Abstract

One program that is able to increase motivation, productivity, and employee satisfaction is to impose a compensation program. With the implementation of the program giving some appropriate reward system associated with employees or employment, then it is possible that it will receive a positive response from all employees. Compensation consists of two, namely financial compensation and non-financial compensation, financial compensation is in the form of cash remuneration, while non-financial compensation is not remuneration in the form of money, both are very important to be implemented due to very good effect memperikan course for employees. Targeted compensation and as expected, will be able to encourage or motivate employees to work harder and productive in achieving plans predetermined so that job satisfaction will be achieved, therefore the employees at M - Brothers Group Lamongan, really required to work harder. This type of research is explanatory research (research explanation). Data collection technique is through primary data and secondary data. While the data source through the entire M - Brother Group employees Lamongan. Based on the research and data processing authors to conclude that there Non-financial Compensation Effect consisting of variable chances of promotion, facilitation, co-workers, the working environment and facilities atmosphere employee equipment on the M - Brother Group Lamongan. Dengan pelaksanaan pemberian beberapa program sistem imbalan yang sesuai yang berhubungan dengan karyawan atau ketenagakerjaan, maka tidak menutup kemungkinan hal tersebut akan mendapat respon yang positif dari seluruh karyawan. Kompensasi terdiri dari dua yaitu kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial, kompensasi finansial merupakan balas jasa dalam bentuk uang sedangkan kompensasi non finansial merupakan balas jasa dalam bentuk bukan uang, keduanya sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan karena sangat memperikan pengaruh yang baik tentunya bagi karyawan. Pemberian kompensasi yang tepat sasaran dan sesuai harapan, akan mampu mendorong  atau memotivasi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih giat dan produktif dalam pencapaian rencana-rencana  yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya  sehingga akan tercapai kepuasan kerja,  Karena itu para karyawan pada M-Brothers Group Lamongan, benar-benar dituntut untuk bekerja lebih keras.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah  explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan).  Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah melalui  data primer dan data sekunder.  Sedangkan  sumber  datanya  melalui seluruh karyawan M-Brother Group Lamongan.Berdasarkan penelitian dan pengolahan data penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Kompensasi Non Finansial yang terdiri dari variabel peluang kenaikan jabatan, pemberian fasilitas, rekan kerja, suasana lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas perlengkapan kerja karyawan pada M-Brother Group LamonganKata kunci : Kompensasi Finansial dan Non Finansial, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Potential and opportunities for cassava development are still very broad along with development of companies in livestock, processed food, and other industries. Added value of cassava commodities resulting from development of downstream industries (processed products) is far higher than upstream industries (primary products), so that development paradigm in agriculture sector in future should be directed towards product expansion including its waste. This study aims to examine the economic value of cassava as a future crop from direct as well as by-products and their development strategies. Data was collected from small-scale tapioca flour farmers, ranchers and entrepreneurs. SWOT analysis was used to determine relevant development strategies. Analysis shows that cassava has an potential, especially as a raw material for food and feed industry. In short term, developing cassava strategy as an industrial raw material is to use new technologies i.e. varieties and cultivation techniques for planting arrangements. Cassava potential economic value is relatively high in terms of farming aspects, food raw materials, feed and industry. This potential, apart from main product, is also by-product that has been neglected at 29.7% of cassava main value. By-products potensial has not been used optimally and a bioeconomic value of biomass that can support integrated agriculture in the future.

Abstract

This article highlight the patterns of tolerance behavior among religious communities in Ngablak village, Cluwak sub-district, Pati district which is depicted in the practice of individual, social, and human life. Individual awareness in a multi-religious and cultural society is the basic capital in constructing human attitudes and behavior. This article aims to determine the characteristics and basis of society in practicing religious tolerance which is manifested in the form of human attitudes and behavior, so that tolerance arises regardless of the background of religion. This article is a field study (field research) with a qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection are by observation, interview, and documentation. Interview was conducted by religious and community leaders in Ngablak village with historical hermeneutic analysis model from Gadamer. The results illustrate that the basic capital of society in building religious tolerance is based on the basis of communal (social) awareness, religious awareness and humanitarian awareness. Religious tolerance cannot be assessed only from the aspect of religion, but history and human values ​​are the supporters in shaping tolerant behavior.

