Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables authoritarian leadership (X1), motivation (X2) and physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) at the Buana Badas Floating Restaurant. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 39 respondents at the Buana Badas Floating Restaurant. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.762 + 0.0.277X1 + 0.392X2 + 0.652X3 and the t test results of the authoritarian leadership variable had a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.015 < 0.05. Motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.012 <0.05. The physical work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that authoritarian leadership, motivation and the physical work environment simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of Buana Badas Floating Restaurant employees.

Abstract

The Leadership of the Cakung Subdistrict Head has a crucial role in creating positive changes in improving employee performance, work environment, and improving the quality of public services in Cakung Subdistrict. In the above context, his duties and functions as sub-district head are manifested in programs and policies. First, encourage community participation to take part in development planning within the sub-district in the development planning deliberation forum (Musrenbang), second, provide guidance and supervision of all work units, both government and private companies that have work programs and community empowerment activities in sub-district work areas, thirdly, carry out evaluations of community empowerment activities in sub-district areas, both carried out by government and private work units. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely taking data related to the problem to be researched so that it can be described descriptively, qualitatively and comprehensively, namely describing the prevailing reality and discussing the problems raised in relation to the research object, namely the role Leadership and Organizational Culture in Improving the Performance of Cakung District Office Employees, East Jakarta. From the research results, it is revealed that the Cakung sub-district head has so far fulfilled the elements of effective Leadership character which have an impact not only on aspects of employee performance, but have had a positive impact on the institutional image in a positive way or the positive image of the Cakung sub-district office in the eyes of the publik and stakeholders, especially the community in the sub-district area. Cakung. These aspects of Leadership character include aspects of the Leader as a "Figurehead", as a "Leader", as a "Liason", as an "Interpreneur", as a "Resource Allocation", as a "Disturbance Handle", as a problem solver or problem solver), and aspects of the Leader as “Monitor and “Desiminator” and as “Spoke Person”.

Abstract

Dean Shipping Agency Batam is a ship agent that handles vessel services at Batam port, from arrival to departure. This research focuses on the process of extending the national pollution prevention certificate, using field observation methods and literature study. The research results show the important role of agents in the process of extending the TB Pancaran 118 vessel certificate. The main constraints include limited experts and non-standardized equipment. Recommendations include improving cooperation, personnel skills, and understanding of agency procedures.

Abstract

This paper explains about the Use of Simkapel Application in the Management of Safe Manning Certificate of Tb. Samudera Tirta by Pt. Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai. PT. Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai is a company that provides service for both ships and ship crews, from the ship itself to the ship's departure. Procedure for Issuing Shipping Certificate (Safe Manning) at the Office of Shipping Authority Class In Dumai PT.Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai begins with preparing documents (Application Letter) and its relationship with related agencies, both with government companies carried out by the National Shipping Company. PT.Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai is one form to maintain the smoothness of the shipping certificate issuance procedure. PT.Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai takes care of various important documents needed by the ship to carry out each of its operations and also communicates directly with government officials who are in charge of the ship. In addition, PT.Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai also serves requests to meet the needs of the ship and the ship's airspace. In writing this paper, the author uses the field research method and the library research method which are related to the main data taken.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a key indicator that reflects the quality of life of society, including the dimensions of health, education and income. This research aims to analyze the influence of poverty and health on HDI in West Java Province. Poverty, as an economic factor, and health, as a social factor, interact with each other and influence the level of the Human Development Index. In this research, we used secondary data obtained from the West Java Central Statistics Agency, with a quantitative approach through multiple regression analysis. The research results show that the poverty variable has a significant negative impact on HDI, while the health variable shows a significant positive impact on HDI.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of open unemployment and population on poverty in districts/cities in Lampung Province in 2020-2022. This study uses a quantitative method with a statistical analysis approach to secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews software. The results of the analysis show that both partially and simultaneously, the level of open unemployment and population growth do not have a significant effect on poverty in Lampung Province.

Abstract

In terms of maintaining the liquidity of PT Marisa Jaya Abadi, this study analyzes cash flow management. The method used was descriptive analysis, and data was collected through interviews and document studies. The research shows that the business has used several approaches to manage their cash flow, such as managing debt payments and accelerating the collection of receivables. However, to achieve ideal liquidity, these strategies still need to be improved. According to this study, PT Marisa Jaya Abadi should conduct regular cash flow evaluations to improve efficiency and financial stability.

Abstract

The widespread use of Social Media Marketing (SMM) has a significant impact on increasing consumer Purchase Interest (PI). The vast market potential in Indonesia’s Online Food Delivery (OFD) industry can be optimized by GoFood as a food delivery service. This study uses a quantitative method through validity, reliability and hypothesis testing of 208 GoFood user respondents in Jabodetabek which were analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research findings reveal that SMM content tailored to consumer preferences, such as educational and entertaining content, can enhance consumer engagement in interacting with the brand and the promoted products (CBE). High consumer interaction (CBE) fosters emotional connections that enhance Purchase Intention (PI) for products GoFood offers. As a mediating variable, consumer Brand Engagement (CBE) successfully reinforces the relationship between SMM and PI.

Abstract

Bagedur beach in Malingping is one of the tourist destinations that has great potential to attract tourists. However, the lack of information makes tourist visits still a challenge. Digital marketing is now a strategic solution in promoting tourist destinations, including Bagedur Beach. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing applications in increasing tourist visits at Bagedur Beach. Through a qualitative method with a case study approach, data is collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing applications, such as social media and online booking platforms, contributes significantly to the increase in tourist visits. This application not only helps in wider promotions but also in making it easier to access information for prospective tourists. The recommendation of this study is that tourism managers need to be more active in utilizing digital marketing applications to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an intervention variable for honorary employees of the Jambi Province DPRD Secretariat. The analytical method used here is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population and sample are honorary employees of the Jambi Province DPRD Secretariat with a sample size of 69 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The statistical analysis used is using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a creation tool using the SmartPLS program. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work discipline.
