Manajemen komunikasi pada dasarnya adalah suatu perpaduan ilmu komunikasi dengan teori manajemen untuk diterapkan dalam berbagai latar tempat belakang suatu komunikasi. Manajemen komunikasi juga bisa diartikan sebagai suatu perencanaan yang sistematis, penerapan, pemantauan, serta revisi dari seluruh saluran komunikasi dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dan juga antar organisasi yang mencakup organisasi serta penyebaran instruksi pada komunikasi baru yang tersambung dengan jaringan, organisasi atau suatu teknologi komunikasi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan meneliti hubungan komunikasi dalam teori manajemen POSDCORB dan pertumbuhan gereja. Penemuan baru dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi teori Luther Gullick yaitu POSDCORB dalam manajemen dan pertumbuhan gereja.

Education is everything related to increasing knowledge in development that is not limited by space and time. Education has elements of planning, systematic implementation and clearly measurable objectives. Broadly speaking, education is to gain new and useful knowledge for personal life and social life. Christian Religious Education is an education that teaches about faith in Jesus Christ. Christian religious education is a subject that must be taken by Christian students in formal schools. Besides being carried out in formal schools, Christian religious education is also carried out through church programs. Religious education is believed to be able to equip students from an early age to become people of high moral character. The Bible is a source of Christian religious education which contains content and teaching and learning methods that can be practiced by believers today. The main purpose of Christian religious education is to bring students to meet God through Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Everyone who believes in Christ has a duty to carry out the great commission of proclaiming the work of salvation to others and teaching them to grow in Christ (Matt. 28:19-20). The Great Commission is a mandate given by God to all believers to introduce Christ to the world. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research. The author describes the relationship between Christian religious education and the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20 by using relevant sources through literature studies and relevant journals. This research provides a new contribution and perspective on the relationship between Christian religious education and the Great Commission

Indonesian is a great nation, a nation that is rich and plentiful with its natural resources. The Indonesian nation is very rich in traditions and various cultural and religious backgrounds, all of which are united in the formulation of Pancasila (The Five Principles). With the formulation of Pancasila, it is hoped that all Indonesian citizens will have a strong sense of unity, have high nationalism and tolerance. But it cannot be denied that the formulation of Pancasila is only a utopian ideal and it can be assumed that it is only a discourse for momentary interests. The purpose of this paper is to provide information about the nationalism praxis that occurs in the nation and provide solutions on how to protect the integrity of the nation and state from conflicts between groups that would lead to divide national unity. In this paper, the author provides clear information on the practice of legal injustice and the practice of nationalism that occurs in Indonesia. Indonesia needs to learn more from other countries how they uphold justice and unite differences in religion, ethnicity and race as their own strength.

In education, students will show their character or attitude in life according to what they get from the person who teaches and guides them. The example of a teacher's life is very emphasized to be applied so that students can see a good example or example. An example of life is more important than a thousand theories or a thousand beautiful words of wisdom because an example is not just a concept or theory but an action. Good and successful educators are educators who teach theory which can then be realized in practical actions to strengthen the theory that has been taught. In all circumstances, a teacher or teacher is required to be an example for his students. The Lord Jesus Christ is an example or example that must be followed by teachers who want to be successful in teaching. The Lord Jesus Christ is the center of all examples in Christian education. Embodied truth is the only truth that matters. The example of a teacher's life is to complete all his teaching. The teacher is like the "stick of Moses" that God can use to build God's people to know God better. The qualifications of teachers of Christian religious education are very dependent on spiritual personality, mental, and social qualities that imitate the leader or the Great Teacher, namely Jesus Christ. Further followed by the intellectual authority of knowledge and wisdom. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research provides new knowledge and understanding to Christian teachers that a Christian teacher must have biblical qualifications and can be an example in his life.

The main purpose of providing education is to humanize humans. Education is done so that people who learn can understand and understand and what has been learned can be useful for themselves and many people. Of course in practice education cannot run alone without dependence on other dimensions such as economics, philosophy, politics, and religion. All of that is automatically assembled for a more comprehensive education organization. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods to be able to provide a real picture of the functional relationship of education with other dimensions through a study of educational literature, philosophy, politics, economics, and religion. The research is expected to make a real contribution to knowing the relationship between education and other dimensions. This research provides a clear picture for policymakers and education practitioners on how to build a new paradigm or perspective in the management of education in Indonesia.

