Abstract

Research objective: To empirically test the influence of business risk, financial risk and operational risk on corporate social responsibility. The research object is gas, oil and coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The total sample was 17 companies for 5 years. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and t test. The results of the F test show that simultaneously business risk factors, financial risk factors and operational risk factors influence corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis using tests show that each factor of business risk, financial risk and operational risk has a partial effect on corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen rangkap jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Karya Anugrah Medika, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana manajemen rangkap jabatan dapat memengaruhi tingkat kualitas kinerja karyawan serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas manajemen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rangkap jabatan memiliki dampak positif dalam hal pengembangan keterampilan, peningkatan pendapatan, pengembangan jaringan relasi, dan fleksibilitas kerja. Namun, ditemukan juga beberapa dampak negatif seperti stres, kelelahan, konflik kepentingan, serta tantangan dalam mencapai work-life balance. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas manajemen rangkap jabatan meliputi motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan dukungan perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan penerapan rangkap jabatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara efektif

Abstract

The influence of work discipline and organizational culture of employee performance at PT.Ambar Borneo or Ambar Borneo company, North Sangatta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study is to test how the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Ambar Borneo in North Sangatta. The population in this study amounted to 40 respondents from employees of PT.Ambar Borneo in North Sangatta on Jl.Poros Kabo, Kel. Swarga Bara, Kec.Sangatta Utara, Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The independent variables in this study are work discipline and organizational culture, and the dependent variable in this study is performance. The results of data analysis are processed with SPSS version 26. Data collection techniques are based on primary data from observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.This study uses data analysis techniques for validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and dominant tests. The results of the study that the variables of work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

XYZ (Company name disguised at the request of the company) is a well-established bakery industry in Indonesia. In running its business, of course, the company not only provides quality products and taste, but also provides good service quality because it can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. XYZ Depok. The research method used is quantitative statistics. The population of this study is consumers who buy PT. XYZ Depok. Data collection methods with interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data processing using SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that taste had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality also had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ Depok, then the taste and quality of customers simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ Depok.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or single business entities and qualify as micro-enterprises. SMEs are businesses that operate independently and have no direct or indirect links to medium or large-scale companies. This study aims to determine the role of SMEs in participating in building the Indonesian economy. The research method used is the Literature review research method which is carried out by searching, collecting, and analyzing data sources from various previously published scientific works. From the results of this study, SMEs in Indonesia play a very important role in the economy, functioning as job providers, supporters of local products, and significant contributors to GDP. As well as being a supporter of the stability of the Indonesian economy. SMEs also experienced development from 2020 - 2023. Where when Indonesia experienced the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy that occurred this year decreased drastically so that several SMEs suffered losses. But in 2021 the Indonesian economy began to experience a slow increase.

Abstract

The function of human resources is very important. In achieving organizational goals, it is seen as an important driving force. Only with the hard work of the organization's human resources can the company's goals be realized. This study aims to determine whether the variables of workload, work environment partially affect employee performance and to determine whether workload and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance at the Beji District Office, Depok City. This research method uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique of 58 people. This study uses primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires which will then be analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, determination coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that workload partially affects employee performance positively and significantly, while the work environment partially does not affect employee performance positively and significantly. So it can be concluded that workload and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance positively and significantly

Abstract

Beji Sub-district Office is 1 of 11 sub-districts in the city of Depok which has the task of assisting the Mayor in coordinating the administration of general government affairs, government affairs in the field of community empowerment and urban villages as well as the delegation of part of government affairs in other fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Beji District employees in Depok City. The research was conducted for 3 months (April - June 2024). Data collection methods are through interviews, questionnaires and observations distributed to 58 respondents. The analysis method is quantitative statistics. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Beji District Office. Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Employees of the Beji District Office. Work Environment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Employees of Beji Subdistrict Office. The implication of the results of this study is that providing a good work environment and work discipline will improve employee performance..

Abstract

Customer satisfaction has become a central concept in marketing theory and practice, and is one of the essential goals for business activities. Basically, customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction with a product or service will affect subsequent customer behavior. Customers who are satisfied will show a high probability of customers returning to use the same product or service. According to Syah (2021), satisfied customers also tend to provide good references to the product or service to others. Meanwhile, dissatisfied customers can cause negative attitudes towards the brand or manufacturer or service provider, even distributors, reduced likelihood of repeat purchases, brand switching, and various types of complaint behavior.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important part in achieving success when achieving company goals. Success and failure that occur in achieving organizational goals depend on the capabilities of its human resources. This research aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of the work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction. This research uses a statistical quantitative approach and uses direct observation methods and questionnaire methods. This research was conducted in May - June 2024 at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Bogor with a population of 49 respondents with a sample of 44. This research was tested by testing data quality, testing classical assumptions, testing hypotheses. From the results of the t test, the work environment has an insignificant influence on job satisfaction, and work motivation has a significant influence on job satisfaction. From the results of the f test, it was found that the calculated f was 139,242 > f table 3.23 and the sig was 0.000 < 0.05, so it was said that work environment variables and motivation had a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Transformational Leadership and job satisfaction have an important role in influencing the performance of teaching staff. Transformational leadership and satisfaction in its application are not only in improving teacher performance, but also in observing how teachers perform and meeting all the learning needs desired by students. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of SMK Mekanik Cibinong teachers. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were teachers at SMK Mekanik Cibinong. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation of data collection using questionnaires. Data processing uses the SPSS 20 application with multiple linear data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that transformational leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance and satisfaction also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of teachers at SMK Mekanik Cibinong.