Abstract

Komunikasi organisasi adalah proses pengiriman dan penerimaan berbagai pesan organisasi di dalam organisasi baik yang terjadi di dalam kelompok formal maupun kelompok informal di dalam organisasi(Safaria, 2004 : 13). Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting komunikasi organisasi dalam suatu organisasi sehingga membuat organisasi tersebut berjalan sesuai managemen yang diatur oleh pemimpin umum. Organisasi merupakan kerja sama antara dua orang atau lebih untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Contoh organisasi Lpm Dinamika Uinsu yang merupakan organisasi intra kampus yang bergerak bidang kejurnalistikan sehingga kami membuat penilitian tentang cara kerja organisasi tersebut beroperasi baik dari segi pemberdayaan sumber daya anggota maupun kinerjanya. Komunikasi adalah penyampain pesan dari komunikator kepada komunikan sehingga memperoleh informasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebuah keluarga diandalkan untuk menjadi sumber kebahagiaan, keselarasan dan cinta untuk semua kerabat. Demikian juga, tunanetra, meskipun mereka memiliki cacat yang sebenarnya, tidak dapat melihat, bagaimanapun mereka adalah ciptaan Allah, makhluk Allah sehingga mereka memiliki hak dan komitmen dalam hidup mereka untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Di kelurahan kotalama kecamatan kedungkandang kota malang terdapat pasangan Suami Istri tunanetra yang telah Menjalani Kehidupan Rumah Tangga yang Harmonis. Disitulah penulis punya inisiatif melakukan penelitian bahwa penelitian tersebut menarik untuk diteliti pada pasangan suami istri tunanetra. Dari fenomena di atas, maka Fokus Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana Pemaahaman Pasangan Suaami Istri Tunaanetra Terhadap Keeluarga Yang Sakiinah. (2) Bagaimana Upaaya Pasaangan Suami Istri Tunaanetra dallam Mewujudkan Keluarga yang Sakinah. (3) Bagaimana penyelesaian konflik yang terjadi pasangan suami istri tunanetra terhadap rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Deskriiptif Kualiitatif, Metode Yang Diigunakan Dalam Peneliitian ini Waawancara, Obseervasi, dan Dokumentasii, Subjek yang diiteliti adalah Sepaasang Suamii Istrii Tunaanetra yang tiinggal di daerah kelurahan kootalama kecamatan kedungkandang kota malang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Pemahaaman pasaangan suamii istrii tunanetra keluarga sakinah adalah keluarga yang adem ayem, tentram dan selalu hidup rukun. Tiap permasalahan yang muncul mereka mengatasi dengan cara saling lemah lembut, dan adanya rasa pengertian diantara sesama anggota keluarganya. (2) Untuk Mewujdkn Keluarga Sakiinah merupakan adnya saliing Pengrtian, antara suamii maupn Istrii hndaknya saliing memahami dan Mengertii tentang keadaan Masng-Masng baik secara fisik maupun Mentall (tunanetra). pasangan tunanetra pernah berkata “lebih baik mencari nafkah halal, berangkat pagi pulang malam, keringat dingin, sering di maki-maki orang, dari pada meminta-minta, atau menjadi pengemis di pinggir jalanan. Hidup lebih barokah dan di ridhai allah SWT. (3) Konflik yang terjadi pasangan suami istri tunanetra adalah ketika ekonomi dalam keadaan menurun, dimaki-maki orang dan yang paling berat ketika istrinya hamil pertama merupakan kepanikan dalam sebuah keluarga tunanetra. Ketika para pasangan tunanetra mengalami permasalahan seperti itu tunanetra menyelesaikan dengan lapang dada, senyuman, saling pengertian, saling mengalah antra satuu dngan yang laiin dan yang terakhir yaqinlah kita punya gusti allah yang maha melihat dan pemberi rezeki. Kata kunci: keluarga sakinah, pasangan suami istri, tunanetra     Abstract A family is relied upon to be a wellspring of bliss, congruity and love for all relatives. Likewise, the visually impaired, despite the fact that they have actual handicaps, can't see, however they are Allah's creation, Allah's animals so they have rights and commitments in their lives to venerate Allah. In the Kotalama Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City, there is a blind husband and wife who have lived a harmonious household life. That's where the author took the initiative to conduct research that the research is interesting to study on blind couples. From the phenomena above, the focus of this research is: (1) How is the understanding of a blind husband and wife towards a sakinah family. (2) How are the efforts of a blind husband and wife in realizing a sakinah family. (3) How to resolve conflicts that occur between husband and wife who are blind to the household. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, the methods used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects studied were a blind husband and wife living in the area of Kedungkandang District, Malang City. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The understanding of the blind husband and wife of the Sakinah family is a family that is calm, peaceful and always lives in harmony among fellow members. Every problem that arises they overcome by sharing with each other, talking from heart to heart and having a sense of understanding among family members. (2) To realize a sakinah family, there is mutual understanding, between husband and wife should understand and understand each other's circumstances both physically and mentally (blind). a blind couple once said “it is better to earn a halal living, leave early in the morning and come home late at night, sweat cold, often cursed at by people, than beg, or be beggars on the street. Life is more blessed and in the pleasure of Allah SWT. (3) Conflicts that occur between a blind husband and wife are when the economy is in a state of decline, people are cursed at and the most severe when his wife is pregnant for the first time is panic in a blind family. When blind couples experience problems like that, the visually impaired solve gracefully, smiles, understands each other, succumbs to each other and finally, rest assured, we have God who is all-seeing and the giver of sustenance. Keywords: harmonious family, married couple, blind