Strategy is an overall approach related to the implementation of ideas, planning, and execution of activity within a certain period. Strategy is an approach to achieve victory. In the world of education, strategy is a plan on ways to utilize and use existing potential and facilities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. The selection and determination of the right strategy determine the achievement of learning objectives and national education goals. The teaching and learning process is not an easy job, because the future of students, the future of the nation and state is borne by educators, without good and professional teachers there are no good and professional students. been a good student, and a bad teacher because he was once a bad student. A fairly high standard is attached to the teacher. A teacher must dedicate himself and his life to education. A successful educator can transform his knowledge in the right way and can bring his students to achieve their goals. In this research, the writer uses descriptive qualitative research. The author describes the importance of selection and strategy in the teaching and learning process by using library sources. This research provides a new contribution in the selection of learning strategies so that learning objectives or achievements can be realized.

- The history of human salvation was initiated by God. God created man in God's own image and likeness, God created man for the purpose of His glory. Humans were created based on the standards that exist in God both morally and spiritually. Humans are given the power to maintain and be representatives of God over the universe. Before the devil was cast on earth, the fellowship between humans and God was good, but when humans fell into the devil's trap and followed what the devil wanted at that time the human relationship with God was cut off and humans had to face the consequences of being cut off from the source of life and being in the shadows. - shadow of death. Soteriology (the doctrine of salvation) is the broadest subject in the Bible. This is because it covers all of eternity in both the past and the future. Salvation relates to all mankind through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through this paper, the author explains twelve concepts of salvation from a Christian perspective.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah: 1) membantu guru bidang studi pendidikan agama Kristen untuk melakukan tugasnya dalam ruang lingkup sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugas membina peserta didik dalam mengembangkan karakter yang terdapat dalam diri peserta didik, menjadi karakter yang sesuai dengan identitas sebagai remaja Kristen. 2) Mengubah moral peserta didik agar berkualitas, dengan memperbaiki dan mengembangkan karakternya, sehingga ia mengalami pembaharuan dan mampu menjadi generasi bangsa pembaharu untuk orang lain dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Bentuk kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan kegiatan pembinaan karakter peserta didik SMPK Bintang Mulia Mekar Wangi Bandung. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari: 1) Guru-guru SMPK Bintang Mulia Mekar Wangi Bandung yang berjumlah 15 orang, 2) Perserta didik Kelas 8 dan 9 yang berjumlah 52 orang, 3) Orangtua (wali) peserta didik berjumlah 52 orang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode konseling terjadwal-non formal, demonstrasi, dan latihan. Hasil Kegiatan pendampingan adalah: 1) terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru SMPK Bintang Mulia Mekar Wangi Bandung dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran pendidikan karakter kristiani setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan; dan 2) terjadinya peningkatan keterampilan guru- guru SMPK Bintang Mulia Mekar Wangi Bandung dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter bangsa setelah diberikan pendampingan.

Konflik merupakan salah satu persoalan yang dihadapi gereja yang seringkali mengakibatkan perpecahan dan penurunan partisipasi jemaat dalam persekutuan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penggembalaan Rasul Paulus sebagaimana tertuang dalam 1 Korintus 3:1-9 dan relevansinya terhadap penjangkauan anak muda di GBI Pasko Bandung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi pustaka. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa strategi penggembalaan Rasul Paulus adalah: (1) Paulus berusaha menciptakan komunikasi yang positif, (2) Paulus berusaha menghubungkan praktek pelayanan dengan ajaran Kristen, (3) menggunakan media surat untuk mengatasi kesulitan berkomunikasi pada waktu itu. Relevansinya dalam penggembalaan anak muda di GBI Pasko Bandung adalah: (1) menggembalakan anak muda dengan komunikasi yang positif, (2) mengajak anak muda menghadapi perbedaan secara dewasa, (3) menguatkan iman anak muda dengan pengajaran. Selain itu untuk mengatasi keterbatasan menjangkau anak-anak muda bisa menggunakan berbagai media komunikasi dewasa ini seperti gagdet agar mereka bisa disentuh secara personal.

Discussions on logic and faith are not new things among Christians which often lead to conflicts. Logic is a philosophy of correct thinking, a science of correct thinking and at the same time it is an art of correct thinking. On the other hand, the act of faith is a person's willingness to sacrifice himself for the sake of his faith. Man is created in the image of God and it can be seen in his ability to reason and think so that the act of maximizing reason or logic that has been given to us is one of our ways to glorify God. Logic plays its role in making decision whether to act or not to act on something including when someone makes a decision to act on his Faith. Logic can prevent fallacy in thinking coming from incorrect faith, therefore harmony in the use of logic in regard of action of faith is important. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of logic in the act of faith and its relevance in Christian life. Researchers use a combination research method of quantitative and qualitative research ones.
