Abstract

Constitutional development has shifted from centralized to decentralized marked with the enactment of the Local Government Act, resulting in the shift of some tasks of the central government becomes the burden of responsibility in the area of managing. The Act contains a provision stating that the health sector is fully submitted to the Local Government with authority to manage and administer all aspects of health. Accordingly, Act No. 32 of 1992 on Health necessary adjustments with the spirit of regional autonomy. In this case I will focus on research in the area Rokan Hilir Government in the implementation of health services to the poor are classified continue to face problems in implementation.This type of research can be classified in socio-juridical research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or place under study in order to give a complete and clear picture of the problem under study. This research was conducted in jurisdictions Government Rokan Hilir, while the population and the sample is a whole party relating to the issues examined in this study, the data sources used, the primary data, secondary data, and the data tertiary data collection techniques in this study with observation, interview and literature study.From the research, there are three main issues that can be inferred: first, the implementation of health services for the poor in Rokan Hilir the form of Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) and the Regional Health Insurance (Jamkesda); second, inhibiting factor in the implementation of health services include internal factors such as lack of medical personnel, limited medical facilities, and Abuse of authority medical personnel, and external factors such as infrastructure constraints of non-medical and Geographic Conditions; Third, efforts made by the Government yanng Rokan Hilir in meeting the implementation of health care for the poor in Rokan Hilir include monitoring, coaching and training actions. Suggestions author, first, should have been the implementation of the provision of health care and social programs, also supported by the human resources as a medical team in providing good service and is responsible not only to patients, but also to God, because it is a social work community , Second, Rokan Hilir government should also consider the factors supporting each program, particularly in health services in poor communities, to meminimallisir constraints in the implementation of the provision of health services, third, efforts taken by the government should continue to pay attention to the various needs based kendala- constraints faced by the government in implementing health care programs, not just focus on the things that are technical health services it is of also matters is the formation of character and social.Keywords: Health - poor - Responsibility of Local Government

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management and distribution of profits as the results of business activities at Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari'ah Cooperative according to the Law Number 17 of 2012. This type of research was as a qualitative approach with the research population were all administrators and members of administrators, 3 employees, 5 members. Based on the results of research, the Management and distribution profits of Jasa Berkah Bersama Syari’ah Cooperative according to Law Number 17 of 2012, can be sum up that this has complied with the provisions of Law Number 17 of 2012 as within the Management of UJKS is separated from other units in the cooperative, the cooperative management appoints the manager, management did not double as law, such as profit points that have not been used to be distributed to members in a balanced manner and managers who still have family relations.Keywords: Management, Distribution of Business Profits, Cooperative

Abstract

The rapid development of the global market is in the global industry where companies must have the ability to compete globally in the face of advancing times. Therefore, this global market development becomes a challenge for companies, including the Adifidz Putra beef skin cracker Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bangkinang City, which must be able to compete by offering their consumers the best taste, quality, service, price, and packaging design compared to other competing products, so that they can continue to maintain their performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the packaging design for the skin cracker products from SMEs Adifidz Putra in Bangkinang City by applying the Kansei Engineering approach. This approach takes into account the emotional and psychological aspects of product packaging with the aim of creating a positive experience for consumers. The Kansei Engineering method will be used to link the physical characteristics of the packaging with the emotional responses expected from consumers. It is hoped that the results of this research will enhance product appeal and consumer satisfaction, while helping SMEs Adifidz Putra to improve their marketing efforts and increase the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

The issue addressed in this study is the low ability of children to recognize English vocabulary. There is a lack of variation in the use of teaching media for vocabulary instruction. The research questions are as follows: first, does the use of animated videos enhance children's ability to recognize English vocabulary? Second, how can animated videos be utilized to improve vocabulary recognition? The aim of this research is to improve early childhood vocabulary recognition in English through the use of animated videos, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of these videos in vocabulary instruction at SDN 020 Ridan Permai for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method employed in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart. The subjects of this study consist of 28 students. Data were collected using both test and non-test methods.