Abstract

Depati Parbo Kerinci Airport is located in Hiang Tinggi Village, Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi. The airport has a runway with a length of 1800 meters and a width of 30 meters. Depati Parbo Kerinci Airport is starting work on developing the airport, which was originally located in Koto Baru Hiang, will be rebuilt in Koto Iman with an area of ​​4 hectares using the same runway. One of these developments is the construction of a new Aviation Rescue and Firefighting Building. The construction of the Aviation Rescue and Firefighting Building as an aviation accident relief building and aircraft fire suppression is also a very important infrastructure in the airport area. Planning for the new Aviation Rescue and Firefighting Building at Depati Parbo Airport Kerinci was carried out in order to be able to plan part of every detail of the concrete portal planning for the new Aviation Rescue and Firefighting Building using the Special Moment Resistant Frame System (SRPMK) because Kerinci Jambi district is an area that has an earthquake strength of 1.5 – 2.0 g entering the high earthquake zone. In the construction of PKP-PK assisted using SAP 2000 software which can help make buildings earthquake resistant. With the results of this planning, the dimensions of the beam structure 1 30 cm x 30 cm, beam 2 20 cm x 25 cm, plate thickness 12 cm, column 1 20 cm x 20 cm, column 2 30 cm x 30 cm, and the construction of the Aviation Rescue and Firefighting Building are obtained requires a fee of Rp. 337,2490,000.00 which is counted as Three Hundred Thirty Seven Million Two Hundred Emat Twenty Nine Thousand Rupiah.

