Abstract

Constitutional development has shifted from centralized to decentralized marked with the enactment of the Local Government Act, resulting in the shift of some tasks of the central government becomes the burden of responsibility in the area of managing. The Act contains a provision stating that the health sector is fully submitted to the Local Government with authority to manage and administer all aspects of health. Accordingly, Act No. 32 of 1992 on Health necessary adjustments with the spirit of regional autonomy. In this case I will focus on research in the area Rokan Hilir Government in the implementation of health services to the poor are classified continue to face problems in implementation.This type of research can be classified in socio-juridical research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or place under study in order to give a complete and clear picture of the problem under study. This research was conducted in jurisdictions Government Rokan Hilir, while the population and the sample is a whole party relating to the issues examined in this study, the data sources used, the primary data, secondary data, and the data tertiary data collection techniques in this study with observation, interview and literature study.From the research, there are three main issues that can be inferred: first, the implementation of health services for the poor in Rokan Hilir the form of Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) and the Regional Health Insurance (Jamkesda); second, inhibiting factor in the implementation of health services include internal factors such as lack of medical personnel, limited medical facilities, and Abuse of authority medical personnel, and external factors such as infrastructure constraints of non-medical and Geographic Conditions; Third, efforts made by the Government yanng Rokan Hilir in meeting the implementation of health care for the poor in Rokan Hilir include monitoring, coaching and training actions. Suggestions author, first, should have been the implementation of the provision of health care and social programs, also supported by the human resources as a medical team in providing good service and is responsible not only to patients, but also to God, because it is a social work community , Second, Rokan Hilir government should also consider the factors supporting each program, particularly in health services in poor communities, to meminimallisir constraints in the implementation of the provision of health services, third, efforts taken by the government should continue to pay attention to the various needs based kendala- constraints faced by the government in implementing health care programs, not just focus on the things that are technical health services it is of also matters is the formation of character and social.Keywords: Health - poor - Responsibility of Local Government

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain about the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction on Kampar Bakery Bangkinang bread products. The data analysis using path analysis (Path Analysis). This study uses quantitative data. Random data collection techniques. Data sources in this study were from Kampar Bakery Bangkinang from 2013 until 2018. The data analysis techniques were descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Abstract

Keywords — String Matching Algorithm, Simon Algorithm, Android Fi'il Changes Dictionary Shorof science or Tashrif is the scientific field of word derivation in Arabic, one focus of the discussion in this field is the process of changing verbs or also known as Fi'il into several other types of words, such as Fi'il Mudhori ', Fi'il Madhi , Fi'il Amr, Fi'il Nahi, Isim Fa'il, Isim Maf'ul, Isim Zaman, Isim Makan, Isim Alat, Masdar or Masdar mim. The process of learning Shorof science is still mostly carried out in traditional ways, especially in the pesantren environment by memorizing the derivatives of these words and their translations. While one of the basic books that is often used is the book Amtsilah At-Tashrifiyah written by KH.Ma'shum bin Ali as a reference for the process of changing words, while looking for a translation in Indonesian must use an Arabic-Indonesian dictionary. This study aims to simplify the word search process by making an android-based dictionary of Fi'il change and utilizing the Simon Algorithm as a word search method, so as to simplify the learning process of Shorof's knowledge. Simon's algorithm is a string matching algorithm where the matching phase is carried out from left to right by initializing each index on a given pattern. After testing, the word search process can be carried out with an average running time of 3.67097786 milli second for searching Indonesian words and 23.8447333 milli second for searching Arabic words.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosis dan memberikan jawaban tentang salah satu penyebab stroke dari sembilan penyakit yang telah ditetapkan dengan dilengkapi nilai keyakinan terhadap diagnosa terhadap penyakit tersebut. Nilai keyakinan tersebut diperoleh dengan menggunakan suatu metode yang dinamakan certainty factor. Dengan memberikan pengetahuan akurat yang didasarkan pada pengetahuan dan diikuti oleh test yang dilakukan dengan serius, diharapkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu dalam menentukan salah satu penyakit yang menjadi penyebab stroke dari ke kesembilan penyakit yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management and distribution of profits as the results of business activities at Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari'ah Cooperative according to the Law Number 17 of 2012. This type of research was as a qualitative approach with the research population were all administrators and members of administrators, 3 employees, 5 members. Based on the results of research, the Management and distribution profits of Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari’ah Cooperative according to Law Number 17 of 2012, can be sum up that this has complied with the provisions of Law Number 17 of 2012 as within the Management of UJKS is separated from other units in the cooperative, the cooperative management appoints the manager, management did not double as law, such as profit points that have not been used to be distributed to members in a balanced manner and managers who still have family relations.Keywords: Management, Distribution of Business Profits, Cooperative