Abstract

Home Industry Madani is a company engaged in the food industry of pineapple chips and jackfruit chips. Founded in January of 2010. Based on Background happened on Home Industry of Madani company issues that is not selling his solid performances jackfruit chips and pineapple chips are always decline at any period features. The number of products the pineapple chips sold in 2020 as much 16329 wrap, in 2021 as much 14011 wrap and in 2022 as much 11401 wrap. Jackfruit chips on sale while the number of products sold in 2020 as much 9277, 8037 as much in 2021 and in 2022 as much as 6850. The marketing strategy used Madani Home Industry at the moment is to use the promotion from the mouth – to the mouth. This research was conducted in order to identify and analyze the environmental factors internal and external company that affect marketing strategies on marketing pineapples and jackfruit chips Home Industry of Madani and designing marketing strategies using the SWOT method and the QSPM.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Tabing Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business development strategies of oil palm farmers in Tabing Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District. The research location was selected using a non-probability sampling method. The research method applied in this study is the SWOT analysis. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from oil palm farmers through interviews to gather firsthand information. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected from agents or middlemen of oil palm fruit by distributing questionnaires. To describe the research findings, a SWOT matrix was used to analyze the internal and external factors in the farmers' business development strategy. This analysis provides an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced in the development strategies implemented by the farmers. The research results indicate that oil palm farming in Tabing Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, falls within the Supportive Strategy I or Aggressive Strategy category. This aggressive strategy utilizes all available strengths to maximize existing opportunities.

Abstract

Palm oil is an industrial/plantation plant that is useful as a producer of cooking oil, industrial oil and fuel. In the world, Indonesia is the largest country that produces palm oil. Most of the harvesters of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and oil palm fronds still use manual methods with egrek and dodos harvesting tools. Using a manual egrek requires quite a lot of energy and a long time in the harvesting process, therefore a tool is needed that can reduce energy and time but the price is still affordable for oil palm farmers. The egrek pipe is a tool used to cut fronds and fresh fruit bunches. Iron pipe is a mixture of aluminum containing 4% copper. Pipes and pipes can be modified into cutters of fronds and fresh fruit bunches. Modification of the tool utilizes iron pipes, iron plates, iron sticks and pipes. The principle is done by moving the tool that is designed and made forward and backward.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the work environment and leadership influence employee performance, with work discipline serving as a mediating factor. The study was conducted at BUMDes Barokah, located in Pulau Lawas Village, Bangkinang District. A quantitative approach was used, involving 30 employees selected through a census technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and analysis employed multiple regression and Sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results show that both the work environment and leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline significantly mediates the relationship between these two variables and performance outcomes. This indicates that a supportive work environment and effective leadership must be complemented by strong employee discipline to improve performance. The findings suggest that BUMDes management should focus on creating a conducive workplace and applying participative leadership while also strengthening work discipline to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of digital marketing strategy and brand image on consumer purchase intention at Warehouse Coffee Container in Panam, Pekanbaru, where competition among coffee shops continues to intensify. Digital marketing has become a crucial channel to reach consumers, while brand image strongly shapes consumer perceptions and purchase behavior. A quantitative explanatory design was applied, with data collected from 120 consumers selected through purposive sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to measure perceptions of digital marketing strategy, brand image, and purchase intention. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The results demonstrate three major findings: digital marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, brand image also positively and significantly influences purchase intention, and digital marketing strategy significantly enhances brand image. Furthermore, the joint influence of digital marketing strategy and brand image was found to be significant in determining purchase intention. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions. Theoretically, it extends evidence on the role of marketing strategies in shaping consumer behavior within the food and beverage industry. Practically, it emphasizes that effective digital marketing combined with a consistent brand image can strengthen competitiveness, attract more consumers, and increase purchase intention in the highly competitive coffee shop market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the role of brand awareness as a mediator in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and digital content quality on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs in Panam, Pekanbaru. The research employs a quantitative approach using Path Analysis. Data were collected randomly from culinary MSMEs in Panam, Pekanbaru, over the period from 2020 to 2024. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroskedasticity test. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) Digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on brand awareness of culinary MSMEs. 2) Digital content quality has a positive and significant impact on brand awareness of culinary MSMEs. 3) Digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 4) Digital content quality has a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 5) Brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on the sales growth of culinary MSMEs. 6) Digital marketing strategies significantly enhance sales growth through the mediation of brand awareness in culinary MSMEs. 7) Digital content quality significantly enhances sales growth through the mediation of brand awareness in culinary MSMEs.
