The unavailability of an information system that functions to manage computer labor in the Kampar Polytechnic Informatics Engineering study program has resulted in the implementation of work procedures being carried out manually and of course it will take quite a long time. This allows errors to occur in the implementation of computer labor management. A web-based system for computer labor management will be a solution to the constraints faced by the Informatics Engineering study program related to manual lab management. This web application is expected to be able to record information on events in the lab, such as damage, equipment presence, tool transfer to loss. This information will become inventory data for tools and goods which will later be reported to the leadership

Presence of technology is very important to support small-scale industry. Mixer paint machine is efficient technology and useful for small-scale industry. It is very effective and efficient if it was compared with another mixer of paints machine, so it can help as an exact mixer of paint machine. It function tomix materials for making paint and use tangential force principle, work principleof propeller shaft as a mixer, solvent and destroyer thorough process of materials friction with tangential force that appear because circle that produced from electrical motor. Circle in mixer shaft made constant, it means to maximize product from paint solution in order to has homogenous. Therefore mixer of paint machine that became a paints that measure up as get homogenous are not faded If brushed or even if strikes water. So this machine is useful for small-scale industry.

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu tanaman yang banyak dikembangkan diarea perkebunana di provinsi Riau. Luas area dan produksi kelapa sawit provinsi Riau menjadi salah satu yang tertinggi diindonesia. Penyebaran perkebunana kelapa sawit yang hamper diseluruh kabupaten/kota diprovinsi riau, perlu adanya pengelompokkan daerah berdasarkan jumlah produksi. berdasarkan akurasi dan eksekusi algoritma k-medoids lebih baik dari algoritma k-means dalam pengelompokkan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengelompokkan daerah produksi kelapa sawit dengan dalam 2 kelompok, 3 dan 5 kelompok. Dari hasil pengelompokkan tersebut akan dilihat kelompok terbaik berdasarkan nilai DBI terkecil. Hasil penelitian untuk jenis 2 kelompok diperoleh hasil 7 data pada kelompok 1 dan 5 data pada kelompok 2. Untuk jenis 3 kelompok diperoleh hasil 5 data pada kelompok 1, 4 data pada kelompok 2 dan 3 data pada kelompok 3, sedangkan jenis 5 kelompok diperoleh hasil 3 data pada kelompok 1, 2 dan 4, 1 data pada kelompok 3 dan 2 data pada kelompok 4. Berdasarkan nilai DBI diperoleh jenis kelompok 2 menjadi jenis kelompok terbaik dengan nilai DBI -159796492242,667.

Riau at this time has become one of the provinces with the largest oil palm plantations in Indonesia. This vast oil palm plantation is also offset by the rapid growth of palm oil mills (PKS) in Riau province itself. thus the availability of CPO as a source of raw material for cooking oil in general can be said to be sufficient. Kampar Polytechnic is one of the educational institutions in Riau, precisely in Kampar Regency. Since its inception, this Polytechnic has had a specific goal as an institution capable of producing graduates who have extensive knowledge in the palm oil industry, both upstream and downstream industries. This is what underlies the construction of miniplants or mini factories as part of the Kampar Polytechnic. This miniplant was built with the main objective of being a learning tool for Kampar Polytechnic students to be able to experience the industrial environment on a small scale, especially industries related to the chemical processing of CPO.

A vehicle suspension system must be able to isolate or reduce the vibration of vehicle body due to unevenness of the road surface. To solve the situation as above, it was needed a controller on the actuator (active suspension) to dampen oscillations of body. In this study, it was designed a controller at a quarter of the suspension system bus using control LQR (Linear Quadratic Regulator) and compared it with PID control. This system will be modeled by State Space and Transfer Function models using Matlab 2011. The results obtained were LQR control system was better than the PID. In LQR, the value of ? was 0.1 and in PID, the value of gain is Kp = 832 100, Ki = 624 075 and 208 025 on the Kd = PID. LQR controller slower reach steady state compared with PID controllers. Stable conditions will be achieved within 30 seconds before the control and after using controller, time of stability to be 3 seconds.