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan tata kelola dan pengendalian risiko dalam industri asuransi syariah. Dengan mendasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah yang meliputi transparansi, keadilan, dan kepatuhan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan pengendalian risiko yang efektif menjadi kunci dalam menjaga keberlanjutan operasional dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Melalui analisis literatur, penelitian ini membahas pentingnya integrasi antara tata kelola perusahaan yang kuat, pengendalian risiko yang proaktif, dan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam menciptakan lingkungan operasional yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etis dan moral Islam. Temuan dari penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi praktisi, regulator, dan peneliti dalam industri asuransi syariah, serta memberikan panduan untuk pengembangan praktik terbaik dalam industri ini.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi pengaruh independensi, professional dan etika profesi terhadap audit judgment. Dasar adanya audit perusahaan adalah PP nomor 20 tahun 2015 tentang praktik akuntansi di sektor publik, karena ada norma dan standar yang harus diterapkan oleh auditor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatakan studi literature. Hasil penelitian memperoleh penggunaan seluruh variabel berpengaruh positf, yaitu independensi, professional dan etika profesi berpengarh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgment.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in urban areas are business competition and lack of attractive marketing by MSMEs. In urban areas, there are many MSMEs but only a few are able to take advantage of digital marketing. In fact, digital marketing activities such as creating logos, product photos and promotions in the marketplace can have a positive impact on society. Apart from that, urban communities also often face the problem of a lack of creative ideas in product marketing. Digital Marketing is a solution for MSMEs to carry out digital marketing, even though they are hampered by the use of editing applications and social media. This limitation does not make MSMEs players give up on sales. They can do marketing via WhatsApp status which is easy to implement and facilitates communication. Digital Marketing is a way of marketing products on social media by utilizing various applications available on the internet, providing knowledge to reach a wide target market, and enabling MSMEs to develop through digital or social media.

Abstract

Giving gifts or souvenirs among young people with flower bouquets has become common place, unfortunately the flower bouquets we give often wither and become trash. One alternative substitute for souvenirs or flower bouquet gifts is a snack bouquet. Giving a snack bouquet not only cheap and affordable, it also provides more benefits because we can eat the snacks. The Trend of giving souvenirs or gifts in the form of a bouquet of snacks can be a form of business for young people, especially for the teenagers of the Kasih Ibu Bangkinang Orphanage. After this activity, it is hoped that teenagers can develop an entrepreneurial spirit and will grow into creative individuals. The problem of teenagers at Kasih Ibu Orphanage is that they do not have insight into entrepreneurship and there is a lack of activities that build their creativity and skills. Therefore, training is needed to increase understanding of education about entrepreneurship and a spirit of creativity that is trained at an early age, which is the main capital for their productivity and independence when they grow up. For sustainability programs, because children's entrepreneurship cannot be carried out alone, guidance and support from adults, assistants in orphanages and teachers are needed. Providing opportunities for teenagers to learn to do business (entrepreneurship) from a young age is not oriented towards making money, but rather to train independence, by relying on their creativity.
