Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of arbitration in resolving business disputes compared to formal judicial channels, and analyzes the legal force of arbitral awards. In the competitive business world, conflicts often occur, and resolution through the courts is considered less efficient because it is time-consuming, high cost, and open to the public. Arbitration as a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) offers a fast, flexible, closed process, and a binding award. In Indonesia, this mechanism is regulated in Law No. 30 of 1999 and is implemented by institutions such as BANI and Basyarnas. A normative juridical research method was used. Challenges still exist, such as lack of understanding and execution of court-dependent decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the development of the global literature related to social media strategies in building brand awareness through bibliometric analysis of 122 Scopus articles (2009–2025). Using VOSviewer, this study maps publication trends, collaboration networks, geographic distribution, and thematic clusters by keyword. The results show a significant increase in publications since 2020, with the dominance of contributions from the United States, India, and the United Kingdom. Eight main clusters were identified, including purchase intent, influencer marketing, and e-WOM. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the mapping of the digital marketing literature and offers practical implications for MSME actors in utilizing social media to strengthen brand positions, as well as encouraging global research collaboration in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of population, open unemployment rate (TPT), and human development index (HDI) on the poverty rate in West Kalimantan Province. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data from BPS for the period 2009-2023, the method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that population and HDI have a negative significant effect on poverty, while TPT has no significant effect. This finding confirms the importance of improving the quality of human resources and population management in reducing poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on company value in the packaged food and beverage subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2023. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis of 144 panel data observations, the results show that ROA and CR have a positive and significant effect on company value, while DER has no significant effect. The research model explains 79.7% of the variation in company value. These findings emphasize the importance of profitability and liquidity in increasing market valuation, and provide practical implications for management in post-pandemic strategic financial management.

Abstract

The development of environmentally friendly propellant technology has become a primary focus in the defense industry. Composite propellants, which have traditionally relied on Ammonium Perchlorate (AP), offer high performance but pose environmental concerns due to the emission of corrosive chlorine compounds. This study aims to evaluate the potential use of green oxidizers such as Ammonium Dinitramide (ADN), Hydrazinium Nitroformate (HNF), hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (RDX), and octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX) as alternatives to AP. A qualitative literature review method was employed, drawing from various national and international scientific sources. Findings show that ADN and HNF offer promising performance and are more eco-friendly due to no chlorine emissions. However, challenges like thermal stability, hygroscopicity, and high production costs remain. This research highlights the potential of green oxidizers to reduce pollution and enhance national defense industry sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the execution of SOEs in the form of Persero that were declared bankrupt, identify weaknesses in existing regulations, and reconstruct these regulations based on the value of justice. Using the constructivism paradigm with a socio-legal research approach, this study is descriptive and uses secondary data. The results of the study show that the execution regulations for bankrupt Persero SOEs still have fundamental weaknesses in terms of substance, structure, and legal culture, especially related to the protection of state assets and legal certainty. It was found that there was a disharmony between the Bankruptcy Law and a number of other laws. Therefore, a regulatory reconstruction based on the value of justice is needed to ensure the protection of state assets and legal certainty in the bankruptcy of Persero SOEs that carry out public functions.

Abstract

This study explores women’s leadership in community-based organizations through a case study of the Moeldoko Center. Based on the author's experience as Chairwoman, it highlights the challenges women face in patriarchal settings. Using PESTEL analysis and an ethnographic approach, the study reveals that from 2021–2024, collaborative and transformational leadership styles dominated. These styles fostered synergy, open communication, and strategic innovation—such as alternative food programs, legal aid, and Moel Coffee. Women’s leadership emerged as a driver of inclusive and sustainable transformation. The research enriches leadership theory with a gender perspective and offers practical insights for similar organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis of the state plays a fundamental role in village government. Although it is constitutionally recognized through Law No. 6 of 2014, village government practices still face challenges such as overlapping authority, weak institutions, and subordination to local governments. This study uses a socio-legal approach with qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and literature studies in Wirogunan Village, Kartasura, Sukoharjo. The results of the research reconstruct the values and norms of village authority to be in harmony with Pancasila, especially in the management of tourism, water resources, and fisheries. This reconstruction emphasizes the importance of environmental ethics, citizen participation, and social justice, and places villages as autonomous entities and main actors of sustainable development within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the weaknesses of the Shariah Governance (SG) framework that focuses too much on formal legal compliance, thus neglecting the objectives of Islamic ethics (maqāṣid al-sharīʿah). With conceptual and normative approaches, this study proposes a Maqāṣid-Based Shariah Governance (MSG) framework that emphasizes value-based ethical governance. MSG includes elements such as value instillation, ethical oversight, a dynamic fatwa process, and maqāṣid-based performance indicators. This article also integrates ESG principles with maqāṣid to promote sustainable and ethical Islamic finance.
