Abstract

This research is important to provide valuable insight for companies in determining the optimal dividend policy and attracting investor interest. Hopefully, this research can make a significant empirical and theoretical contribution regarding the effect of leverage and liquidity on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period and can be a reference for companies in making decisions. This study uses some independent variables, namely Leverage and Liquidity. The dependent variable is the Dividend Policy which uses a purposive sampling method on one hundred samples of manufacturing companies on the IDX. In this case, H1 is accepted, leverage has a significant effect on dividend policy with a path coefficient (-0.055) and p-value (0.000 < 0.005). Then H2 is accepted, liquidity has a significant impact on dividend policy with path coefficient (0.109) and p-value (0.050 < 0.005). In this study, the data collected by researchers is quite limited, so future researchers are expected to develop data updates from previous studies where future researchers can find other variables that can affect dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Paparti Pertama. The population in this research were employees of PT. Paparti Pertama, with a total sample 70 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The data collection method uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analyze and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t test, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Then based on the f test, the work environment, workload, and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

Tutug Oncom is a small restaurant that sells Tutug Oncom rice in the Bekasi area. This research aims to influence promotions and prices on purchasing decisions for Ayam Penyet Nasi Tutug Oncom via the Gofood application. Using the research method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach via SmartPLS 4.0, data from 100 respondents was analyzed to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results show that Gofood promotions, especially through advertising and price discounts, significantly influence purchasing decisions. This shows that effective promotional strategies can increase consumer interest in choosing Ayam Penyet Nasi Tutug Oncom via the Gofood platform. Furthermore, price factors also proved to be important, with price advantages and competitive pricing positively affecting purchase decisions. The managerial implications suggest that companies should consider relevant promotional strategies and competitive pricing to maximize product appeal in the online market. The study also reveals the dominant consumer profile, with the majority of respondents aged 21-25 years, mostly female, and predominantly students. These findings indicate that the younger generation, especially those actively using technology, are the primary target in digital marketing strategies employed by Gofood. This research not only provides insights into the factors influencing purchase decisions in the context of food delivery applications but also offers a foundation for further studies to explore other variables that may affect consumer preferences online.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Persero East Bekasi Branch Office. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using SPSS Versi 25. The results of this research show that (1) There is no correlation between Work Discipline and Employee Performance; (2) There is a correlation between work motivation and employee performance; (3) There is a correlation between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of gifts in packaging, product quality, and product distribution on TosTos purchasing decisions (case study of NCT Dream fans in North Bekasi). The sample for this research is NCT Dream fans in North Bekasi who have the decision to purchase TosTos. The sample was carried out using a probability sampling method, namely random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 170 respondents. The analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t-test hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that in the partial t test packaged gifts have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, but product distribution does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f test show that the variables of gift packaging, product quality and product distribution simultaneously have a significant influence on TosTos purchasing decisions (case study of NCT Dream fans in North Bekasi).

Abstract

This research is intended to determine the influence of Person Job Fit, Job Crafting and Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Employees of Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada Surabaya City by involving 65 employees of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City as respondents in this research. The research results prove that Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This means that if the employees have the appropriate Person Job Fit, a sense of mutual help behavior will be created between employees. Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This means that if employees apply Job Crafting, it will increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This means that if employees feel work engagement, it will also increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Simultaneously Person Job Fit, Job Crafting and Work Engagement have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with coefficient of determination of 0,96 or 96%, this indicates that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable can be explained by the Person Job Fit, Job Crafting and Work Engagement variables by 96%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of free cash flow, profitability, and liquidity on dividend policy in pharmaceutical and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2017-2021. Dividend policy is one of the important decisions in a company that can affect shareholder satisfaction and market performance. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis to identify the relationship between independent variables (free cash flow, profitability, and liquidity) and dependent variables (dividend policy). The data used were taken from the annual reports of companies listed on the IDX in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The results of the study indicate that free cash flow and profitability have a significant effect on dividend policy, while liquidity does not have a significant effect. This finding indicates that pharmaceutical and chemical companies tend to provide dividends based on their available cash surplus and their level of profitability, while liquidity is not a major determinant in their dividend policy. This study provides additional insight for corporate managers and investors regarding the factors that influence dividend decisions in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially test and analyze the influence of each variable Company Size, Leverage and Profitability on stock prices (2) To test and analyze the influence of Company Size, Leverage and Profitability simultaneously on Stock Prices. This type of research is causal quantitative research, the data source used is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Data collection methods consist of library studies and documentation. As well as the sampling technique using the Purposive Sampling method with research data from 30 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX as the population and 18 companies as the sample. The t test results show that partially, Company Size (L.N.T.ASSETS) has a negative and significant effect, Leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect, Profitability (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on share prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the f test show that Company Size (L.N.T.ASSETS), Leverage (DER), Profitability (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on Share Prices (PER) listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia.

Abstract

The quality of human resources greatly affects the productivity of the company because the company needs a competent workforce in its field so that the company's goals can be achieved. The company PT. Duta Intra Yasa is a distribution company or product consumer company that distributes PT. Deltomed (Antangin) and PT. Ultrasakti (Freshcare). Because it is based on a distribution company with a method of equitable distribution of products in the market, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is needed as a tool to measure human resource productivity at PT. Ambassador Intra Yasa. This study uses an interview method with Regional Sales Managers from PT. Ambassador Intra Yasa to find out the influence of KPI transparency on human resource productivity. And the results of this study show that all teams in the company. PT. Duta Intra Yasa knows and understands the targets in his work so that it can be a reference to assess his work productivity.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of implementing Agile Culture on employee engagement and performance at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Through a quantitative approach with a cross sectional survey design, data was collected from randomly selected employees. The analysis results show that Agile Culture has a significant influence on employee engagement and performance. Although the structural model showed low predictive power, the results of validity and reliability tests confirmed consistency in variable measurement. These findings confirm the great potential of Agile Culture in creating a responsive and productive work environment. The practical implication is that PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry can strengthen the implementation of Agile Culture through training and managerial support, while paying attention to factors that influence the predictive power of the model. Recommendations for further research include expanding the variables and sample population for a deeper understanding of the impact of Agile Culture. In conclusion, this research confirms that Agile Culture is an effective strategy in increasing employee engagement and performance, providing a foundation for the development of more effective HR strategies in the future.