The use of chemical fertilizers that are not equalized with organic fertilizers can damage the soil fertility and it is not environmentally friendly, because the microorganisms which have a role in decompose process will not develop. On the other hand, the high prices of organic fertilizers make farmers reluctant to use organic fertilizers. To solve this problem, farmers could be used microorganism with culturing process. The purpose of this research is to determine the comparison of EM4 with culturing process and EM4 in commercial liquid organic fertilizer that applied in mustard plants. This study used a completely randomized design with three treatments, where the treatment was explained as P0 (control), P1 (EM4 commercial), P2( EM4 by culturing process ). The data were taken in the form of plant height, leaf width, and number of leaves of mustard plants. The conclusion of this study was the application of EM4 with culturing process can accelerate the growth of new leaves, the length and width compared with commercial EM4 and control plants.

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is a product from coconut that given mechanical treatment without heating process and without changing the original nature of the oil. Some methods were often applied in the manufacture of VCO such as fermentation, centrifugation method, acidification methods, and salting method. In salting method, salt (eq. CaCl2) would be added. The aim of salting methode was to break the coconut milk emulsion system by setting the solubility of proteins in saline . Salt was used to break of emulsion stability . The result of research was concluded that the length of times 2 days is more effective when compared to 3 days. The values ??obtained were: yield 38.83 %, ALB 0.29 % and the water content was 0.02 % . For organoleptic test, it was concluded that the panelists preferred the VCO produced on 2 days, because its producing a distinctive flavor and fresh coconut aroma and color was crystal clear.

Abstract— Cassava chopper machine is a tool for chopping cassava into thin sheets with a thickness of ± 1 to 2 mm. Not only that, this machine can also produce slices with the same thickness, cutting time is fast. This study aims to design a cassava chopper machine to produce cassava chips for the home industry scale. The design concept of this cassava chopper machine refers to the design concept of Darmawan (2012), namely with several stages, including requirements, project definition, project and preparation of product technical specifications, product concept planning, product design, to documents for product manufacture. The next process is analyzing needs, paying attention to planning considerations, and also paying attention to planning demands.

Home Industry Madani is a company engaged in the food industry of pineapple chips and jackfruit chips. Founded in January of 2010. Based on Background happened on Home Industry of Madani company issues that is not selling his solid performances jackfruit chips and pineapple chips are always decline at any period features. The number of products the pineapple chips sold in 2020 as much 16329 wrap, in 2021 as much 14011 wrap and in 2022 as much 11401 wrap. Jackfruit chips on sale while the number of products sold in 2020 as much 9277, 8037 as much in 2021 and in 2022 as much as 6850. The marketing strategy used Madani Home Industry at the moment is to use the promotion from the mouth – to the mouth. This research was conducted in order to identify and analyze the environmental factors internal and external company that affect marketing strategies on marketing pineapples and jackfruit chips Home Industry of Madani and designing marketing strategies using the SWOT method and the QSPM.

Desa Rimbo Panjang yang sebagian besar merupakan tanah gambut menyebabkan air tanah di daerah tersebut adalah air gambut. Karakteristik utama air gambut bisa dilihat dari warnanya yang merah kecoklatan serta pHnya yang bersifat asam sehingga air gambut tidak dijadikan sebagai sumber air minum. Masyarakat Desa Rimbo Panjang menggunakan air gambut untuk aktivitas sehari-hari seperti mandi dan mencuci tanpa diolah terlebih dahulu. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk melihat karakteristik air gambut berdasarkan parameter warna, bau, pH, TSS, TDS dan dibandingkan dengan Permenkes No. 32 Tahun 2017 tentang Standar Baku Mutu Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Persyaratan Kesehatan Air untuk Keperluan Hygiene Sanitasi, Kolam Renang, Solus per Aqua dan Pemandian Umum. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai parameter warna, bau dan pH di luar ambang batas Permenkes No.32 Tahun 2017 sedangkan kekeruhan dan TDS masih dalam standar baku mutu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap air gambut Rimbo Panjang dan perbandingan dengan Permenkes No.32 Tahun 2017, maka air gambut Rimbo Panjang tidak layak sebagai air untuk keperluan sanitasi.