Abstract

The passenger domestic terminal capacity at Kalimarau Airport with an area of 10.462 m2, currently is only able to accommodate 572 passengers on peak hours. A well-designed terminal development planning would be needed to analyze the needs of domestic terminal space with a supporting data of passengers in the last 5 years, in order to create a sense of comfort and prevent the passenger accumulation in 2041. The aims of this research are to predict the total passenger and to calculate the domestic terminal space capacity needs at Kalimarau Airport in 2041. The method used in processing passenger data for the last 5 years is the Linear Regression Method which is used to predict the number of passengers and passengers during peak hours for the next 20 years. The result of the passenger forecast shows that in the peak hour there will be 435 departing passangers and 418 arriving passangers. With a total of 1.7 million passengers in 2041, a 3.242 m2 domestic terminal space expansion is a need, which consists of 1.847 m2 of departure area and 1.395 m2 of arrival area. So, it can be concluded that the needed space of domestic terminal at Kalimarau Airport in 2041 is 13.6703 m² with passenger flow and space layout planned in such a way as to make it easier for passengers to enjoy the facilities provided.

Abstract

Hasan Aroeboesman Airport Ende located Tetandara Village, South Ende Subdistrict, Ende Regency that is organized by The Ministry of Transportation. At the moment H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport Ende is a class II Airport Unit. The existing condition of this airport is it has an apron with the dimension of 225 m x 40 m and ATR 72-600 as its critical aircraft operating. Currently, Ende is a regency that is growing quite rapidly. This can be evidenced by the movement of people in and out of the regency. One of the node of people’s movement is at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport Ende. To accommodate the movement of people, the necessary improvement of airport facilities is needed. Some of airport facilities that should have an improvement is the extension of the apron. The purpose of this research is to identify the actual need of apron at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport Ende that can be sufficient for traffic increase that will occur in the future. Based on the analysis and calculation that has been done, the dimensions of the apron expansion of 12.497,4 m2 was obtained, with 2 Boeing 737-500, and an ATR 72-600 aircraft. As the result of the calculation 55.0 of PCN would be established based on the calculation with FAARFIELD 2.0.3 and COMFAA 3.0 software.

Abstract

In 2018 the airport Haji Hasan Aroeboesman East Nusa Tenggara Ende has a building area of the existing passenger terminal covering an area of 825 m2.With this area, the terminal building can accommodate flight service users of 200 thousand pax/year. In an effort to prevent the occurrence of passenger terminal conditions that are not able to accommodate the number of passengers in 2038, then in the terminal development plan it is necessary to analyze the needs of the passenger terminal area using data on the number of passengers within a period of 5 years (2014 - 2018). Forecasting the number of passengers in the next 20 years using the linear regression method. This method is also used to determine the number of passengers at busy times as a calculation of space requirements at the terminal. In addition, the SPSS Software uses a simple linear regression method. Simple linear regression analysis is a regression method that can be used as a statistical inference tool to determine the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. Forecasting passengers for the next 20 years begins in 2019 - 2038. The number of passengers during busy times was 216 departing passengers and 215 arriving passengers. With the total number of passengers busy departing and arriving, the predicted number of passengers will reach 500 thousand pax/year. For the number of passengers, the required building expansion is 1.372 m2. So the total broad needs of passenger terminal at the airport need Haji Hasan Aroeboesman East Nusa Tenggara Ende is 2.197 m2.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Kelas III Soa – Bajawa terletak di Kabupaten Ngada, Nusa Tenggara Timur ini memiliki diemensi runway 1600 x 30 m dengan perkerasan lentur. Kepadatan lalu lintas dengan pergerakan pesawat 6 kali sehari membuat semua fasilitas yang ada terutama fasilitas sisi udara, pesawat udara ATR 72 – 600 merupakan pesawat terkritis yang beroperasi di Bandar Udara Soa – Bajawa. Belum tersedianya Turn Pad Area di ujung runway 29 dapat mempersulit pilot saat maneuvering. Sehingga diperlukan adanya perencanaan pembuatan Turn Pad Area di ujung runway 29. Hasil perencanaan luas Turn Pad Area yaitu 388,62 m2 dengan ketebalan lapisan yang dihitung dengan FAA manual yaitu 50,8 cm dan PCN sebesar 19,9 yang dihitung menggunakan software COMFAA.
