regarding the importance of the function of non-moral management in organizations to shape positive attitudes and behaviors of employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work stress affects the Subjective Well-Being of police personnel mediated by coping style. The SEM-PLS method is a way to analyze latent variables and indicators/dimensions as well as carry out direct measurements. PLS analysis is a combination of path analysis, regression, and confirmatory factors. The research sites are several police institutions in the territory of Indonesia. The findings of this study can also provide input to the organization's management in designing strategies to reduce stress levels and increase individual subjective well-being in the workplace. The results of the study are also expected to be a stimulus to give more attention to future studies from academics and practitioners in investigating factors that can increase individual positive experiences such as subjective well-being.
